Wow, fantastic service. Ordered exactly what my 4 year old wanted, and got the glasses quickly. Very happy with the service they provided. Wonderful women, that helped make getting glasses 10 times better. Definitely recommend them.

I previously gave a 5 star review… unfortunately things have changed and I have had nothing but problems with this location. Anytime I call during regular hours nobody answers… I leave messages and nobody calls back. I paid for my daughters replacement glasses and I have no idea if I will ever get them. I’ll go to Clarkson Eyecare for her glasses in the future.

My son and I paid for glasses that we have yet to receive. It has been 2 months.Initially my prescription was wrong, had to re-test. Still have not received them. My son was supposed to get his, but they lost the glasses and to re-order. Noone returns phone calls. Went in person and they said they will call when ready. This is my first time at this location. Not happy.

This office was Amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and i thought the prices were very affordable. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Terrific!!!Pearle Vision Cincinnati Childrens 3440 Burnet Ave is the greatest !I have been shopping at Pearles for all of my vision and eye care needs for several years.I needed to have my granddaughter fitted for her first pair and glasses today. The young lady, Kelsey was absolutely fantastic!She assisted me with the perfect little girl glasses for my precious baby girl.The glasses that we chose are so cute. I am well pleased and I highly recommend Pearle Vision on Burnet Ave. The selection is dynamic and the service is important to me and all of my expectations were met and surpassed.If you like designers, Pearle Vision will have exactly what you desire, I promise.The business is located in The Cincinnati Hearald Building and they have parking and the store is new and well maintained.Do yourself a favor and give Pearle Vision Cincinnati Childrens location a visit.

Very disappointed in time it took to receive my contacts. Apparently they werent ordered the first time! My paperwork was misplaced.

Went there today to have my glasses fix It is Close Found out is has been closed for some time But the Website says Open 😤
