Im not too sure why they call this Bargain Hunt because you can get better and cheaper things next door at Ollies

Usually packed with great finds.However this time (my first time in months due to Covid) it was EMPTY! I can usually spend hours browsing the aisles but we were in and out this time.Hopefully things will get back to normal soon!

I love Bargain Hunters :) I went today- first time in a couple of months and the place is transformed. Staff obviously have been working hard to organize and clean and restock. Seems like inventory has been sorted and random misplaced items are gone. Great job staff! (West Side)

Nows the Time to shop bargain Hunt is offering 40% off of everything in the store . Unfortunately they are going out of business shame to see you can only get discounts when the store is about to close at stores for good. This is the place to be saved a lot of money today.

Im still hunting for the bargan. Honestly lots of these items are overpriced. I have found a few rare furniture items that are higher elsewhere, so Im happy with my purchase..

Love love love this store, I can literally spend all day in there! They have the best deals especially in their hair products. They always have new name brand things for ten dollars and under! How can you go wrong with that! The customer service from the young manager was amazing, he took his time and was so patient with me such a valuable worker!! Highly recommend stopping by and going in, you’ll always find things you didn’t know you needed.

Went in for a vacuum cleaner they wanted 120 for it but cost 69 at Walmart lol you do the math!!!!!

I had bought a couple pieces of clothing they still have the tags on them I tried to take them back I couldnt find my receipt but it was obvious that they were from there they still had the price tags on. they wouldnt take them back. Bad customer service in my opinion I was very disappointed definitely will think twice next time for buying clothing

Totally different than when they first opened. Very clean inside and organized. I stopped by just out of curiosity, ended up spending about $200. Excellent prices on just about everything there.

I come here mainly for drinks and snacks but you can get good deals on clothes and household products as well.

One of the best discount stores. I mean where do you get quality shoes for $5. This is part of the places I explore. The store on Glenway is spacious, clothes and items are well arranged and tagged. The manager is doing a great job. Staff are friendly and ready to help you. One thing though you have to patiently search for what you want especially in the extra discounted bins.

The store could be more organized but I always find really good deals from $3 knee high boots to $1 bathing suits to cheap stylish rugs and bedding. Its my go to store to go when I have time to kill and looking for deals. Plan to spend some time searching. I have noticed some items are overpriced from original sticker from original store so be willing to compare. Ive bought some candy in which was stale, but other than that pretty satisfied.

They almost always have something that i need at a great price. The downfall is that people let there children run loose in the store and destroy the store and the most that the staff will do is make an announcement over the intercom saying that children need to stay with there parent.

Yet another place the wife likes...lot of walking many bargains but not In my size....saved money there ... got out with a mere 60 dollars worth of bargains... still wife found things that made her happy, I need a nap bye for now.

Found some good stuff, although I was disappointed that alot of the clothes are in the wrong place. I couldnt find sizes I needed. And slot of stuff with no price.

Bought many things I needed for the house, but bought one high priced item that was in a different lower price section. I returned it at a different time with no hassle. The experience was quick and enjoyable.

This was my first visit to this store. I dont dislike it, I just didnt really like it either. It is a buy out store like Ollies across the street but not as good. It was clean and had a wide variety of merchandise, it just didnt seem to be a bargain as the name implies. Most items I looked at were not even any cheaper than anywhere else. I was not impressed.

This store is absolutely filthy. The floors look like they havent been cleaned in years. Stuff thrown everywhere, and the shelves are also very dirty. We walked out.

They hardly have any toys u like

Wish I didnt have to wear a mask, cause I love finding bargains in the store, and due to mask requirements, I shop a lot less

Staff is great! New to the store used clothing not a fan. be careful with any appliances that is labeled with an A that means its from Amazon, its been my experience that it usually doesnt work, missing pieces, or its been used and returned to Amazon. One time I purchased a rice cooker and it had spoiled food left inside it. Overall I love bargain hunt and I will continue to shop there.

If you can find them, occasional really good deals.

The store itself is not in the best shape and you kind of have to dig and search to get what you are looking for, but if you look around you will find some great deals on brand name items. They have brands from Target in the clothing and housewares sections and there are many name brand toys.

I just want to take a moment out to let corporate know that you have amazing staff. ( Peggy, Katie, Danny, Paula). They always go out of their way to assist. They always have great attitudes, and are always working hard. I will say that I am disappointed about the new pricing system. I find that some of your clothing is used, and annoyed that you would try to deceive your customers.

Very rude cashiers, very rude management the place has gone downhill the past few months it seems like nothing is being scanned and yellow ticketed they used to have great discounts about three or four months ago it has gone downhill looking for a bargain try roses discount, Big lots, or Ollies. Cuz youre not finding a bargain at bargain Hunt

You can find such deals, but it is hit or miss. Also discount beverages.

Called a head to see if they had a particular item they said yes .I drove 40 minutes to get to the store and they did not have it.will not be back

Pros you can find really cool stuff for a good price.Cons. All the stuff you buy are returns from Amazon etc. Which isnt a big deal usually so double check everything before you check out. However, one of the items I found was a fetish fantasy urethral sound dilator which, if you arent hip to the BDSM scene is a set of metal rods used to stretch a urethra. As I mentioned everything is a return so who knows if it was used or not and it was open for people to touch so it certainly wasnt sterile. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty who just brushed me off and said that no one that would have a problem with it would know it was a sex toy. Regardless its not sterile and unsanitary and should not be sold under any circumstances.On another occasion I saw the loss prevention associate stalking my partner around the store and harassing her, then forciblty going through her purse without her consent thinking she had stolen something. As it turns out she wasnt stealing anything and didnt have anything in her purse. I again spoke to a manager about this and explained that falsely accusing someone of shoplifting is a serious offense and that their forcible search of her bag without her consent constitutes criminal assault and leaves them in a very actionable position. The manager was rude and dismissive about the whole situation and escalated the situation to screaming at me that I was wrong and they knew she was trying to steal something.Needless to say there are several other bargain hunts in the area that treat us with respect, help out with anything we need, and answer any and all questions. I recommend going to one of their other locations.

I would give bargain hunt a rate of five but for the fact they are way over priced compared to before; ive been a customer since they first opened until now, seen alit of changes and revamping and not all for the better in my opinion. Always found great bargains on named brand things now they want to charge outrageous prices on less than perfect items also hardly anyone shop there anymore use to be pack . Has went way down. I also wanted to mention the fact that the customers had to compete with the employees who work there because they were getting the merchandise on sale before we canI practically had to stumble over a worker for the same item I was trying to get . Never thought Id see the day where the employees shopped with the customers. Did not like that at all.

Not a lot of choices like in the past. Bare walls and counters almost look like to theyre closing. Im sure its due to the Pandemic. Prices were the same although clothing seems to be a bit higher.

Its good place to shop for random stuff on the cheap, its like online shopping with the option to return... if you do due delingence youll find good bargains.

Have bought several items here. I HIGHLY recommend opening any box before buying. The items are not inspected prior to resale. Ive bought items only to get home and see they were missing pieces and broken. I also bought a dog crate which when I opened it I discover had a mouse nest (including dead mice) inside. You can get great deals, but you can get burned. Also, many prices are higher than they should be. I did return my broken and incomplete items with no issue. I did not return the crate since I know theyd resell it as is without disclosing the mice. I didnt want to risk having someones dog get sick.

Find decent stuff sometimes but not as good as it use to be.

When they get new shipments in its worth going and looking around cause you definitely can get bargains here from toys to laundry items, snacks, and a cold beverage too!! I like to visit a couple days ago week.

Prices are good depending on what youre looking for. Some items were priced at reasonable cost, while others items were average cost.

If you like to waste money, this is the store for you.They sell used, broken products. So be aware if you are thinking about buying anything electronic, or battery operated. If the box looks like it was retapped, dont buy it. I learned the hard way.

The place is disorganized for sure. I Guess Thats why they call it The bargain Hunt. Items are scattered and broken throughout the store. I wouldnt waste my time driving too far to go back. Prices are not in line with the place.

Employees rather talk to each other, then the customers. Very poor customer service. Empty store with dirty floors and dusty counters.

While prices are great ..just left this location in tears due to a very very rude cashier...after waiting in line for 20 minutes with just 1 customer in front of me ..i was told im closed you have to go to the other side which had a line ...and turned to mle cashier and said you know how they are???? Who is they???they had a sale going on one item rang up full price i asked if it was included in the discount she snapped at me and said i guess you want a discount dont you ...i also had luggage to which she had some one come over to check ...the cashier says to me i have to have it checked you know how you people are ...then 1 item had a tank she stated it was wrong and began to look it up mummbling under her breath..then talking to someone about how the tacks were switched .....because i carry a tag attacher in my pocket??????? I waited 10 minutes for them to look up on the computer my shirt ...that turned out to be the right price ..the whole time i had a line of people staring at me it was so embarrassing ...no apology for accusation no thank you ..she just placed my receipt on the counter and went to the next person...a woman who i believe was the manager bagged my items and asked if i had my receipt ...horrible experience and we wont be back

Jim and Courtney and all of your employees at Glencrossing Way are amazing! My small charity will never shop anywhere else again. This year, we were purchasing toys, furniture, and household goods for the Womens Crisis Center and Jim and Courtney took great time and effort to help me and my team purchase a number of items. I planned to come in and spend about $200, but Jims team was so good at helping us locate what we needed or substitute our list, we ended up spending over $1200. He bundled large lots and was able to give us good pricing for buying larger numbers of items. I will note that for those items Jims store did not have, Jim directed us to the other Bargain Hunt store in Erlanger, KY. I went in to the Erlanger store and told their manager that Jim had sent us, and that we needed some assistance and was treated rudely, and without care, despite explaining that we were shopping for charity. I will never set foot in that Erlanger store again, but will be frequenting your Glenncrossing Way store and will be sending everyone I know that way. Jim and Courtney should both be promoted within the company, they represent you tremendously to the community.

I will never shop there again my grandson was threatened buy the manger I will not go into detail but I will never shop there again I thinking about taking all of the things I just back over 200.00 dollars he was so wrong for what he did

Some stuff doesnt seem very discounted. Other stuff is way cheaper.

Always able to find lots of great values at this store. Cant say enough about the great and friendly customer service.

Messy. Prices are weird. Funky Pop figure pricing is All over the place. Kind of like they are looking for the prices on EBay and pricing that way.

Great store for finding a bargain. They have been open for two years. They buy discontinued brands from TJ Maxx target and Amazon and JCPenney. My wife thought the music was too loud Lol. The service was nice.
