Great if u like role playing games

I personally am not into warhammer but my boyfriend is. He was pleased with the array of paints and models available. They even have some of the models that were sold out online. Most of the prices are equal to the prices on the games workshop website. Ask the workers about nights they play tabletop.

Great selection of Warhammer figures paints and books. The staff takes care to answer all of my questions and figure out what products will fit my needs. Cant wait to play some games here.

The atmosphere is amazing and the people who regularly come in are friendly. The current manager Chris does a great job at helping customers both on and off the game table and has great knowledge on all aspects of the hobby.

The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, and thanks to him my friends and I are well on our way to starting our journey into the world of playing Warhammer 40k. I would absolutely recommend shopping here if youre interested in Warhammer 40k or Age Of Sigmar.

Great store people are always helpful

A great place for the hobby of Warhammer. A lot of dedicated players with a great community. The store itself is very accommodating, will great tabletops, terrain, and a store employee who enjoys making conversation and helping out in your games.As far as merchandise goes, it is expensive but at this point, that is to be expected.

Derek is super friendly and informative. I felt welcomed and was encouraged to join their community online in order to get a secondary taste of the way they reacted with one another. There was also no pressure to buy any products which made the experience that much better.

I guess dont come on a Sunday...lots of people in the store playing games but if any of them actually work there theyre too busy playing or watching to help customers. I can buy overpriced pieces of plastic from the comfort of my own home and driving 40 minutes to try and support a local business that seems to not want my money is annoying.

I tried going a little after lunch time not open. Tried going at 2 another day, not open.

Great environment, clean, professional, and friendly! Jeff is the owner and is always happy to talk hobby, about models, and the games. I usually try to pick my 40k stuff up from this shop, and talk with Jeff since hes very knowledgeable and always open to questions.I would say the only con about this shop is that its not bigger...

Going to this store was a great Cawl.

Decent location to get to- but no bathroom (necessary if youll be there a while) and only two tables to game on.

Jeff is an excellent manager. The facility is always clean and welcoming. I and my group play on regularly there and I always look forward to it. Jeff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended this shop to several other people and will continue to do so.

I just started playing a few months ago but ever since then Ive looked forward to coming to play here every week. The shop is well run and clean. And you can really tell that the staff really enjoys the games and universe they sell.

Great stock of Games Workshop products. The manager greated us kindly and helped us with our choices and purchases. Space is limited for playing games but has strong and sturdy tables with great looking terrain to play any of the GW games.

Very nice store. The man I talked to (I assume the owner) was helpful and knowledgeable. I was going to buy the main AOS book, but he told me to wait for AOS2 next week. I appreciate that kind of honesty. The shop is clean, there were a few models on display and two tables set up. The tables were a bit small, so just 1 on 1. Lots of models and books. Prices were the same as the website, but I liked seeing them in person.

My first experience at this store was less than stellar. Everyone, including the employees, was swearing and no one greeted me when I walked through the door. That all changed on my second visit. Derek is a friendly man with a great personality. He greeted me as I walked through the door and checked to make sure i was finding everything alright. I am withholding one star in case the previous employees still work there but it is a 5 star experience with Derek in the store.

Apparently the staff leaves for lunch, locks up during store hours. Not a huge deal, but a be back at.. X time sign would be nice, or posting lunch hours so customers arent sitting around waiting with no idea when they will be back. No Biggie, Ill just order online instead.

One of the only big box game stores in the inner Cinci area also happens to be one or the best.Do keep in mind they *only* stock GW product but the Staff are awesome.

To bad we cannot leave a 0 star now. Worst place I have (n)ever been to. Ample parking, thats it. Can never seem to enter the business. They are always closed during normal posted hours. Or they just ignore you when they are inside and you are knocking on the door (again, during posted business hours.)And posting that your store will be closed is great, if you also post online and make some sort of effort to tell those trying to shop/game in your store.If anyone can get in, post something about the staff, otherwise just get your GW fix online and game someplace else (like a local business, not this one) and let this place go out of business.

Derek; the current store manager is great, and you can tell there is a genuine love of the hobby with 95% of the customer base and staff, I am apart of the Facebook group as well and while I am more of a painter/army builder in my off time I can honestly say I have only met friendly (albiet shy) members of the fanbase here. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in here, looked around for 30 minutes and was NEVER greeted or spoken to by employees. Dont recommend at all, did not treat us like serious customers. If youre a woman or LGBT, Id think about looking elsewhere.

If you are interested in Warhammer, the store manager (Derek) is helpful, friendly and professional, you can here all that you need. In addition the store is a community hub for Warhammer players
