I spent over $20 and still charged me a service fee. If I spent under $5 then charge me a fee but not if I’m spending money!!! Rude Hindi guy didn’t want to answer my question, never will go back or send people there.

Great little Mom and Pop liquor store. Not so easy to see from the road but well worth investigating. I was surprised by their large selection. The only negatives are its hard to see all their product because its kept behind a high counter that has a lot of shelves on it obstructing a clear view, also the pricing wasnt so obvious on all the merchandise on the shelves. I will return to search for more buried treasures.

This is the only liquor store I go to!!! Miss Diane is the best! Shes always welcoming, polite, but dont get it twisted... She dont take no ishhhh either, lol!💯 The store is clean, safe, and always fully stocked! Yall get 5+ stars from me!!!!

Lets start with my entry into the store. No greeting at all! I stood at the counter while the two people working looked over at me but never came over to see if I needed anything. I approached the two and said um...can you help me? Ridiculous I tell you!Second...when I actually got some help I was told that my total was $26.74 for a bottle of crown Royal(750ml). I paid by credit card and was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I answered yes. As I walk out of the store I check my receipt and my charge is $27.74. I ask the employee who rung me up why my total wasnt what he said it was and I was told there was a dollar charge for credit card use. First off that is completely ridiculous and only something you see in black communities. Im also pretty sure its illegal to charge a customer for you credit card terminal rate charge. Im completely confused why the guy behind the counter would think it was okay to charge my card for a different amount than I was quoted. This is clearly a common business practice and a way to cheat customers out of money. The state liquor agency sets the prices for liquor and thats the price I expect to pay when purchasing a bottle of liquor from a state regulated store. Bassically the store charged me tax on a bottle of liquor that they arent allowed to tax if you think about it. There isnt a detailed receipt of course because this is just another way to fraud the system so instead of having a pos that is consistent across the board stores like this can use little cheap cash registers and print receipts with nothing more than a date date and total present. It is outrageous that business owners think it is acceptable to go into business in a minority neighborhood and then cheat the people of the community. SMH. Shame on the owner and the State Liquor Agency for allowing this type of behavior.If you are looking for a nice liquor store with great customer service that doesnt cheat you because they feel like you arent smart enough to figure out the deception go to the liquor store on Colerain Ave in the plaza with outback.
