Ordered my grandsons birthday present from an individual and she went to this box place and paid $45.93 10.00 for packing materials on 6/4/2021 @ 9:47 am which by the way was a Friday and their only day closed is Sundays. We paid for part of the shipping in our cost of item. We have been checking the status through tracking number individual sent and it has said the whole time that a label was created and usps is awaiting package. My husband called the box place phone number and got a recording saying they were going to be closed until 6/14/2021. He called the box place this morning and she said the packages were still sitting there and my husband asked if there was any way they could get it to us a little quicker since they dropped the ball and she told him there was no way that they could do that and that the mail had not run as of yet (this was at approximately 12 noon today). So needless to say that my grandson did not receive his birthday present and I am very upset with this supposed shipping business. Not cool if you are a shipping business you should not let packages sit and wait until you decide to ship them. The individual we purchased from should get her shipping and package money back since they wouldnt do their job!!!!

First time going to the one on colerain. I was greeted by two very friendly golden girls. They playfully bossed each other around and it was a great experience. They helped me pick out the correct box saved me a few dollars. Def recommend this place if you need a box or need to ship something.

The Box Place is the only place I go to ship a package. The friendly employees are very helpful. They sell shipping supplies, cards, and gifts. I even found cute garden decorations there.

They have always made sure my packages were done in the best and cheapest way possible. I dont even consider going anywhere else! There isnt a place in Cincinnati better to take your packages!!

Okay, this is truly a last of its kind establishment. Not only is this place something like 20% cheaper than going to Fedex or UPS... its got great pricing on shipping and packaging goods. On top of that, Rob (one of the managers I think) embodies customer service. Hes personable, knowledgable and funny. He saved us money, taught us some nuances of shipping insurance and left us with a smile. I hope this place has another 30 years of success. They are an awesome independent business that understands price and service. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I have used the Box Place for many years, mostly to drop off prepaid UPS but I also use them to ship items. I have never had an issue or problem, you get personal service there, thats why I use them. I would rather give them my money and business than anyone else.
