JCPenney is one of my favorite department stores to shop. There were many times I almost put items back because of the price but I decided I was going to get it anyways regardless. Then 90% of the time when I go to purchase the products its more than half off of what I thought I was going to pay. So therefore, again, JCPenney is one of my favorite stores to shop.

I love JC Penney. I always buy my Liz Claiborne clothes and get incredible deals on them. Hope they stay around forever since we have lost so many decent stores in the past few years.

Better off just going to another jc pennys near by because by time you get past the cashiers spiel about singing you up for a creditcard youll save more time. We said no 3 times, and she continued to bother us. It wasted about 10 minutes.

Great selection of womans clothing, including current styles in dresses, casual wear, sports wear and bathing suits.(which was mainly the things I was shopping for) Good customer service with friendly staff, overall good experience. The changing rooms were open too!

I needed to return several items of clothing. I was helped in the return department by Karen. She was just amazing ! Very customer service oriented ! Her efficiency was most impressive . Karen sets a great example for others in retail to follow.

Great selection of clothing for the whole family and they always seem to have a sale going on which is perfect for my budget. Its a perfect place to get all of my clothes for vacation, work and even formal attire. Love!!!

Hang in there Penneys!!! This is one of the last stores in the area but is always clean, well lit and stocked well! Staff is friendly and helpful, so sad to see an American icon on the way out just like Sears....

Great sales and lots of sizes for any shape. Norma was very patient and offered coupons. Very pleased with my experience.

Went to buy some new pants. I bought 3 pairs.

I took my granddaughter shopping and she found some Clothes to buy. There was only one checkout open and one cashier. There were two people in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to get checked out. I find this unacceptable for a place of business. It would be different if I hadnt seen at least two other employees just stocking.

Half the doors are locked and no customer service and only a few fitting rooms open, I am going to try and never go there again

Went to Penneys to buy some pants and have a ring sized.The jewelry counter employee was very helpful and friendly.Upstairs I found the pants I wanted. Looked for a fitting room but didnt find one. Know some stores dont allow you to try clothes on, I found a young man hanging clothes up. I asked for locations, he said where they were downstairs while he walked away from me. Didnt even give me a chance to ask where the St. Johns Bay area was located.My husband and I couldnt believe how rude this young man was. I know they have limited people working, but maybe they should employee people who know what customer service means.

I have never seen that store sooooo empty. They dont have a home department worth going upstairs to see

My main draw to JCP is the footwear section which has a decent selection of the major brands you would expect.

Few years ago this store looked lack luster and dull. Superb turn around. Limited and geared toward smaller sizes. You find a beautiful item and oh its a size 8 or small only, but the ugly item is in your size? Did they just sell quick? Seems a recurring thing. Great shoe department. Variety of clothing, jewelry, makeup, house items ++. All in all worth a visit.You can enter through Eastgate Mall or the anchor store entance on side.

JCPenney has tons of great stuff oh, I actually go there to buy a lot of my Nike attire. As well as undergarments. A store has a wide variety of clothing and theres always really cute stuff on display. The employees keep the story very clean and well-kept. The customer service is impeccable, as well as the discounts that are available from time to time. I enjoy shopping at JCPenney, it also doesnt hurt that its right next to the play area

Made a fine jewelry purchase. I was impressed with the level of customer service and the number of personnel on hand. I was given a great deal of information that allowed me to make my final decision.

Got a few last minute gifts for family. The sales man at the counter was so friendly to myself and my 2 girls with me. My 2 yr old was all smiles at the register talking to him. Very friendly older gentlemen wish more retail employees were like him.

Eastgate Rocks! JCP has the best customer service, and I travel 45 mins so that I can chat with the staff and shop. The customer service is one of the best. Kudos to Eastgate JCP!!

There is always a wide selection of clothes, shoes and accessories. They also have reasonable prices and frequent sales which I appreciate! I also have never once had a bad experience with any of the employees. Everyone is very helpful and professional.

While I find their clothes to be of great value the customer experience is lacking. When I asked to be measured for a dress shirt I was told there should be a tape measure in the department across the store laying on a table that I could use. I get it... Youre not Nordstrom however would it be asking too much to at least have a tape at every register? Sadly not the store it once was.

The employees are the most wonderful and hard working people I’ve ever met. They are always doing their best to help customers and 99% of the time, doing it successfully. Patient and respectful to even the most difficult customers.

It is a great place I have been going there since I was young.

My groomsmen and I went in needing a suit, and to start out we couldnt find anyone to help. So went to the closest customer service desk and luckily we found the most awesomest customer service rep. Named Karen. She was so very helpful she helped find unusual and difficult sizes and was able to order special order or the brand and size we needed. Most polite helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative weve ever had at any store ever in our experiences shopping especially for this big occasion. We would highly recommend that if you shop for anything the store has to offer. FIND KAREN. And come to find out she saved us a ton money, and a lot of hassle and looking around. We will definitely go to this store for all of our clothing. Remember ask for Karen and your shopping will never be better. Thank you so Karen you were awesome and hope to see you very soon

They have a good amount of stock. Went looking for Easter attire.. didnt find what I was looking for at a price Id be willing to pay. But they do have some really pretty dresses..and they have some really good markdowns on seasonal stuff!!

I’ve been shopping here for 20+ years, and they almost always have what I am looking for. The store is clean, and the employees are helpful, especially around the holidays. Always plenty of parking. Attached to Eastgate Mall in case you want to venture into there.

I got a great haircut there. The ladies were very nice and I only had to wait about 5 minutes and I didnt have an appointment. The value of getting a haircut and no appointment at a very good price is hard to find.

Okay overall. Selection is decent. Prices are average/acceptable. My issue with this business is always the same thing. The waiting in line. Seems every single time I shop here they never have enough people available to ring people out. Otherwise Id give an extra star. Reminds me of Walmart. They might have what you need but good luck finding help if needed or a quick check out line.

Good selection of merchandise but pricing was a bit high. Store knows this so they employ all sorts of gimmicky pricing schemes. But one get one half off. Get a candy bar with a coupon for percentage off. (It does not work on Nike btw.) Markdowns and clearance etc. Wish they would just price competitively so a person could actually enjoy shopping there instead of having to work their gimmicks. Guess that is why I only shop there on the rarest of occasions!
