I could honestly stay and browse in this shop for hours. And I have. The employees, especially Morgan, are so kind and helpful, but also let you browse if you’d prefer. The shop has such great letterpress cards and stationery and I LOVE the individual envelope selection so you can get that perfect match. I found this Cincinnati gem after I had gotten married, but their wedding stationery is to die for! I recommend M Hopple to everyone I know. You won’t be disappointed!

I used M Hopple & Co for my wedding invitations and worked with Shelby. She was absolutely phenomenal. She walked me through the entire process, was patient as I made decisions, sent detailed emails with information and deadlines in order to receive everything in time, and was readily available any time I needed to chat. Im a graphic designer and wanted to design my own invites, but didnt have the print resources to do it on my own. Despite it being a bit different than her typical order, Shelby didnt miss a beat. So grateful for all of her help and patience. Plus my invites turned out even better than I could have imagined!

Morgan and team are amazing at M Hopple! I have been a customer for 6+ years, but I’m finally getting to take advantage of their unique stationary for my upcoming wedding. It has been such a wonderful experience! I walked in to this shop today right at the same time an older woman did (I’m in my early 30s). The other woman got greeted and helped right away...I continued to browse. The other woman was helped, paid, and left while I stayed in the store another 10-15 minutes and nobody ever greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. I actually found a few things that I would have purchased but walked out because of the lack of customer service I was shown. Looks like other reviewers have had similar experiences. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great store! They have some unique options. I came here to find an Easter gift and the employee helped me find a perfect present and card. I love supporting small business and shopping local.

They also have wrapping paper, paper entertaining goods, boxed stationery and invitations AND they sell paper and envelopes by the piece! They specialize in wedding and party invitations and do beautiful work, as I could see from their displays in the store.

I’ve bought stationery here before. What I particularly like are the cards which you are given many choices with The color the print type and placement. You can thus pretty much get what you want. The staff are really thorough and they know their stuff They are pleasant and exude calmness. Although the store is small it is very inviting with many pleasurable displays. Yes,I highly recommend them

Its not really a card shop, but they do have nice cards. More for setting up the wedding/birthday invitations and special event announcements. Its a nice place, nice people, good location and easy parking. But, its not really for picking up a few cards, but great for the special event.

Went in for Custom Crane brand cards and envelopes. Skip that online store and get in to M Hopple to see Shelby and Janet. They were great to work with. Knowledgeable. Friendly and conscientious!

Under new ownership since February 2014, this small store has fun and exciting new merchandise. The invitations, stationery and paper good are exquisite.I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous. The graphic design department is very talented and accommodating.M Hopple is definitely on my list for holiday shopping!.

I 100% recommend M Hopple as a place to create all of your wedding-related stationery. I remember walking in with a couple design ideas and a color scheme, and iterated with them to design what many of my guests called elegant, one-of-a-kind wedding invitations. I could not have been more pleased with how they looked as they captured the essence of our day in a piece of paper - how amazing is that?! In particular, working with Shelby was a breath of fresh air as she was patient with you, allowed you to express your visions, provided her recommendations on ways to make the design and wording better, and kept you on schedule so nothing would be late. I started working with them for my Save-the-Dates, and based on the excellent customer service I provided, I stayed with them for my wedding invitations, escort cards, and thank you notes as well! If youre going to customize your stationery, I would say they are competitive with other stores but more expensive than ones you can find online. You do get what you pay for, and the sheer amount of compliments from my wedding guests told me that I made the right choice! Thanks again to Shelby and the M Hopple team.

Morgan and her staff at M Hopple, did an amazing job helping us chose our wedding invitations, addressing them for us, mailing them and creating the seating chart and table cards. She went above and beyond what we expected from her and her staff. She and her staff were friendly and easy to work with. Cant say enough good things about our experience with the good people at M Hopple - especially Nancy Trago. My daughter and I went into the store with the intention of comparing prices with online options. We quickly learned that Hopple could meet our budget needs while giving us a high quality professional product. The customer service was outstanding. What we didnt know that we didnt know about the whole wedding invitation process would have created problems for us if wed simply taken the online approach. Nancy saved us a lot of time and effort along with giving us tips to make the process go smoother. Things went so smoothly we decided to have the wedding program designed and printed there too. So glad we stopped by just to look.

Had great service getting save the dates for my daughters wedding and returned for invitations. Was in the store 10 minutes and the only customer in the store without any acknowledgement from the 3 employees in the store at the time. When my daughter arrived, an employee walked right towards us, looked right at us and continued on without a word. We were looking at the invitations without any acknowledgement and decided to take our money elsewhere. I returned to let the manager know my disappointment that day and was referred to a woman who introduced herself as the owner. When I started to explain my disappointment she refused to look at me while continuing to work on her computer. I stopped and told her I could see she was obviously too busy to hear me out and left. If you want great service, this isnt the place. Creative Invites and Events in Reading was incredibly helpful and well priced.

I absolutely loved all the paper products I had designed by M. Hopple for my wedding. I worked with Nancy (she is SO friendly!) and Bethany designed all my pieces (cards, invitations, envelop liners, programs, thank yous that were placed on each charger at the reception and the seating chart). I couldnt find my colors on anything that already existed, so I had this water color vision to blend them all together, and Nancy and Bethany made sure that came to life. I didnt want to spend too much money on things that would be thrown away by the guests, so they helped me design something that fit within my budget and I was extremely happy with. They were extremely professional, and I received so many compliments on the design of everything. They always remembered my name when I stopped in the store, and they even learned my parents and fiances (now husband) names! I will definitely be going back to M. Hopple for all my stationary needs in the future.

The staff here are extremely rude. They act like helping isnt something that they should ever have to do. Besides that there stock isnt really all the extraordinary and is overpriced. I went somewhere else ( I will keep the companys name to myself as I am not trying to make this an advertisement for them) and it was friendlier, fair priced, and the gentleman that helped me actually enthusiastically tried to find a solution for my question. I will never go to M. Hopple and Company again. The need to stop teaching these employees that they are better than everyone else and start understanding why they are in business in the first place. Its people like me - a graphic designer no less- that makes these companies the money they need to stay open. It just ridiculous that this is the kind of service they give.
