Theyre wonderful... until theyre horrible. Once they have your money, they refuse to take responsibility and turn nasty and snooty if you have any issues. Speaking from personal experience with them in one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Will definitely not return and will make sure to warn everyone I know to stay away.

Dr. Fiorenza gave the most comprehensive eye exam to my son that he has ever had, and really looked at his entire eye/brain health when some complications were discovered. Because we surprised her with a complicated case she spent a long time with us, but the office staff worked together to be super kind and professional and kept everyone moving along efficiently.

I needed to get my right eye checked after getting a few drops of a chemical cleaner in it. They got me in quickly, very short wait to go back to the exam room. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Laura was very nice as well, explaining everything well. Definitely recommend Montgomery Vision Care.

I took my 7 year old son here for a second opinion and they were much more thorough with the exam and better with kids than where I took him for his initial exam. They had a really nice kids section with a lot of fun toys that kept my 5 year old daughter busy so that I could focus on my sons exam. The staff was very friendly. Glad that I chose to go here.

They suggested several measures I could take to protect my aging eyes, and they taught me more than I knew about eye nutrients. They were on time, efficient, professional, and friendly. The staff is all extremely friendly, and when I work with Dr. Laura she is always 100% focused on you as the patient. I never once felt rushed. The doctors and some of the staff are outstanding. My daughters were very nervous and ended up having so much fun :) Well be back.Realize though, that you will want to make arrangements to get your prescription filled elsewhere. Kim does not listen to any concerns, is useless (or unwilling, more likely) in talking with insurance, orders upgrades without any conversation and then argues when asked about them, and (rudely) refuses to correct mistakes.Go to there for eye care - just leave as soon as youve been seen by the doctor.

Dr. Fiorenza and her staff demonstrated the utmost respect for my 87 year old mother with Alzheimer’s. Staff are so caring, gentle and friendly putting my mother at ease. Dr. Fiorenza is amazing! She was able to demonstrate how a simple pair of reading glasses could help my mother read again as progressive lenses were too complex for my mother’s Alzheimer’s brain to figure out. Kudos to Dr. Fiorenza for being the most intelligent, well trained, and experienced professional in her field!

Amazing service! Recently needed a repair that two other places and experts in their field could not accomplish. Finally at my 3rd attempt I decided to walk into to see the team at Montgomery Vision Care. They were able to work together to do a very intricate repair that two others could not. The truth is I wasn’t looking for glasses or a repair on glasses at all. My favorite Ferragamo shoes had a buckle on them that broke and required the smallest of screw to fix! After being denied from two shoe repair places I decided I’d try to repair it on my own. I walked in and not only did they have the smallest screw... they fixed my shoe! Lol 😂 Im laughing now but really I am happy and amazed at the whole experience. Their willingness to help me speaks volume of the type of people that work there. * Definitely give them a shot and tell them Chris with the Ferragamo shoe sent me! Lol *

Very poor service. They consistently bill us for things we never ordered. I would not recommend going to them because I cannot trust them. Save yourself the pain and learn from my experience.

Excellent ophthalmologists, wonderful selection of glasses, but when the treatment on my glasses did not darken enough in the car, I was told that the do-over would cost ME another $150. No thanks, the glasses already cost $400.I wouldnt be so upset if it werent for the fact that Kim recommended the treatment when I asked what would work best in the car.Caroline Driscoll

I had RK surgery 30 years ago before they used laser with Dr David Snyder. It worked a couple years and then things got real bad. My vision was getting worse and worse and no one could even give me glasses because when I had the surgery it left too many scars in my eyes and nothing could be done. When I first met Dr Fiorenza she immediately found the problem and for the first time in years i could see better than 20/60. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Love this practice

We always have a great time at our eye exams. Dr. Fiorenza insures that the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The two office doggos are a delightful distraction from the ordinary.

I thought the doctor was very thorough . They have a wide assortment of frames to choose from. They had a dog running around in their office . This was concerning and the glasses I gotr did not help.

Wonderful service and a variety of frames you just dont see anywhere else. Alex and Kim were particularly helpful in helping me choose between many fabulous frames.

ETA: clearly she does not value her patients. If accusing your patients of lying is called valuing them, I am certainly glad we did not see her. And instead of defending yourselves and not addressing the root issue, which was being accused of lying pretty much, learn to take responsibility and fix an issue. You can only get by with this kind of customer service for so long before you run yourself out of business! A real person owns up to their mistakes, but clearly this practice knows nothing about customer service, as is proved by the other negative reviews on here. Have a good day! :)Horrible experience. This review does not have to do with the doctor, since we didnt get to see her. It has to do with their appointments. I called on January 23rd and made appointments for myself, my husband and 2 kids. All on different dates, except my daughter and I on the same date. I received a call today stating they would not be able to see my family and I due to 2 missed appointments. I explained to the lady over the phone that I had, in fact, called to cancel my sons appointment because he was sick a couple of days before the appt date. I called twice, the second time Iwhen no one answered, I left a voicemail. She just kept repeating that she personally answers all calls and checks all voicemails and that she did not receive any call from me. Basically, she implied that I was lying. Definitely not how you treat a customer. Call log screenshot proving I called twice on the 29th (his appt was on the 31st) is attached. My husband was unable to make it on his appointment due to an unexpected work meeting, so he could not leave on time. He was supposed to call, but he forgot. That is our fault. Overall, very bad customer service experience where they pretty much accuse you of lying.

Dr.laura is beyond amazing .she was recomanded to me by one of my clients . I was shocked to find out how bad my daughter’s vision was .she failed her vision test,one eye was weaker then the other and had no 3D vision .dr.laura recomanaded lenses, for the first time ever my daughter can see a good image which made a huge difference in her everyday and school like .every one in the office is very friendly the only thing is their a little on the pricey side but, I guess you get what you pay for . When it comes to your eyes you just have to find the best and save on something else .

I do not understand why Dr. Laura give my son 5 different kinds of eye drops so I tried to call Dr. Laura to ask but Kim answered and she didnt help at all and didnt allow me to speak to Dr. Laura. She also took our money and didnt provide any kind of service. Now I do not know what to do with the eye drops and my son’s eyes has gotten worse.

Dr. Fiorenza is always professional, personable, and kind. Her staff follows her lead.

My entire family comes here (including our almost 6 year old!) The entire staff genuinely cares for you and takes your vision very serious. They arent salesy at all either. They helped our 6 year old find her first pair of glasses and made her feel so comfortable and confident in them!They have the MOST AMAZING play area. I was able to get my eyes checked and not worry about my kiddos being super bored (almost 6 and 2.5 year old.) FANTASTIC!Also, do not forget to get the Optomap add on! It is the coolest thing ever and she was able to tell my low risk of diabetes and other health risks by this test. Totally worth the $30ish! WE WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.**Update** Got my new frames (Bocca Twin 3 by FACEAFACE) and they are absolutely ADORABLE complete with tiny yellow heels on the ends. Besides being ridiculously cute, I can see so well and my eyes finally feel relief. Ive never seen any glasses like these before so if you are wanting a super fun, unique selection, you want to come here. Plus, the lady fitting the frames on my face was just as excited as I was about my new frames! Big THANK YOU!

Ive been going to Montgomery Vision Care for a few years and every time they have been phenomenal. This last week I went in to get a checkup and some new contacts. Dr. Fioremza and I talked about Enchroma glasses which fix Colorblindess. Right them and there before we started my appointment she bought 3 pairs and told the receptionist to call me as soon as they got them so I could try them on. Today I just went in and did just that, the glasses are amazing and Im seeing colors Ive never seen before, I had the stupidest smile on my face the whole time. It meant so much to me that they did me this kindness and I can never thank them enough. 20 out of 5 stars. Will continue to visit them for as long as Im in Ohio.-Isaak
