Massive chain wide going out of business sale!!!

Very welcoming when I first walked in, one of the employees greeted me & told me about their sales going on. She was very friendly, and the store front was like a breath of fresh air. So many spring like accent pieces, I was overwhelmed! I couldnt decide what I liked the most! I almost purchased another couple of bunnies. They were so cute! And the pillows I couldnt make up my mind! The heart wreaths were beautiful, there was one that I loved, but it was way to thick. I was devastated! I really wanted it.. But that aside, its a beautiful store, with a wide selection of items, with very helpful & sweet employees. Definitely check this place out!

Customer service was excellent - friendly and very helpful. The store has beautiful displays of their many unique products. Sale going on right now, including 25% off on items not sale-priced. It was a win-win for me yesterday!

Pier one is always fun to gaze at eye candy and make your wish list longer! They have a nice sale going on right now and loads of clearance items. The sales staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A nice stop to shop around!

The Green dresser was perfect for my daughters room with her art (by juvenilia) the service from all of the women associates was outstanding they all came together to lift the dresser onto the truck! Sad to see them go.

Pier One is one of my favorite home stores, but unfortunately, its going out of business 😔😔 I have been shopping there for years so I had to catch a sale one last time!!

If you want to go into a store and have someone greet you or ask if you need any help, dont go to Pier 1 Kenwood. I was there for about 30 minutes and nobody ever spoke to me. There was an employee at the service desk and an employee putting out stock. I was a retail business owner for 10 years and this is definitely not the customer service any company or owner would want. I realize the larger stores provide no customer service so I guess all stores are becoming this way.

Staff are helpful, friendly and willing to answer any question. Great selection and presented in beautiful ways so you can really appreciate the products.

Store is filled top to bottom with great decor items. Pricey but many unusual or hard to find items. Worth the stop.
