I have been trying to find a good place to get maintenance for my bike. The Harley dealerships are expensive and who knows when you can get in. I called the Bike Shop and they happened to have a lift open. I rode over and got some maintenance done on my bike. They were quick, friendly and it cost about 30% less than the Harley dealer. Theyve got good reviews for a reason. Huge bonus for me they are located just outside of downtown Cincinnati. This will be my go to shop for my bike.
This place is awesome! My bike had 0 power now I feel like I can be a professional racer. They exceeded my expectations and even tightened loose parts on my bike. Brad made sure I would be happy and safe on these streets. Highly recommend this place. Oh, did I mention it didnt break the bank. Quality at a lower cost. You cant beat it.
Very helpful and generous with their time. Went in there with questions about my bikes electrical problems. The owner spent over 10 minutes discussing my issues and giving valuable advice.
AJ is the man! He was able to get us right in and took very good care of our motorcycle!! Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff, great customer service and all around great work!! Customers for life! Thanks Brad and AJ for getting our bike ready to go to Sturgis!!
They best shop on town!
Most amazing customer service and craftsmanship. Supreme bonus that the owner is a God Glorifying good guy that treats women as equals and respects everyone without regard to anything including experience level or owning a foreign made bike. Fair prices especially considering the expertise, quality & follow up.
Great people to deal with, had my 10,000 mile service done an new tires put on an they went above and beyond what they needed to good people at a good price.
Professional great conscientious service, fair prices.
The staff here is very skilled and professional.
Outgoing staff. Happy to allow them, to make my Harley more my way. Looking forward to having them as my mechanical choice.
Amazing place!
Busy shop and for good reason. Great work, very knowledgeable about all different types of bikes. If something isn’t quite to your liking they will make it right. Give them a call, you’ll be in good hands.
I ride a 2006 CBR1000RR, I was looking for a shop to take my bike to on google maps and The Bike Shop showed up and so, I read the reviews of course and what I read was nothing short of, my short and honest conversation with Brad, he told me that he could definitely do the job that I need done, but he’s been backed up since 03/2020, and that if I were to give him the job that it’ll be a few months before I got my bike back, so he recommended me to Brooklyn, also because he specializes in Harley’s and vintage bikes and that Brooklyn specializing in sports and race bikes, I wanted to be his customer just for the honesty, maybe one day when I decide to get a Street Glide ....... 👍🏾
The guys get things done and beyond that they do everything exactly how it should be to spec and with the proper tools. From the smallest basic upkeep to absolute full builds replacing every single bolt and gasket they have you covered. Speaking of they usually have the bolts and gaskets in stock for those wrenching themselves. The accounts they have are awesome too parts readily available all the time and you can’t think of an aftermarket part they can’t help you secure and install. Also have years of dyno experience not just a dyno. A dealership
Booked repair in shop 2 months waiting period
Great experience... Brad is a good guy and great shop to have your motorcycle work done.
Quick turnaround. Job done right. Found my new garage.
This indie shop is the best experience I have ever had with not only a motorcycle service vendor, but any vehicle service vendor. I heard a noise in my rear end, and after several local dealerships refused to touch it because it was a trike conversion, I was referred to The Bike Shop. A few hours later and at a very reasonable price, I had my bike back and they had problem-solved the issue promptly and professionally. I then wanted to upgrade to a newer model, and chose to have them build my conversion, as they could provide a trike with independent rear suspension, which is far superior to straight axle, at less than the cost of a brand new manufactured trike. When I was in the process of purchasing the 2 wheeler to be converted, I received exemplary customer service in the way of daily step by step availability by the owner of the shop, who provided valuable experience as I shopped for the bike to be converted. They then went the extra mile and went with me to look at the bike I decided to purchase, and the owner personally rode it to his shop, since I can no longer ride two wheels. Everyone in the shop has been friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. Above all, this shop is a very honest and reasonable vendor. I will take my bikes here for life. I cant wait to see the finished product of my trike!! Ive seen others they have built, and they are awesome!! If I could give 20 stars I would.
You dont want anyone else touching your bike, TRUST ME. Personal, Professional, Friendly and Affordable. I highly recommend The Bike Shop!
I wouldnt go anywhere else. They do an amazing job taking care of the bikes and their customers.
I have looked for a long while to find a good Bike shop. I have a 2000 Harley Road Classic that since 2004 has been a DFT Smoothie Trike. Harley Davidson is Like Car Dealers now, they don’t want to work on anything if it is not stock.I had Brad and the Tech’s at The Bike Shop in Delhi do an extensive amount of upgrades to my bike and oh my God how much better it performs. I took this trike on a 23 day 7,500 mile ride last year and afterwords decided to upgrade it to a 6 speed Baker transmission, Motor Trike full reverse gear, new exhaust system, a S&S big bore engine upgrade, a 525 Cam, 6% rake on front end, all new LED lights, front mounted oil cooler, full service and dyno tune and many other smaller upgrades.Wow, I can’t begin to tell you how well this bike rides and shifts now. Thank You Brad and Company at The Bike Shop.If you are looking for a great shop for your classic bike you can’t go wrong here. The Bike Shop will now be my go to shop for all my bike needs.Dave E.
Best place to get your motorcycle needs taken care of. Brad is personable and knowledgeable, has a nice place.
Im new to motorcycling, so I was a little worried that I might end up with a mechanic that thought he could scam me cause I got no idea what Im doing, but Brads been awesome! Prices are fair, he explains things simply, and his advice has helped my riding improve immensely. The only negative I saw is that both times Ive dropped off my bike its taken a couple of days to get back, but thats due to the fact that the garage and parking lot were full of other bikes and I was at the back of the line. Its like my dad says - never trust a mechanic with an empty garage. Everybody that recommended me to Brad has had nothing but good things to say about him, as well.
Brad does awesome work and its reasonably priced. I had the bike shop do some work on my 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 that was a bit out of my scope of knowledge. The pricing was good and they are easy to work with
Took my bike in for new tires. Rode for a day and got a flat. Turned out to be a bad tube so Brad made it right and fixed it plus threw in a free oil change
Good guys. Worked on my Royal Enfield. Lit a spark under it and runs better than expected. Thanks Brad.
I met the owner and he is an amazing man. Id have to say that this is probably one of the best service shop Ive been at very very friendly very straightforward and if at the end of the day it wont cost you an arm and a leg
These guys really helped me out of a jam during a trip. They were very friendly and as helpful as could be. I would take all of my bikes there if I lived in the area. Definitely give them a call for all of your motorcycle and atv needs!
These guys are top notch and honest after having my 02 1200 sporty at 3 different shops and replacing parts at each without fixing sudden loss of power problem I stopped at the bike shop to buy yet another part, after discussing this with the owner he took time to research it with me and without charging me a dime or selling me a part I didnt need, he figured out the problem.
Great prices, good service and knowledgeable staff. Only reason for 4 stars is the fact that they did not tighten the bolts on my front brake caliper. This caused a bolt to fall out while my bike was on a trailer. As I was unloading the bike the caliper twisted up causing the brake to come off the rotor thus causing the bike to freewheel while backing it down a ramp and thus causing me to drop my bike. The top bolt on the caliper was loose and the bottom one fell out just from the vibrations being towed. The bike was mostly okay, just a lot of scratches on the crash bars now and I had to replace a mirror bracket. I fixed the caliper and noticed the top bolt that still held the caliper was loose as well. If they did tighten them, it was not to spec or they could have used loctite. If you use the bike shop, just double check the bolts before you ride, it would have saved my bike from being dropped.
Great staff easy to work with highly reccomend
Trustworthy people that have the talent to back up their craft. Would suggest going to these guys to fix or build your motorcycle, Brad is awesome!

Brad did an awsome job on my bike. The bike was in pieces from an accident and had been sitting for several years. Brad and his crew did an awsome job. Brad will get all my business for my bikes.
Such awsome people and just 2 add they do so much to help someone.... They need 10 stars
Great service, quick turnaround, and a more-than-fair price. What more could a bike owner want?
Nice privately owned motorcycle shoo
As of 2015Decent customer service but horrible with performance engine work. The shop owner genuinely seem like a good guy.I rode in on a Katana, putting over 200 miles on it the weekend prior with no problems.I wanted pods and a dyno jet kit installed. 4 weeks later they couldnt give me a running running bike. They called and said it was finished several times but every time I came down to pick it up it bogged out and was completely unrideable. They eventually tried to say that it had extremely low compression and that the engine needed work to run.I wouldnt recommend The Bike Shop for performance engine parts that require tuning. Youll want a place with a actual dyno.I towed the bike to Pro Stock Performance and Dyno. They put it on there dyno and found that it was running extremely rich. After properly jetting it it ran perfect.
Awesome guys easy to work with
I recently brought my 16 CVO Street Glide to Brad for a dyno tune and WOW ! is all I can say . My bike has never run better than what it does now after Brad worked his Bike Shop magic on my bike !! Thanks for the NEW ride Brad !!
