Hillman is the type of company that forces retirement on long time (30+ year) employees and does nothing to recognize the years of service. Too bad Mick & Rick are no longer in charge. People are can be disposed of far too easily. Big Thumbs Down for Hillman!

I paid for 2 custom engraved dog tags from this company at a self-service machine. Neither of the dog tags dispensed from the machine, leaving me out $16.00, and no dog tags. After calling customer service, they were very helpful, and promptly returned my money back onto my card to make the situation right.

I have used some of their steel products. Great quality.

We have purchased many keys from the FastKey machines, and they are great! The one time the key did not work, all I had to do was, email the company. They refunded me right away, and wanted to know where the machine was, so they could go fix it!

I used to work for this company and I must say the pay was good but as far as the people I worked with and mu boss, it was by far the worst experience Ive ever worked in and Im talking about the warehouse one in forest park, ken was the supervisor and he was very forgetful, all the workers in c mod were super mean and rude and nasty . I felt almost like the Spanish women were racist in a way because they were literally so mean to me amd the other girls that were not Mexican. This other lady literally snitched on everything you did wrong even if you were new . That whole place needs to be watched and be checked there need to all work on there ppl skills it was horrible I hated going to work because I was bullied so bad . Horrible. Ao really think twice about working there .

I payed for a key for 4.00 dollars out of a machine you put in a Walmart,I payed for the key and it scan my house key,but it did not make my keys right.I have another from the same machine.this time the key did not make it at all. Walmart said it does that a lot,but it is not there machine so they could not give me my money back. She said I could go back to the oil and parts she cant make me the key not unless you bring me the receipt,so I went back up front to see if there was a receipt,and there was not one, I didnt even see one come out and the up front lady said they didnt make your key. I said know she wants the receipt. She said those machine never give receipt.So I go back to the parts place and another women was back there and she agree to make me the key with out the receipt,but the one key that I had, that was made wrong she said she couldnt do that one.So I fighting to much to get my key made. This is so wrong and i will never buy out of a machine again. I want my 4 dollars back plush the one that didnt even get cut I was stupid trying it again,I live on disability checks and 4 dollars is a lot of money to me,then I did another key and didnt get it made because I was so tired of the way I was being treated,trying to get 2 keys made, .One that was made wrong and one that it didnt even cut the key.I still have both keys and I cant use either one. This is so wrong,it makes you learn dont ever buy some thing from a machine that doesnt belong to a store. SO VERY UP SET.I want my one key made right to use to my front door and the other key is a waist of money,so once again 2 keys from your machine I cant use either one,so I want my money back. 2 keys at 4 dollars a key.8 dollars,for two worthless keys.So tell me what can I do to get this set right? Your machines should work right and not be ripping people off with worthless keys. I bought one of there universal drain oil plugs it blew out of my oilpan and my motor blew up not happy at all
