Its a convenient place to buy groceries if you live in the area, just wish they treated their employees better.

Just a great, decent sized local market that offers pretty much whatever you need in a pinch. It also beats dealing with Kroger! Awesome beer selection with an insane amount of craft and local options. Bagels are pretty good, which says a lot coming from this annoying New Yorker! ;) Produce selection is fresh and they have a few things you wont find at the chain groceries. Havent had the meats yet but they look very good and fresh. Deli offers Boars Head, which says everything I need to know about their deli despite not having anything from it. If youre local, this should be your new grocery store!

The snacks section is quite scintillating with samosas and fried chickens, moreover the prices are reasonable too....

Its a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful meat Deli where I bought 2 of the best filet mignon Ive ever eaten, the Marvel was excellent. Some of the items are priced a little higher but, its worth it just because the shopping is so relaxed.

Store is always clean and neat, variety is dependent on what youre looking for, varies. Most goods are a little above average in price, and the store is a little understaffed. But its always a nice place to shop

One of the best beer selections in town from domestic, local, to international. Good for groceries also. A gem of a local independent grocery store.

Compared to Kroger, its really clean. Deli food can be expensive for what they are, but CMs prices in general arent much if any different than Kroger in my experience. Employees are overall more friendly than at Kroger. Its also less crowded, which has been a blessing in this pandemic.They do have a parking lot, but just shop and leave - there are other parking lots nearby for other places on Ludlow.

This place has made big strides since first re-opening a few years back. I use it as a quick substitute for my larger grocery trips. Solid selection for the size of the place and short lines so you can get in and out quick.

Its like a walmart. Friendly environment, well organised and clean.

Nice to have a market in Clifton near my home. Its usually well stocked and they have an interesting beer selection.

This service is very quick and friendly at this local market. The only issue I have is with food being out of date at times, but I make sure I check the expiration dates.

Clifton market is my shopping place for the last 4 years. The staff is very friendly and they have amazing selection of items. I am from India so it gives me great happiness to see international items like jungle jim. I love shopping here!

Staff is friendly and helpful and they stock a good selection of high quality food, but its pricey. This grocery store is a great place to shop if you dont mind overpaying.

The market has an excellent mix of affordability and indulgence in one location. I like the farm fresh meats and vegetables as well as the humanely raised eggs. There are choices for a carry out meal, including deli, house made salads, rotisserie chicken and vegetarian dishes. I want to make mention of the warm, fun, and friendly staff. Dont forget the bakery.

A lovely co-op. They have a great range of items with plenty of vegan and vegetarian groceries. The drink choices are extensive. They have a kombucha selection, a juice selection, craft beer selection, etc. Their in-store made goods, like the pastries, have always been fresh for me. There is nice sittings area two shops down from the store if youre trying to grab a snack and sit down. The surrounding area is really nice for a walk.

Diversified group of products at Clifton Market. They are selling many Indian Products at a cheaper rate compared to other Indian Groceries nearby, which helps a lot if you plan to purchase bulk of products on one go. Even the Food section consists of variety of options to choose from.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This vindictive, spiteful business that would tow a patrons car from their EMPTY parking lot after hours on a weekend is not a business that I would ever intend to support in the future!If Clifton Market goes out of business, it will not be a great loss to the community.

This has become my go to grocery store recently. I really appreciate the efforts of staff and owners on the hygiene. Particularly in pandemic times, this has become my favorite store. I get all groceries that I need and prices are reasonable. On top of this, there are gloves and hygiene considerations for each shopper when you enter the store. Being a resident of this neighborhood, I am happy to see this progress in our local store. Way to go!!!

A great local IGA that manages to feel like of Trader Joes opened a community sized Kroger with a dash of Whole Foods without feeling over priced.

A superb independent supermarché in Cincinnati, what follows is my review of them.This is a nice grocery store member of the IGA association of grocers, from what I understand. They have some more interesting offerings than the other ones that they call Kroger in this region. But their prices were a little higher than the other grocery stores.They take their covid-19 confinement precautions very seriously I can tell, all the patrons were masks which I did not observe in the Kroger shops! In the Kroger supermarché many of the lowly people that come from the riffraff of the neighborhood come in and are rude, dégoûtant, loud and impolite, like the people who go to the Walmart supermarché. The people who go to the Kroger sometime do not wear masks or they wear them masks around their chin or they wear their mask under the nose. It is quite strange. but the people who go to the Clifton Market are different, you could tell their educated, or the ones who are not educated you could tell that they are of the polite variety.Also the staff of the Clifton Market wear their hygiene facial mask, which was something I again that is superior to some of the Kroger supermarchés, for the Krogers it was, how do you call it, hit or miss. but for the Clifton Market they were Superior and excellent in this as well so I enjoyed going there even though the prices are higher.But indeed, the prices of the Clifton Market are higher. However they have fresh baguettes, it is from a local independent bakery in cincinnati, the baguettes are almost as good as the baguettes in France. I bought one every day I was here. They also have good cheese, although the cheese selection is not as varied as the what do they say it the cheese bar at the Hyde Park Kroger, or the cheese selection at the whole food markets which is very expensive by the way. They were superb and the cashiers are very friendly, including a very tall and striking most beautifully girl, with the most piercing eyes and elegant figure. Theres also a young man who has dreadlocks and a beard, he is quite sarcastic and funny, and he tells the good jokes. The people who work here are of good spirits and good humor. I recommend it for the grocery experience. Also they tell me they used to have a cafe in one corner of the grocery store but because of the covid-19 virus they no longer have the tables and chairs there but afterwards when things are better they will bring the cafe back again for the patrons. I thought it was a very clever idea.

Nice store to grab everyday needs. Very friendly staff. The only problem with this store is the missing or misleading price tags on the vegetable and fruit shelves, which is sometimes annoying. I have discussed this problem with the staff but to no use.

Great place Very helpful and friendly staff. And the customers are nice too. I really like the roasted chicken, moist and well cooked. The staff works hard to keep the food store well stock, a real feat during this virus outbreak (3/19/2020) . Thanks Clifton Market, you deserve more than 5 stars

Great place to shop. Always clean! Some of the prices are expensive. Medium Sized store. Exceptionally good bulk prices and weight. Almost every time I go there somebody tries to get away with stealing something and it just doesnt work for them.Great for an evening stroll to buy a snack or groceries in the convenience of the area. Great Deli and fresh meat and veggies. Nice Area!

I told the cashier a man cut in line in front of me and he responded “I haven’t heard that since I was in kindergarten”. I normally would not care about someone cutting in front of me but it was a 20 minute - 10 person deep situation. And then I asked him to please place my meat in plastic bag and then he turned around and bagged other items in with my meat. Made me feel rushed and told me I was supposed to pay before I bag. I had like 12 items. Overall a failed system regarding being compassionate to their customers and being friendly. If you have about an hour to pick up 10 items and you are willing to pay extra for items you can get cheaper at Kroger’s or Aldi,, this place will not disappoint.

I shop here when being in the area. Came the other day in hopes of fresh produce, and it was fruit flies galore, some of the produce had mold on it as well. Why isnt fresh produce being set out? When checking out the gentleman never asked or implemented paper or plastic. I went ahead and bagged my groceries. When proceeding to get my bags in cart he BOLDLY asked the gentleman behind me paper or plastic and the customer had 1 item along with being a different race as well. God knows I dont want to pull the race card. However, that was poor behavior. Closing, the cashiers dont wanna be cashiers, they left the gentleman with a line and walked away. I wont patronize this market anymore.

Clifton market once again gets high reviews from this reviewer scout. Clifton market is fabulous in the items they choose to stock. All natural organic health essential . Go have look you wont be disappointed. And once again food stamps are welcome and when you buy produce and fruit with EBT you get half off. Great place for shopping every household essential. Also, you can buy coffee and they have this cute seating place near the window by the street.

One of the greatest new additions to the Clifton Business District. They have one of the finest bakery selections in town. I love going there to get fresh, veggie sushi rolls made on the spot. And their deli selection is amazing! They will allow you to taste almost anything before you buy it.

Very nice wide selection for a small community market, they had gluten free choices for my friend. Prices a little more than other places but thats to be expected. Its no longer a co-op. But locally owned.

Shelves are stocked more and good brands and products for many items. Did not see Madtree Happy Amber -- would recommend adding that to the beer selection. Also, the Crimson Cup Coffee Cinnamon Hazelnut is very popular--may want to stock that in one of the bigger bins. Thanks for the improvements!

I’ve had an terrible experience every single time I’ve been here! Terrible cashiers. I won’t get into details, just will never return. Certain if there were another grocer in the area they’d be closed again.

Its an okay grocery store if youre in a pinch for some necessities. Their selection is actually very decent, but their prices cannot compare to those that youd find in a larger grocery store like Kroger. It definitely fits within the atmosphere of the rest of the shops that are found along Ludlow street.

Oh what an experience. Clifton market, born out of need and executed by residents who understand what a collective effort can do and what that means for small thriving communities. Once known as IGA grocery store, Clifton Market has taken on a different tone, yet meeting the same needs of the community. Theres a wonderful deli, bakery, along with a place to sit and people watch. Considering this is more so a Health Food store, the variety and quality of food items will make you Smile. Budgeting is required. The prices are steep. By steep I mean higher than most grocery stores. Dont allow the prices to steer you away from the experience or witnessing what a group of like-minded people can do to make sure that their conveniences are met. Lastly, Clifton Market is a cooperative (Co-op)- a grocery store established out of necessity, through the efforts of purpose driven people. Clifton Market Is Alive.

Have been disappointed in this grocery, despite wanting a local option in our neighborhood for years. They are offering too many niche options (warm meals, baked goods, flowers) and lack the essentials of a well-stocked grocery. Thus shelves are half-empty, prices a bit high, and then half the items cannot be found here. Its a shame, I know theyve been trying.. UPDATE JAN 2019: its now better stocked, more customers, but checkout is still long

A great new store. I love having the ability to shop at a local store rather than Kroger. My only hesitancy in giving this place a brighter rating is that it definitely caters to a more upscale crowd, which does not necessarily fit all of the surrounding area.

Slightly expensive than Target/Kroger, but we pay for convenience as its nearby. Nice place and people though

Fully-stocked shelves, Deli was be closed at 7:15pm when I arrived hankering for a home-made pizza. Bought one they had left over from earlier. It was delicious.

This is a great neighborhood Co-op grocery store, I prefer to Kroger are Meijer, its not large but it has a great selection of everything I want and need. Is completely community-owned and really friendly people work there. I give it five stars check it out
