Our first visit after recommendation from friends. Great selection of meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Many unique brands, a lot of organic products and great customer service. Will definitely shop here again!

Cool place to shop if you happen to come from California and end up in the Midwest. Nice looking pomegranates. The dress code is yoga pants/workout wear even if you haven’t been to and are not going to the gym.

Love this store. Their produce is the freshest Ive ever had. The only way to get it fresher is to get it straight out of the garden. Their prices are a little high but the quality makes up for it.

OMG!I love this Fresh Thyme so much :)Ever since the one in Oakley closed down, weve been horribly sad until we figured out theres one in Harpers Point. Its worth the 15-30 minute drive haha. If you ever get something from there (like a quick lunch for a field trip for your child), get the ROASTED TURKEY AND HAVARTI SANDWICH :)

I havent been there in a while. Wanted to get an 8 piece of roasted chicken. I purchased chicken and a couple of other items. Wasnt there too long.

Ive never experienced a nasty employee until I encounter a older lady by the name of Suzanne was very nasty and didnt know very much about being a cashier! She was not Pleasant at all, she didnt even say thank you. This was at your Harpers PointLocation, with her attitude xshe had to be the Owner cause, if she wasnt she would have been FIRED!

I have always loved Fresh Thyme, but they are always out of sale items. Regular prices are very high, especially in hard goods grocery. Quality is still very good. I am concerned for their survival since it was the day before Thanksgiving and they were empty.

Disappointed. No bulk dried fruit. Pre packaged is stale.

This is a great place for fresh fruits, vegetables and deli meats. It’s quick in and out and allows me to forgo a lengthy Kroger visit if I just need a few items. Their house made chicken sausages are a favorite of ours. Really nice and helpful employees too.

Great Bakery, Meat Counter, and excellent veggies. I love this store and go for all special dinner nights. Service is always friendly and helpful.

I would like to give a shout out to employee Patrick - I was under the impression that the store opened at 7.a.m. on Saturday and Sundays for seniors. When I arrived there around 7.a.m. it seemed as if the store was still closed - I called and Patrick answered. He advised that they open at 8.a.m. but if I would pay by credit card (there were no cashiers) I could come in and do my shopping - I went in - he was extremely helpful and pleasant - a credit to your Company. Thanks Patrick at Harpers Store in Cincinnati.

A decent choice for fresh fruit and vegetables but check the best by dates on anything else you might buy. I went in today and the two things I wanted to buy expired in May and June. It is now the middle of November. And the shelves were full of expired product.

I’ve often shopped here and although a bit more expensive I liked the friendly staff and good produce which is the specialty. Yesterday I received an email touting free delivery and wanted to try it given my husband and I are in a high risk category for Covid. the weekly ad (I placed my order the day the new ad took effect) promoted several items I wanted including fresh cranberries, tortilla chips and pie crusts. I received a text from our shopper that they were out of chips and cranberries and could she substitute different pie crusts as they were out of the ones advertised. I said yes to the substitution and was not charged for the items marked unavailable But tonight I received another email with advertised specials again promoting fresh cranberries! Not only that the free delivery included a service fee besides the tip [which I expected) I wanted to support the store as it’s small, clean and not crowded which is good for shopping during a pandemic but think I will probably take my business elsewhere as the whole promotion seems disingenuous

Theres always a good selection of organic produce, at very good prices. Lots of pretty healthy pre-made products, as well as a large selection of vitamins and health care products. I love shopping here!

As someone who hates grocery shopping, this is my go-to place to shop because it makes shopping easy. Love this place! The organic and produce choices are always great. The service is helpful. Recommend downloading their app - they have digital coupons worth using. Its not a huge store which I prefer as its quicker in and out. A nice shopping experience for someone who hates shopping. 👍

Before the pandemic, their weekly specials on produce, meat and fish couldnt be beat. Now, the specials are not so good. Hopefully after the pandemic, things will get better. They havent had any shortages, but, like other places, their prices have gone up.

My wife and I drove down to the Harper Point Store around seven am today..The store was not busy..We went over to the meat counter.There was nothing in the cases and no one around.After waiting for ten minutes or so we walked away. We went over to where we thought the chicken would be nothing in the case..Went over to get some corn, none out..As we walked away a man came out of the back room pulling a cart of product. We decided not worth the wait. We left the store with nothing we came for. We have shopped at this store for years and have never had a problem..We’ll be rethinking about ever going here again..

I truly loves the variety of natural and organic foods found here. I can honestly say I can find my daily cooking necessities here without having to go to multiple stores. The atmosphere is always clean, neat and organized!

Fresh Thyme has much of what the large chains have: bakery, deli, butcher, but they also have bulk nuts and cooking oils. Much of what they sell is organic and natural. Brands you wont find elsewhere. The prices for meats and produce are competitive and often less than big chain stores.

This is my favorite grocery store, and I absolutely hate going to the store. But this place I love. Fresh affordable fruits vegetables and meats. Well worth the trip.

Can def be pricier than Kroger or Meijer but the breadth of products for various diets or lifestyles (e.g. Organic, Keto, Low Carb, Paleo, Gluten-free, etc.) is fabulous

Fresh Thyme has wonderful special prices on many food items from Wednesday to Wednesday. I have always received excellent, friendly service from the Harpers Point store employees. This store has a nice selection of local craft beer in addition to high quality domestic and import brands. A large selection of bulk foods, oils, vinegar, honey and coffee. A large of natural and gluten free products as well. Overall, I really enjoy this grocery store. I hope you do as well!

I always enjoy a trip to fresh thyme Farmers Market. Rick in produce and Glenn in the fish department always bring a smile to my face and are extremely helpful even if the product I am looking for is not in their department. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming, even Dolores handing out samples. I look forward to another future trip to fresh thyme Farmers Market.

I like Fresh Thyme. Its missing a few things, like quality sodas or cheeses, but if you like organic produce and coffee/nuts/wine... Its worth a visit!

Each time I have checked out of this location, theres only a few cashiers and they are extremely slow and rude. I waited in a long line today, and by the time it was my turn, the cashier told me to switch lines because he had to step away to assist someone! Unacceptable!! I literally had to move my groceries over. No assistance, no apologies given. After I switched to the other line, the new cashier, Sam, was just as rude. He started to small talk about himself and I didnt engage b/c I just wanted to check out and get back from my lunch break. At one point I made a comment about how quiet the store was today, and for some reason this offended him and hollered out to me as I walked away, come back so that you can judge how busy or quiet the store is next time! This is my 3rd time experiencing similar circumstances during my check out. I get the impression that the employees are all disgruntled and they seem to take out this anger and frustration out on the customer. Needless to say, I will not be back. Not worth my time. Its clear why no one shops here! This was at the Harpers Point location by the way. I continued the reviews and was even more shocked to learn that the rude cashier is Sam, the Manager, as cited in additional reviews. I am more than willing to share more details related to this bad experience if someone would care to contact me.

It was alright, abit better selection then a normal store. Prices are descent. Wish they had a bigger selection of gluten free bread.

I enjoy shopping at Fresh Thyme. The selections are good especially considering the store is not huge. I find it is actually easier to find things that way. Prices are very competitive and the quality is very good.

I shop here for all my vitamins, herbs and CBD oil products. They are the greatest.

I love this place and everyone is always very helpful and they always make sure that I’m finding everything okay. But there’s this one particular clerk that I’m not too fond of. His name is Bill and he will not reason with you for nothing. If you see him at the register go to someone else. A few months back the store manger at the time gave me free key lime bags b/c he informed me that they are unable to sell them if they have brown spots on them. So I went back yesterday months from the time the manager gave me the key limes for free and I explained this to Bill who tried to argue with me and claim he called the store manager to assist and his response was “Well he’s not answering so either I leave these sitting right here or you pay full price”. I will not tolerate rudeness nor will I go back here.
