I have now gotten the run around three differnt times. Last two times I was sold parts they didnt have in stock also was given wrong part that didnt match what was sold. Was difficult for them to refund me with numbers not matching up with what was sold vs what was handed to me. Avoid going here unless you want to drive multiple times to the store in middle of a project.

This is the first time at this auto zone. I was impressed by this girl clerk that knew everything.

Been in this store many times and have never left any type of review. Was in yesterday and had a young lady help me with my car issue and battery. She went above what she needed to and was so polite. Tried tipping her and she refused to take it after putting my battery in. Her name started with a S I do believe long dark hair. Defiantly a+ rating from me.

Very helpful had check engine light on five hundred miles from home. Due to covid-19 they are not allowed to do the service but allowed me to use there code reader to find out what the issue was.

Not much to say, its an Autozone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and stocked. My biggest criticism of AZ in general is that you dont get the same prices in the store as you do online. There is always a savings code to save a % off your online order. Pass the savings on to all customers in the store, not just when you place an order for the same product online with in-store pickup.

Ive went there many times to get parts and never had an issue when its in person. I tried calling in today and felt like it was the biggest bother to the person on the phone. When i asked for a part he said he didnt have it in stock when i asked about other stores having it he said im not sure you will have to check and quickly tried to get me off the phone. Hopefully that was just a one off experience otherwise phone manners for this store have a lot to be desired.

Im 62 years old, a widow, disabled, and clueless. I was met at the door by a salesman/Roger, who opened the door for me. He asked a couple of questions and realized I was of little help. He took my keys, went out to my car, got the information he needed, sold me the appropriate part, walked me to the door and opened the door for me, all while engaging other customers who were coming in. I was very impressed.

My check engine light came on while driving home from work. The guys at AZ ran a diagnostic check, identified the problem and told me exactly how to remedy it. Even added a quart of oil for me. Ive been to circleville autozone multiple times most of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful but when I Talked to a gentleman Wednesday about ordering a flowmaster muffler to get for the weekend since I work out of town every week and he advised me to call back on thursday to order it so Id get it friday or Saturday, he also said its not a problem to order ...well I called thursday and a lady answered and I explained the conversation I had with her coworker day before and she couldnt find it and said she cannot order it... I asked for someone else bc I wasnt feeling confident in her abilities so she got me the manager and she was another lady said she was the manager..once again I explained convo and she also said she couldnt order it and I told her its pretty bad that I have to drive to another city bc her abilities are lacking and unreasonable she wouldnt even apologize just said You have a great night lol well I called chillicothe autozone and ordered my $350 muffler from Flowmaster and it arrived Saturday morning....if you walk into autozone circleville and theres 2 ladys there just leave bc they Do Not know what they are doing ..

I went in for glow plugs for my 2001 5.9. And the guy straight up says sorry theres no spark plugs listed for your vehicle to may be call the dealer

I had them install a battery in my car on my way home. I got home noticed the battery doesnt even fit right its smaller then my factory battery. On top of that when I got home I checked my mail and advanced sent me a 20 dollars off coupon. So I called autozone they said that they wont take the battery back and they wont price match me. If I had it to do all over again I wouldnt of went to autozone. I called them about half hour after I bought the battery there is no since in them not taking it back or making it right. They are luck that I dont take this battery back and throw it through their window!. I wont ever go back again. I will find headquarters and let them have a piece of my mind
