A very very rude bunch of people that work here and then lie about ur pay out price oh lord correct one of them and they cut u right off and say well ur paying it or we are coming they sell broke products then when u try to have em replaced it takes months or they just say u start over on there payments or keep the broke the which the broke tv I agreed to 600 I’m already 900 and they are taking 150 that is not owed to them by there own employeeI have been tryna contact people above themBut they ain’t the best at replying eitherAs shown in the picture below they say I owe this much and they have takin way more then that

The store is really clean and nicely set up. Its easy to navigate and see what theyve got. The staff is very friendly and down to earth, especially Katy and Jess. I didnt feel like I was talking to a robot the entire time of my purchase. I will definitely return when I make my next big furniture purchase!

This place thinks they can just take money from any bank account with out authorization . I made a monthly payment using a family members debit card and the following month they took 499.73 out of the very same bank account and then 6 days later another 160.61 . This account is not even mine

I would recommend going to this rent 2 own in Circleville anytime you are wanting to rent anything. I bought a Apple Mac-book and dealt with the most helpful sales manager Jessica. The Mac-book they had in store didnt work but I had another one in the next day. She found what I needed and was very nice and professional. The whole process was very fast and painless.

Found my experience with Rent to Own to be nothing but great! From walking into the store and feeling welcome and part of the family. To the friendly staff, who was always willing to work something out if I was in a bind. To the great quality of furniture that is delivered at no charge. And a side note, the staff that delivered my furniture didnt damage my house while doing so!!!! When I need something I am definitely a going back. =)

The staff knows how to talk to you. They dont make it seem impersoanal. They make you feel you are a friend. I share my important news with them before anyone else. Worst rent to own place Ive used. Theyve sent me the wrong bed twice then acted like it was my fault when I called to complain. My fault that their employees cant read product numbers I guess. The last person I talked to flat out told me the last person didnt know what she was doing and have me false info. Still wanted to charge me for the wrong product but would take two weeks to get me the right one.

They are the friendly they will even order what you want even if it not in the store. My hubby and I have been with them for 10 yrs.Everything in my house has come from there and I couldn’t be an y happier with the furniture I have got from them. If you get something and not happy with what you got they will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

They signed us up for that scam “club” without asking if we wanted it. When I saw it on our first bill, I asked what it even was, and I was told we had to have it to have a warranty or something and that it would somehow benefit us. Now that we are paid off, it turns out that we never received any kind of benefit at all. So a few hundred dollars literally for nothing. When we first signed up we were told that for a monthly plan there is a “5 day grace period” ( her exact words, not mine). Well they start harassing you the day that it comes due and then say that there is no grace period at all and it is late if you don’t pay it on the exact day it’s due, even though it clearly says FIVE DAYS in the contract. They also will not allow you to make the final payment online and require you to call or stop in so that they can try to get you to buy something else. They also don’t include all the extra fees that they tack on in their ads and make it sound like a different arrangement than it actually is, and you don’t find out the truth until they deliver your stuff and give you your copy of the agreement. I will say that the large man with the excellent beard who delivers stuff is awesome and very helpful/ knowledgeable. Nobody ever treated me too awfully rude, but I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to purchase anything, even if you think you know what to ask ahead of time. I’ve been in business a real long time and would never do what they do to customers. Beware! Also make sure ahead of time if they have to order something that it will actually be new and unused; they sent us a display model mattress from another store and neglected to tell us until it had been delivered. Even then we only found out bc one of the delivery guys accidentally let it slip. Just all around a bad experience for the amount of money that they charge. It’s a 2nd or 3rd rate business for sure!

Dont reccomend at all, they sent me a another one to get my chair fixed in the meantime. The one they were fixing was a rocking normal recliner. They sent me an electrical plug in one without the plugin. Asked for the cable but constant lies and Bs. Then after months of calling asking for my original chair, should of been done by now........They finally said it was never fixable and they were charging me for this chair instead. Definitely do not reccomend

Harassment is real with this place. They text and call 3 times a day. Also write me on Facebook.. They also run you up on late fees making it so you cant catch up on your payments. That way when you make a payment they keep harassing you saying you didnt make a full payment. Finally Ive said enough is enough I havent made a payment in 2 months. They came to collect it while I wasnt home my fiance then told them that I wasnt home that I would be back on the weekend. They sat outside my house for over 2 hours. I believe its the assistant manager. Shes very rude, disrespectful, and has no problem cussing very unprofessional. Anyways,, While they were sitting outside my house they made an unauthorized withdrawal out of my bank account. Also did a background check right there somehow she told my fiance. She ran the plates on the Jeep sitting out front looked up that I had got a marriage license recently. Its just pathetic the extent they went to. Over a air conditioner window unit. That cost $400 brand new and they charge you $900.. For future customers so you know if they take a payment without your permission knowingly withdraw money out of your account it is illegal. If you owe the merchants money. They cannot collect without your authorization. I will not be going to the Better Business Bureau or anything like that. Im going to corporate. Im not attacking everybody there its one person that needs to be fired. For the most part the other staff are friendly and understanding people!
