I came in with a very late Christmas order. The owner was so polite. She took my info, ACTUALLY CALLED when she said she would and did my order one day before Christmas. Excellent customer service. The space is cute & tidy and her dogs are gorgeous. Definitely recommend & will be back!

I absolutely love this place! I am a small etsy business owner and wanted to take my dog collars to the next level with embroidered names! The owner was so accommodating and gladly walked me through the entire process! She is always so patient, kind, and helpful when I stop in! Im so glad Ive found a place so awesome. I had over 70 vests embroidered here for work. We had the companys logo put on each vest. Everything looked great for a reasonable price. The owner is super helpful and makes the process so easy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with the owner of this shop. I wanted to get handkerchiefs embroidered for my dad and father in law for my wedding. I was quoted a range of pricing that I thought was reasonable. When I went to pick them up, the price jumped significantly because she said the work was more difficult than she had expected. I didn’t want to pay that price and asked for my handkerchiefs back. She refused to return them to me (I had bought them previously and brought them to her shop). I ended up having to pay what she wanted in order to get my property back. Extremely disappointing. Very rude and terrible customer service. Do not do business here.

I recently stopped in for a small embroidery job. The owner was extremely helpful. She shared her computer screen so I could look at the pattern being developed and then ran a couple test jobs through so I could review them. Excellent customer service and very friendly.Use this place instead of the Embroidery Express at the Kenwood Mall. The person that works there looks like she didnt want to be there or someone just ran over her cat....the exact opposite experience

This shop has TERRIBLE costumer service! They have poor communication between employees. The ink on the shirts I had made looked faded when I got them. I was also quoted one price, when I returned to pick the shirts up the price had raised. When asking for a receipt they said they dont give receipts, but they can email a receipt. Just overall horribly run!
