We had the best experience with Mattress Firm!! Dave was so knowledgeable about all the mattresses and helped us make the best selection! I was suffering with my back out and Dave helped my husband find the best bed for our needs!! My back feels so much better and I love our new bed! We got an amazing price, excellent service and fast delivery!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Buying a mattress made simple. The store manager Dave made the entire process enjoyable and easy. Told Dave about some back and hip pain and he was quick to suggest the bed I should consider. Not only did I get the mattress but I also the pains have subsided. I would definitely recommend and will go again.

The salesperson was so helpful and knowledgeable. I fell in love with a TEMPUR Flex bed and bought a mattress protector 2 pillows and an adjustable base and had it delivered the next day. I now never want to leave my bed. The whole process was excellent!

I was not all happy with the Mattress Firm because this woman has talk too much and it seem like a high pressure sale pitch. They delivered the form mattress ( $399.00) and bed set. As soon as my sister lay on it, felt like being sinking. She had a hard time getting out of bed. She called to complain and the manager of the store will take care of it. Well, the delivery guys ( foreigner) came and one of them took a picture of the Mattress and left without saying a word. I can`t believe how they treat a customers like us. Never go to this store or another of those stores ever again. Its a disgrace.
