I work down the street from this location for an industrial electronic repair/distro and these guys have all gotten me out of quite a few tough situations. They are always responsive and can search their in house stock quickly for suitable replacement fasteners.

Incompetent staff. Looked on their site for stainless hex nuts, website says they are in stock here. Get to the cinnaminson location, employee offered little to no help. I ended up going to Berlin fastenal (30 mins away) so much better staff, extremely quick to get me what I need. Will only shop at Berlin fastenal from now on. Not the first time having a bad experience at cinnaminson location. Rude staff, not knowledgeable. Hard pass for me. Need to train employees.

I just went there for the Tee Nuts. The attendant looks in the PC and told me they dont have... He never look fisocally in the shop... 2 minutes later i find the Nuts. Jist ther with label... I was so piss... I didnt buy the 2000 o needed.. Bad service... He still doesnt know that i found the Nuts... Still check PC guy... Still sleeping...

Miserable arrogant staff. This place was over-rated. Selection can be found other places instead. Prices are fairly good, but for the lack of service its not worth it in my opinion. I cant speak for other Fastenal stores, but avoid Pennsauken!
