Strongly recommend for a wedding cake. The flavors are amazing. The cake is moist. Phenomenal customer service in helping us pick the right sizes of our tiers....very customizable! Loved the experience! Susan is amazing!!! All our guest raved about how good the cake is!

Insanely great bakery with freshly made breads, pastries and cakes daily. This is definitely above-average in quality and taste. Very recommended.

We placed a large order for pickup and when we were ready to pay asked if the bread had been sliced - 5 loaves of seasonal breads that we freeze. The older woman at the register seemed annoyed that all the bread wasn’t sliced. Didn’t you ask for it to be sliced? Sorry we said, we don’t remember if we asked. She turned to the younger associate and asked, didn’t you ask if they wanted it sliced? She apologized and said she forgot. It took less than 2 minutes to slice the bread in the machine and there weren’t any customers that were held up by this! She was mean and then tried to rip us off by putting 3 pretzels in the bag and saying there were 4. She shoved the fourth pretzel in the bag like she was happy to be rid of us. Rudeness to loyal customers should be a no-no!!

This place is one of my favorites in all of Cincinnati and one of the few places I visit every time. The staff is always so friendly and the food is divine. I love their pretzels and garlic cheese, but all of their desserts are equally delicious. If you choose one bakery to go to in Cincinnati, it should definitely be this one.

The service was great I have not been here for several years lol we bought cookies...yes Dutch Abbott had a vet appointment so half-pound of cookies well he had a few dont forget about Finn lol an yes I ate some an saved the rest for later lol dont forget to support out local pastry shop you just might miss out on something tasty

Twice a year I have to visit this place because of a birthday request. However, it’s painful to deal with the staff! They are the most impersonal people I have ever met! Cold, unfriendly and “doing you a favor attitude.” And, their pastries have no prices by the items. I always feel like I’m at their mercy. When I worked at Mercy hospital their pastries always seemed dried and old and I was always aware of the negative comments; but they had the contract. Like I mentioned- not my place because of poor customer service and pastries that seem more than a day old - always!

When my husband and I moved here from AZ, eleven years ago, we immediately started looking for a good bakery for bread. We thought that we had found one with Servatiis. All was great, for a while. A year or so ago, they started limiting baguettes to only being available on Fridays and Saturdays. Disappointing, but we could work around that. Then, they quit making them altogether. Really disappointing, but we could understand a business decision. Last week I went in to buy a loaf of sour dough and was handed a pre-sliced package of loaf shaped bread---not the crusty round loaf that I expected. I declined and bought a loaf of Italian instead. That loaf lasted three whole days before becoming very, very moldy. That has been happening a lot lately. One loaf will last a week, and another will be gone in a short number of days. I am guessing that this is a freshness issue. Anyway, we are done.

We recently had a gathering after a funeral. I ordered mini sandwiches from the Servatii on the corner of Beechmont and Salem. They were so kind to wrap the sandwiches individually and label them at no extra charge. And they were delicious! In this difficult time of social distancing and family tragedy, Servatiis was my bright spot.

Pastries and cakes like no other place I know of. Old world styled baked goods and soft pretzels too. The hardest part is trying to decide what to get. Remember though, quality is not cheap.

Amazing Valentines selection! Friendly staff. The best sugared butter cookies. Tried the strawberry and almond petit cour. It was delicious. Also picked up a box of marzipan. Marzipan was well decorated for Valentines day like chocolates.

Servatiis to the rescue on New Years eve...fabulous pretzel, beer cheese, and spinach dip will continue to be a New Years Eve tradition in the Pollard household along with Wild Mikes Wings regardless of the drive to the Westside of Cincinnati...great job Servatiis bakery at Salem & SR125

I was at the shop for a wedding cake tasting. Everything was amazing, from the quality of the cake to the fun decoration options, to the great customer service (we meet with a woman named Sue). They even have a bunch of Styrofoam examples of layer sizes to help you visualize your custom cake, which we found very helpful.

This is a bakery you either hate or love. I love the cake but hate the expanding waist line that comes with it. LolBirthday cake looked and tasted wonderful.A little pricey but worth it.

Best place for Hot cross buns. Called ahead as this was last weekend to satisfy the seasonal craving for my mothers favorite Lenten treat.They held back a 6 pks for me. It waiting at the register when I walked in. These buns have a wonderful mix of nuts and candied fruit, along with a wheat type yeast rolls, brushed with egg wash and topped with a generous cross of Servatiis delicious butter cream icing. The combination is * muah* THE BEST! Im just sorry this was last of them until next Lent !!If youre reading this after Easter, fear not! Everything Servatii bakes is hands down delicious...the only way they could be better : if they could remove the calories!! 🤔😀

Servatiis has amazing desserts and its a place we love to visit. Unfortunately, today Erica was extremely rude. We walked in and ordered at 1:23. Servatiis closes at 2:00. She automatically started bagging our order. We told her it was for here. She said they were closing at 2:00. We promised her we would be quick. Erica, takes our bag and throws it inside the trash and angrily slaps down four plates while grunting. I cant believe this, we close soon. She was extremely rude and experience unpleasant. Horrible, horrible customer service.
