My experience here today was good the store was clean,aisles free of debris the staff was nice and helpful. I unfortunately didnt find what I needed but found something else so all worked out great.Thank you for a visit and experience!!

One of the neater and more organized Michaels Ive been too and they also had most staff than I typically see at Michaels which may be due to it being crafting season or it could be more standard these days as I have not been to a Michaels in a few years. They also might be more staffed because of the high number of unpurchasable items on the sales floor that are either in locked cases or have tabs that say: Please see an associateIf youre looking for an art or non-fabric craft supply, they probably have it here, but it will be more expensive than what you can find it for online and they dont have a huge selection of brands, but they have some of the better known ones.Overall it was a good experience, except for the fact that I spent a little too much.

Love shopping here! Amazing selection of all kinds of art styles, DIY projects, craft storage, seasonal decor, and so many things for the kiddos. I frequently find great deals in the multiple clearance isles.The only thing Im not entirely for is the prices. Just a bit much in my opinion, but I can see why some things cost much as they do, as Id have more luck finding half the items online then anywhere else. For the sake of the quality supplies and the abundance of such fascinating distractions, Michaels gets my 5 🌟.

The crew is almost always helpful and they have a well stocked store. The framing department has done quite a bit for my house. The people that work that counter are knowledgeable and always good for a suggestion, and not just the upsell. They have stopped me from doing stupid stuff with photos more than once in the last 15 years.

The people here are nice and the service was exceptional. I loved their selection of Halloween items. A lot to choose from and super cute.

Michaels was very disappointing, they didnt have the 2 things that I went in there for specifically. The few things they had that I looked at were so over priced it was dumb founding. How can we be expected to shop our local stores when they are charging twice what Amazon charges?

This store is addicting for us crafters. It always has what I need and the staff is so happy to help me locate items. The clearance aisle is a treasure trove of fun.

Horrible experience. Staff was very rude. Walked around the entire store spoke with a few different staff members before asking a different staff member for directions to a product. This staff member answers my question and also tells me masks are still required then walks off. When I got up to the register I was denied my transaction because the cashier said he was instructed not to sell anything to anybody not wearing a mask. However I watched as the lady behind me and the lady in front of me were both helped and their transactions were completed even though they were not wearing a mask. Pure discrimination for what I dont know but I will never return to the store.

We always come here for our crafting needs, and we ALWAYS end up with what we need.NOT TO MENTION FOR A GOOD PRICE!! Also shout out to DAN with the mohawk!! He provided excellent service and outstanding advice!!

Wanted the white chocolate and strawberry 5.00 candy bar but they were out😞. Maybe next month?

This has got to be one of the better Michaels...so much to look and choose from!!! So many craft ideas and displays are clean and easy to get around and find stock. Love cashier Alyssa...got to talking and it was like I knew her forever!!!

I asked two employees where the decorative hole punches were. The first one didnt seem to have any idea what I was talking about, and said, I don t think we have them.The second gestured widely and said, probably down that way.I wondered around a while and finally found the decorative hole punches. They had no corner ones.

Bought 5 t-shirts for a grandchild crafts day. I needed to exchange one for a much growing boy and found that now they were on sale. The sales clerk was happy to see that I got the difference. So I bought one for myself.

They usually will have what you need, but good luck finding it or someone to help you. Last time I was searching for something and couldnt find anyone but a door was open and there were 5 people chitchating with each other, so I had to peek my head in to get help. Once they helped it was great service. Later I was looking for something else and the other worker just pointed to the front, I had to find someone else to help again.

Great craft store, minus 1 star for an unfavorable customer service experience.

Will tell my friends to shop this location. Every single employee was doing a fantastic job and working hard on keeping everything clean and safe along with the excellent service experience at check out. Went in 7/4/2020 11a.m.

I have never once met a helpful employee, it is extremely unorganized. It seems like no one there knows what they are doing, you ask a question they refer you to someone else who also doesn’t know what they are talking about all while being extremely apathetic, no attempt at friendliness. It’s worse because I used to work for Michael’s so I know how they are supposed to work, but this store just seems to be a mess at all times, with everyone running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Overall just a very frustrating experience every time. I can no longer stand to shop there, and it is the nearest one too me, so they lost someone who had been a loyal customer for over ten years. The last straw was my boyfriend trying to run in simply to pick up a single item, without me there, and he couldn’t even get it, because no one would help him all, he was repeatedly shrugged off which turned what should have been a ten minute trip for a single item into a 30 minute trip where he was unsuccessful in even getting his item because he got tired of being sent through this ridiculous run around.

They are a well rounded store. The associates in the framing department are professional, speedy, knowledgeable, informative and with the times of vision of bringing your artwork to life. Angelita is a genuine, classic and traditional but modern mood style. Emilee has the flare, enhance, real and essence enhancement style. I wouldnt trade these two for anything in the world. This is what we did collectively ensync with one another. Love it. Lush Design.

Michaels does not send coupon to email now and send rewards that expire. very disappointed, i spend a lot of money there and would like to get some kind discount. I guess I will be shopping at Joanns more now.

Who wouldnt love Michaels? Managed to pick up the best canvases at the best prices in all the paints to boot. Had a great time with my granddaughter picking out the arts and crafts.

I had a poster framed and they did an amazing job. Athena was very helpful. It was also finished sooner than I expected.

Disappointed that only low quality journals were available. But it probably would have been a poor choice anyway on reflection.I needed a hardback journal to keep pencil ed notes from smearing, due to pages sliding when bent.

I’ve always show my military ID for purchase discount but one cashier did not let me because told me to join the rewards program first. Online policy stated you can show your military ID and I’ve always did. I don’t understand why that cashier wouldn’t let me. Did the policy change? Online policy stated you can get your discount through your reward account or show an ID military card. I understand everyone has a bad day but always be courteous and helpful because you represent the company. Thank you.

Just another Michaels. The store was clean and fairly organized. Due to the holidays there were quite a few extra spaces full of festive crafts. This evening the line was quite long. Though I have the patients of a dead monk, the people around me were all chiming in on the wait. I just made conversation. The check out was average. There did not seem to be any kind of recognition for the need for haste. Everything was done slowly.All in all it wasnt a bad trip. It would be nice to have staff a bit more outgoing and upbeat to counteract the elbow to elbow shoppers.

The entire store was packed with customers some very rude and in a hurry, yet the service representatives were so courteous and kinda and moving quickly. My cashier was wonderful she had a great spirit and smile and even assisted me with a manager when the coupon wouldnt work. Michaels on Birdcage is wonderful.

Looks as though they will be closing soon. Running out of nearly everything. Dont get me started with the mask bs and maskholes.

An employee yelled at me and my child from across the store. Humiliated my child to tears. She had gotten into a ladder which was wrong, but yelling at someone abruptly when they are on a ladder and scaring them into a hurried descent is far from safe. We never find helpful employees unless we go to the front of the store and ask for someone, and I think we will be going to Joann from now on. There was no sign on the ladder or wall stating keep off; but my kid was wrong to get in it (not playing on it, trying to get yarn she needed). But they should retrain their employees to not tell and to remember their customers could have developmental disabilities which can be triggered by being yelled at by strangers.

I love this store, they generally have everything Im looking for. The employees are friendly and helpful. There are so many opportunities to use coupons and their sales are always pretty great. Its in a really convenient location, right next to all the other shops and restaurants, so you dont really have to go too far out of your way to enjoy this store and what it has to offer.

Great experience. Called agreed to check stock on item I was looking for. They put it aside at the front door me to review two different choices. Easy to find someone in the store when I had further questions. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, good sense of humor. Will definitely be back. This was my first time at this store after moving from another state.
