Joseph Chevrolet pulled a bait and switch on my son. He went to look at a used car and was shown another one that was $3000 more. It was listed at a decent price and my son decided he would buy it. He needed to borrow the extra cost of this car. When he was invoiced, the dealer had tacked on $3000 extended warranty to the price. The base price was $2000 more than the advertised price, which the dealer called “market value adjustment,” and told my son this was usual practice and part of the fees and taxes. I guess the dealer thought he had a live one in my inexperienced son. Stay away from Joseph Chevrolet- they are crooks!!

On Saturday we picked up our 2021 Corvette! As anyone in the market knows getting a Corvette is a long process (supply and demand thing). Joseph was great to work with. Tony Brown kept me updated throughout the process and Stuart Marsh was customer focused while walking me through the paperwork and going over the car with me to explain all of the new gadgets. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the market for a new car..

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Then after the appt i tried to talk to someone and they made excuses for the incompetent employees and didnt even apologize. i spend almost $250 on ubers for two days and they were only supposed to have it for one. then they said they called my warranty company and nothing was covered but the warranty company said there was no record of call. But the next place called and $419 was covered under warranty. I am trying to leave a review on their website. The service manager even told me they were having issues with this advisor and they cant find good help. She didnt know what she was doing or talking about. Then everyone made excuses. i understand they have to stand behind their employees but they also have to make the customer happy. i took it to next place and the bill was almost $2000 with part of it covered under warranty and they were fabolous, the service, the advisors, their knowledge, everything.

My service representative was great! He met me in the service drive and greeted me.. The appointment was quicker than expected and my service representative saved me money too.. Overall I highly recommend my service representative and this dealership

The work done was excellent, it was the checkout that as very disappointing!!! An older Caucasian woman saw me waiting and refused to check me out!! She accepted other people’s payments by card, when she finally checked me out, I presented my card, she looked at me and asked for ID!!! I was the only person asked to present ID!!! I was very insulted and discriminated!!! It even brought attention to others watching!!! Her name should be on my receipt! I am very disturbed and offended at this time!!

Vehicle was purchased from this dealership. Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance. It took over 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Returned home to discover that not all of the stated inspection services on the invoice were performed. Fluids and air filters had not been checked. Spoke with the assistant manager on the phone and they were not helpful. He said that those services were just free things and that I received what I payed for.Fraudulent service department and poor customer service. I would strongly suggest finding another dealership for service. If they dont do what they say they do then you cannot trust them and that is very important when it comes to mechanics.

I was picking up our vehicle and the service was in and out but I was they couldve wash me an by wife truck from being service..... on my way to cashier office the guy was with me a sale agent was kind of hounds about buying a car. Until the man said I was with a customer and I work here. Ha I guess the sale agent didnt notice I was the client picking up me an my wife Enclave. Im not putting color in this matter but because I was with a white older guy that work in the Service Department the sale agent assumed that our vehicle was his. He might thought he seen money floating around him. Once the man from the service department told the sale agent that he was with me he just walk away. Where you work at you should know your fellow Co-workers.Other then that my experience was okay. The cashier lady was nice to me and the man from the Service Department was nice as well. I wish I would had gotten their name to say thank you. 😊

I absolutely love my vehicle, but hated the experience in buying it at this dealership. I was completely unsatisfied and disappointed with my experience. Here are some highlights from my experience I feel illustrate the unsupportive, unfriendly, and unprofessional interactions with the dealership:The sales associate plainly lied to me multiple timeso The number(s) of “denied GM Family First Discounts” changed with each telling – 5, then 9, then another number altogethero There was no way he could possibly get the monthly payment to $400o I was told by the sales associate that “even if I received the discount, the amount of discount would only be roughly $500”- I was initially denied the GM Family First Discount (even though your dealership is listed on the GM Family First website as a participating dealership).- I felt that the sales associate only pretended to “negotiate” with me.o After dismissing my desired $400 monthly payment, during negotiations, he proceeded to write down monthly payments of, $600, $550, $500, scratching out the previous amount each time before writing the next. He said, to this effect, “This way it looks like we’re at least negotiating.”- The atmosphere became so negative that I requested my keys be returned to me because I wanted to leave- Instead of returning my keys the sales manager came over and told me the sales associate misunderstood my request for the GM Family First Discounto It was only at this point, when I was going to leave, that I was told I would receive the Discount by sales managero The sales manager told me that I was going to receive the discount but it would only be ~ $1000- I asked what the sale price was and what the monthly payment would be but was told that “the finance guy would go over that with me.”- I am still very upset by the fact that I noticed on the paperwork the sales price was lowered (giving the discount) but a subsequent “Market Adjustment” of $3500 was added bringing the price back up to the original amount.- Besides OnStar / My Chevrolet App, none of the electronics and features of the vehicle were explained to me. I have had to sort through them myself, to my continued frustration.- Hours after returning home with the vehicle, I received a call from the sales associate demanding I send a copy of my grandfather’s driver’s license in order for the “girls upstairs” to process the discount (which, considering the “Market Adjustment,” I really didn’t actually receive). Within the paperwork I received, this “Market Adjustment” is clearly listed but not explained.o My response to the sales associate was to explain that I would email it to him when I was able to get a copy of it (though I don’t understand why it was needed)o The sales associate insisted that I text it to his personal cellphone number (I think this is completely strange and seems unprofessional to me) - which I thought was strange, why not have it sent to his work email because it is for work)o Again, I told him I would try to get it to him that evening but it might have to wait until the next day (my grandfather is 95)o His text message to me, which I have proof of on my phone, was “NAME from Joseph Chevrolet. Please get a picture of his ID immediately so I don’t get myself in trouble.”- I have since spoken with multiple family members about this. None of them have ever had to show my grandfather’s ID. Why was it necessary in this instance?I will never shop with Joseph Chevrolet ever again and would never recommend them to anyone.Yes, I am open to someone from Joseph Chevrolet contacting me.
