Was out riding my super glide when two bolts holding my floor board sheared off in the frame. I stopped in to Eastgate HD and spoke with Cole. He was busy as hell and short handed but he stopped what he was doing to help me as much as he could. Due to Powder Keg HD not inputting my HD warranty info, Cole couldnt do the repair for me without charging me but he managed to do a temp fix so I could still ride on a beautiful day while waiting on the kther dealer to come get my bike. Cole didnt have to help me like he did but I appreciated it and I had a great day riding thanks to him. Eastgate HD will get all my business from now on and the owners of that store have Cole to thank for it. Thanks Cole for being a good human being.
I went to get a bike but that didnt work out... however, Ive gone back for apparel and accessories and the service pros there are great!
Took my Fatboy for its 1000 mile service, what a great service department! Bike looked better than it did brand new.
So i went to buy a shirt and it had two shirts together and the price tag said 40.00 dollars on it .so i thought, i was getting a good deal.and then when i went to pay the lady said oh its going to be a 120.00 dollars .that was very misleading. Some people need to do there job the right way instead of mis leading people.

Great bunch, known Kenny and have done business with him in past. Met Brian in sales. Same goes there too. Brian ran me some numbers just to show about what it would look like if I financed.
Walked in just looking. Greg was a perfect salesmen. Walked up introduced himself, asked if I had any questions, welcomed me to sit on anything. Then walked away. Came back a few minutes later and offered to let me ride anything in the store. Took a low rider for spin, came back a couple weeks later and bought it. Under sticker, no dealer prep or freight. Super easy deal. Parts dept. treats me like royalty. Always happy to order anything they don’t have in stock. Lady’s in clothes and accessories same thing. Can’t say enough about east gate Harley. Family owned. No experience with service department yet, but would expect the same.
Called ahead to ask for a part, was told on the phone they had it. Drove an hour to pick up and the part they pulled was nowhere near correct.Simple inner tube and they couldnt even listen to the size I needed to figure out if they actually had what I needed.

Everybody is extremely friendly at this shop. Im a new rider and while I was here I slipped and laid my bike down; everybody reassured me it was park of being a bike owner and nobody made me feel stupid about it. I appreciate people like that, theyve got my business forever.
I went there looking for a denim vest for my son, but they did not have them. However, they were courteous and helpful. The store is very nice! It was easy to find and convenient!
Cole should be ashamed of his customer service. Here is the story. I had my bike taken to Eastgate for service. I was pleased with the service I had received despite the high cost of the service bill. I never complained and trusted the judgement and pricing Cole was giving me. After several weeks (maybe months), Cole told me there would be additional unforeseen charges. Of course I was not happy with this, but I accepted it and gave approval to have the work done. After another gap of time, I was finally contacted that the bike was finished and ready for pick up. Within 24 hours, I called back and spoke to someone at the front desk who transferred me back to service. Cole was not in, so I told the gentleman who answered that I was just calling to schedule pick up of the bike. When I asked him if he could deliver it to my house where they got it from, he said sure, thats no problem. We confirmed he would charge the card on file, and he stated he would contact me when they had a confirmed delivery date. All was good up to this point. I would have given them a 5 star review. Here is where things went bad. Well today, after not hearing ANYTHING for several weeks and not having my bike delivered, I get a stern call today at 11:24 am from Cole at Eastgate Harley, threatening to charge me storage if I didnt call him to get the bike. I OBVIOUSLY didnt receive this call in the best way. What HORRIBLE customer service. EVEN IF there was a miscommunication on one of our parts (which could have very well happen), why not just call and ask to speak with me? Threatening to charge your customer storage (WHEN YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE BIKE TO ME AS WE AGREED), is NOT good customer service. Within hours, I began calling Harley, during business hours, but no one answered. I left several voice mails. This is NO WAY to treat your paying customers. This was NOT my fault. We agreed to have the bike delivered back to where you guys got it from (and I even agreed to pay a HIGH PREMIUM for this service). COLE chose to escalate this from 0 mph to 60 INSTANTLY with his choice of words. I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend Harley of Eastgate again. NEVER will I EVER take my bike there again for service. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase form them again either. What a shame to take a potentially 5 star review, down to a 1 star.... just for being so passive aggressive and condescending to your paying customer. I am extremely disappointed in my local HARLEY dealership.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. They totally ripped my son off. Then told us his bike was too old for them to work on. Its a 1995. I called Tennessee ave Harley they said they have the exact same bike in there service department now. When I told them that, they asked who is cincity Harley. Lol. They refused to warranty a 6 month of ld battery. I warn others please dont go to Eastgate. Call Tennessee ave Harley Davidson for any and all needs.

Been in this store maybe 4 times. The customer service is excellent and there service department is excellent also. Cole the service department manager took the time to give me a tour of the dealership. I called Friday about getting my 1994 Harley Davidson timing taking care of. They picked my bike up the same day and called me Saturday afternoon telling me that it was done and delivered it that day around 530. Money well spent and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for your excellent customer service guys.
Exceptional service! The two ladies that were working were so helpful and pleasant. They even directed me afterward to a table that was set up with Harley Davidson wrapping paper and bows, so you can wrap your gift right there at no cost!

Nice dealership! The clothing ladies was stocking new shirts and even went to the back, printed a label and allowed me to purchase the new shirt. Been to other H-D dealerships and they told me I couldnt due to them not being in the system. Another Harley shirt and poker chip added to the collection.

Ive been here three times in total. The first time when I walked in with my husband, we had a five star experience. The second two times, when I walked in alone or with my kids looking for a particular item, either no one acknowledged I was there or I was met with short explanations and felt like I was being an inconvenience. Frustrating. store is easy to find, close to home, and well kept, but I wont be back. I will drive past this dealership in order to find associates willing to answer my questions and help me find what I am looking for.
Almost every Harley Davidson stores are the same except the ones in Honolulu Hawaii. I guess I am not in the islands no more. That means no more ALOHA. But this place was clean, some Dynas, and Sportsters, and few bigger bikes. Got me 4 shirts though. The girl who helped was great service and now her bikes since shes a biker too.

I really love the place. But clothing is just to high. Not everyone now days can order things online, where I know its a big price cut. Should have a in store day of price buying as same as online, meaning! Not just end of year merchandise, should be everything! Clothes, shoes ect,,,, . Thanks

Our issue is with the service department. We called a couple of months ago for something in our tire. They said it would be a couple of weeks before the could change it. Seriously 2 months in the prime of riding season. Good thing I wasnt an out of towner passing through. We took it to Powder Keg Harley in Mason, Ohio whom was glad to change the tire. We thought we would try Eastgate again since they are closer than Mason so I called last week for my 1000 mile service appointment and was told no appointment was necessary that they were not busy and would get me in right away. I confirmed I did not need an appointment and was told again no. After arriving there this morning at 10, which is the time they open I was told it would be 4 hours. I will not ever use their service department again. This is no way to run a service department.

The parts guys dont know what the hell they are doing. Every Time I ask if the have a part in stock they go uuuuuhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmm? What year Is that agian for ever long to find a simple part and then they gave my wife a loaner seat and it didnt even fit the bike . What idiots.

The part I ordered was in stock at my local Harley Davidson dealer. Because I had a gift certificate from Eastgate Harley Davidson that could only be used at the Eastgate store, I had to buy the item at Eastgate did not have it in stock. It took 6-days for me to get the item.

Took my bike in for a scheduled maintenance. Took them 2 DAYS. When I got the bike back it was obvious that they had not gone over my bike at all. They had simply changed the oil, transmission, and primary fluids and then hosed the bike off. When I got the bike home, I realized that they had doubled up O-Rings on all my drain plugs, causing them to pinch and my bike to leak primary and transmission fluid. Instead of driving a half hour back for a couple 10 cent O-rings, I simply replaced them myself. The next time I was in the area I stopped in at Eastgate Harley to let the service department know that I did not appreciate how they took care of my bike. One of the techs-if you can call someone with the skillset of a Jiffy Lube oil change guy a tech, started to argue with me sarcastically asking what did I want them to do about it anyways, and that it was not their responsibility after 30 days. Honestly, I didnt want anything from them, but if they had wanted to keep my business they should have apologized at minimum. You can find me at Powder Keg Harley, or Cincinnati Harley, or Tri County Harley or any other Harley in the area except Eastgate.
