I love Dollar Tree! Theyve expanded their craft section which is important to me. They always have great seasonal items. In this case, I needed 2021 graduation party supplies. They also do not disappoint in the cards, gift bags, wrapping paper, mylar balloons selections. Their kitchen products are worth checking out, as well.

Had a very RUDE experience with an employee... believe she was a manager she saw the the lines were long and she stated that they were switching shifts. Mind u it was about 11 ppl in line for 2 different registers. I then asked could she be of any assistance and her response was IM NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE HERE But maam you are here! That was the most unprofessional response from an employee that I have ever heard! She then proceeded to say yall can fill out an application The audacity of her to even say that. She acted like she couldnt stop opening boxes to help out. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I couldnt believe dollar tree had someone representing their company in such away!

My kids love this place they spend their allowance here. The staff is always friendly.

Crazy as ever. You will find treasures in there. Key word is FIND. All dollar stores are messy. But the high turn over makes it hard to not be messy. Employees are making sure the products are sold. They just dont have time to clean up after.

I just had a terrible experience at the Dollar Tree in Deer Park & its enough for me not to go back.I have been going to this store for years (since I was in middle school) and the customer service used to be great. Ive noticed it has gone WAY downhill recently, but today took the cake as I had one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had anywhere. The sole cashier, Delores, ignored me waiting in line as she stocked items. I was the only person in line and only had 6 items. I didnt bug her because I thought she would be a normal employee and address me sooner, but the entire time, she didnt look at me once as she unpacked boxes. Once she finally acknowledged me after two minutes, she said in the worst tone Are you ready? like I was an inconvenience and I was clearly ready, holding my items in my arms and facing her the entire time. Then she spoke to me like I was an idiot and said Well the checkout is right here!, like I was supposed to know she was ready. She was unpacking boxes and looked away from me for the two minutes I waited, completely ignoring me. I was this close to talking back to her saying something like Well a normal employee would greet the customer instead of ignoring her, but held my tongue because it wasnt worth it. I could tell that this person would get mad when she had no reason to.I was in the store for 5 minutes and that was enough to have this horrible experience. I have no idea what was up with her, but all I did was stand there politely waiting. Ill gladly pay more & shop at Target instead of that place ever again. I have never been happier to get my receipt so I could share this feedback in their customer survey.

I Loove Dollar Tree. They are located everywhere and everything is Really a dollar. There are hidden gems in there that most people need from time to time, like cleaning solutions that cost $8 in a conventional store--soaps, hand creams, OTC pain meds, Brillo pads, craft items, books, hreeting cards, gift wrap, party supplies, office supplies, etc.

Staff was pleasant and store wS well stocked.

Had everything I was looking for and friendly employees. I havent been to a local store yet, that doesnt have nice employees. Sometimes I think 🤔 of working there myself, but I have a weight limitation on lifting that I will most likely have the rest of my life. Not enough to make me disabled, but it does limit my ability to do anything that requires lifting over 15 lbs.I bought everything I needed to finish my projects that I started, but then couldnt finish because the stores closest to me were out of the color of deco mesh that I needed.One of my sisters were with me and she bought a lot too! More than me because she has more forms than I do to fill and she hadnt started yet!She made a promise to show them pictures of our wreaths when we are done.So now I have 3 Dollar Trees that I need to return to and show pictures of my wreaths! 😂 😉

Perfect place to find everyday items and unexpected treasures! Holiday decorations, paper goods, school supplies as well as basic hair and beauty supplies. Food/snack items, candy and quick stop for refrig and frozen foods. Employees are helpful and friendly.

This Dollar Tree was well organized and much cleaner than other locations. This one had a good variety of items I havent seen at some of the other local stores.

They have good bargains for $.99. Some are stocked much better than others. Unfortunately this isnt one of them. Like any other chain store.

Great place

I was in here today and witnessed the manager publicly humiliate an employee. She had the office door by the front registers open with her back turned to the registers sitting in her chair (which Im pretty sure thats against company policy to leave the door open with your back to it) and the employee was by the front door and she yelled to him telling him he had four voids and to not do it again. The way she said it was so nasty. If you have a issue with an employee you pull them into your office and talk to them privately. It was extremely unprofessional I would never dare talk to an employee like this. Even the cashier said she does it a lot and told me her name so I could report it but I cant seem to find a corporate number or anything to reach someone. This same lady is always so hateful everytime I see her and I go in here a lot for my business supplies but Im rethinking where I spend my money for my business. I made sure to tell that poor sweet boy she yelled at across the store to never let anyone publicly humiliate him again. Also the turn over in this store is crazy you have to think as a company that sometimes bad management is the reason for this happening. Ill try my hardest to get a hold of corporate until I reach someone who will listen

The workers are always nice. Especially Cheryl. Even tho you cant get like your favorite chips like chetos but everything else is cool.

Came to this location because it is the closest to us, and USED to be very nice.We went in and it was very empty and dirty. Floors are sticky, and employees are not the best.We ended up not buying what we needed and just walked out.

I love this store!! Its a very convenient location. Always have a great selection of seasonal items. Great prices as everything is $1!

It was dirty, unkept and low on product. Our cashier was friendly! The manager had wrinkly and dirty clothes on and was rather unfriendly. The cart guy was nice though! The cart guy and cashier better presented themselves versus the manager. Wont go back.

I usually go to the Fields Ertle but was in Dillonvale and this one was convenient. Wish I had just gone to Fields Ertel. The Dillonvale store is a Trainwreck. Its messy, its dirty, you cant find anything. The only redeeming quality that got its two stars was that the person who waited on me was very very nice. I ended up having to drive to the Fields Ertel store anyway and found everything that I needed and it was where it was supposed to be. The lady who checked me out was very friendly.

A great place for all seasons... party supplies!!!! $1 mylar balloons..... this location lets me pre order 65 balloons a few days in advance, then had them ready when I needed to pick them up. Cashiers are great..

I love this Store Cheryl the manager is awesome very helpful.Bring extra money u will need it because if you go in for one thing you always leave with more.

This location is so large, I thought I was going to have trouble finding the crackers. Alas, there was ample inventory.

As always the person that i think is the manager acts as though she would rather do anything but ring you up. Very rude and cold. Hardly even makes eye contact. Was complaining about work on the phone while ringing customers as well.
