Honestly a really nice place to shop. The lines maybe a little long sometimes but the cashiers are good at getting people in and out. Friendly staff and the store is very well kept. Come here pretty often and every time is a good experience. Could be better if the the had more supplies but overall a really great place

Not necessarily a bad Target, but could be better. I don’t appreciate the hovering over the shoulder at self checkout or the profiling that seems to go on at this location. Funnily enough, one of the times I was being profiled I saw a “customer” pretending to start to checkout and then they walked out with all their stuff without paying.

I’d give 0 if i could. I’m not sure why i can find something on the shelves that rings up as “do not sell.” No further info either. No option to price check for a similar match or anything. They took the pillow away and refused to let me purchase it. Get rid of all of them then. And maybe be more careful with how you bag things. I bought a collectors item(chucky and tiffany) and the box was shoved into my bag/was almost falling apart when i got home. Now i have to buy super glue to attempt to fix it.

Its a bit confusing to find things with the remodeling going on, but it should look nice once updated. From my perspective, it looks like Target is trying to look more upscale to attract a different clientele.

After a mishap with the gift cards from the diaper deals where you purchase a certain amount in value of diapers and you get a gift card, and sending a survey about how unhappy I was with the service at the time, target called me back to right what was wrong in less than an hour of the survey being sent. Thankfully they were able to remedy the situation because I actually do enjoy shopping at the establishment as its clean and the employees are usually helpful. Please do not make me go through that again as I felt very anxious and embarrassed just at the customer service desk as I do not like making a scene or holding up other peoples days. I will continue shopping here. Big thank you to TJ and Josh for helping.

I didnt have to find a store employee to ask where something was. A nice young man in the grocery section saw I was looking for something and asked if he could help. That rarely happens in stores unless there is commission involved so I was impressed. Very nice checkout employee also.

Staff is incredible at this store. The staff person who checked me out, Amanda, was wonderful. She was quick, efficient and personable. There were also several employees stocking when I was there who were all friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized and I found everything I needed.

Am employee that worked there was really rude she almost hit my husband and kid with the cart she was working on and she didnt care she just had an attitude. This employee was a average height women with shoulder length dirty blonde hair.

Target offers a great selection of products and great service and atmosphere. Team Member Jo Ann and Tech Services went the extra mile in retrieving an item for us that was still on the truck! We are very happy and lucky that she was able to help us today! Thank you Jo Ann :)

This store is super quick to bring out your order. I have received my order from the same employee multiple times & he always notably says something to make our day.

Its pretty much like every otger Target. They have most things you need, but not enough variety. Still get what I need.

This is my go to Target, sometimes they dont have everything in stock but most of the time they have everything I need! The store is always clean but if you need help with something youll have to go to the front of the store and ask, i can never find somebody to help.

I have been shopping at the Birdcage Target for many years now. I like the associates, great products, good return policies and its clean. This survey is mainly because of my visit on Wednesday, September 2. I had a few items to pick up, including fish food. There was a very helpful young man working named STEVEN C. He was busy, but took the time to not only look up the item, but he showed me exactly where it was. After helping me, he immediately got right back to his work! A wonderful young man and another satisfying visit to one of my favorite stores. Thank you! :-)

Great store, big selection.

The last few times I’ve been to target, the bathrooms had no toilet seat protecters, barely any toilet paper and it smells terrible. They should definitely get some macitence because all the employees look too scared to clean up the bathrooms. I already brought it up to an employee and she look confused as to what I was saying to her and didn’t take the situation it self seriously

I found out that Target online prices are different from the prices in the store, even for the very same store. In my case, I purchased items in store then found out they were much cheaper online. So, I returned the items purchased in store and ordered online for in store pickup and saved money. Ridiculous that the prices were not the same!!

Its good. This is a good Target. It is one of many Targets. It is well stocked. It is full of employees. It is rarely full enough to be stuck in line and they are good at speaking into the mics. Thank you Target.

This Target is nicer than most. I do all my Target shopping here, primarily because of their pharmacy and proximity to home. Unfortunately, this Target will never be more than just satisfactory because customers are not its focus. The temperature is always too warm and the bathroom is always a mess. The primary reason I shop here the pharmacy. In recent years, it has been necessary to visit the pharmacy often and this store has techs that understand the process this has been and make it easier. Jerry has been instrumental and I appreciate all of the ladies that work along side him.

It was so easy and seamless to order and pick up curbside. This was my first time and I am so impressed with the way everything went.

We went to Target today to see if you had a particular shoe in stock. The shoe section was an absolute travesty! It looks as though nobody has organized it since Black Friday.

This is a pretty chill target. 👌🎯the store is altogether clean and well-kept. (there is a noticeable amount of trash near the shopping cart corrals, though. ) fairly wide selection of cute clothes, makeup and hair products.the store is very quiet... almost *too* quiet. how about some background music or something, guys? 🎼😺

I love going to Target. They always have the coolest gifts for Christmas. I like how they have set up little stand displays with lots of gift choices. From candles,slipper socks, cosmetics,gloves,toys and so much more! They always have stock on their sale items which makes me very happy. The store is always clean and well organized. The service OMG the service is fantastic at Target!!!!!!! If there is more than three people in line they call for more cashiers to open. This means everything to me because the other blue big box store always has horrible lines! And usually only two registers open. They (the blue store starts with a W) dont seem to care about their customers. But not at Target! They make the customers feel important and take great care of us! Thanks Target!!!!!

I have been a target customer since 2008I am very please with the service I have received over the years, however I must say there has been some stores that I tried not to go back because of the unpleasant experience I have had, one example the store at Birdcage-Citrus Heights. The associates at the customer service desk was rude, unhelpful, and racist. This particular store I will not visit again. On the other hand there are some Target stores that provide excellent customer service they are courteous, helpful, and have great customer service skills not only that they go over and beyond to make the customer feel welcome.I would definitely recommend Target to my friends and family members.

Fast friendly easy! Extremely easy for me since I have a newborn I use it consistently. I also appreciate the add an alternative person since it makes it so simple for my husband to pick up my otherwise long or confusing shopping list. Love that there is no minimum or extra cost for pick up in store! Pick ups are Always on time and 99 percent of the time in stock. Cleanly and organized store. Friendly employees esp. in the customer service department. Easy returns. Love this way of shopping and makes Target my #1

This location always provides friendly service and items I need are usually always in stock--even the items I dont. 😁 Cashiers at this location are always helpful and knowledgeable about using the app for great deals. Also, having a Caroline Cart easily accessible at this location helps my family out a ton.

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at the Target Superstore on Sunrise. Well lit, clean, attractive displays, plenty of parking, helpful employees and--oh yeah--competitive prices on the things I want and/or need. :-D

This is a pretty nice Target, with well stocked shelves and a pretty typical variety. Restrooms are normally pretty clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The layout makes sense for the most part, and I dont struggle a lot to find what I need to.I am not impressed with the Cartwheel app, as it normally doesnt work. Thankfully, the cashiers now have the ability to override and honor the advertised deals. Still an annoying system, though. But that is not unique to this branch.There is a Starbucks inside with a pleasant area to sit and relax at.I do not like the parking lot. Closer spaces are extremely limited and most of them are handicap. Its like they put the entrance / exit on the wrong side of the building, right next to the nearest parking lot intersection, where there is the most traffic and the least parking. Still, it isnt terrible, just mildly annoying every time I have to park way out for a quick trip.The Target itself is pretty nice, but the neighborhood is so-so. Be mindful of your surroundings, as you should be anywhere you go, really.

I firmly believe it is the little things we do for one another that can become the big things after all. This cant be more true than in todays world where negativity and shortness can become a habit that makes us all believe the world is no longer kind. Todays little thing started with me searching out to find a cute shirt I wanted to get from womens apparel by the brand Prologue. I purchased it in copper a few weeks ago and loved it. Since then I have been hoping/trying to find the same shirt in the chambray blue option. It was sold out online and pretty much everywhere in my size. I tried in one store today (Elk Grove/Laguna) and was helped by a nice gentleman who tracked down (1 left) in my size in the Citrus Heights store, which was about 30 minutes away. I called the store and immediately got Jenine, who was friendly, knew the shirt I described, and kindly said she didnt see any of those left. In todays world, it would have been normal to have had it left there. She obviously cared enough to look again and happily said, Guess what Im holding in an XS? I was elated!! She then went on to say, Im not supposed to hold it, but if you can get here by 1:30 (when her shift was done) I will personally keep the shirt in my hands (while working), to make sure I got it! It may sound little and silly, but I was ecstatic and so appreciative of her extra kindness and willingness to help without me even asking her to do so. Thats not just customer service, thats kindness and caring about making someone elses day and being a part of spreading some joy. Needless to say, I have the cute shirt in hand, and Im so glad to have met Jenine in person and to have been able to thank her. I already spoke to (I believe) her manger (Lala), but wanted to be sure to recognize her efforts in the hopes that she will be thanked and appreciated. Thank you so much, Jenine!! This little thing made my day!!

Ive never had a problem with this Target. When Ive returned items in the past there have never been an issue. Overall there employees have good customer service. I feel comfortable approaching any associate knowing they will help until Ive found what I needed. The quality of the of clothing, household products, and food is good. Thank you!

The company makes continuous effort to improve the store experience, again, for the shoppers. Ive been a faithful Target shopper for many, many years. Most of my clothing and gift purchases are from Target. The product selection is great across the store and the clothes are well made.... and last even too long in my wardrobe. I am 14 and this is my all-time favorite store! I will always love shopping here. I can spend hours here. There’s great toys, clothes, food, and everything else. The employees always are so kind. 💝😁

I love target as a company and this one is no different. It’s always clean, fully stocked and they have good staff. There is never any close parking though. They have a ton of handicap stalls that are hardly ever used. I think some of them would be better off as expectant mother/mothers with young children parking because let’s be real, that’s a big percentage of people who shop there. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I have been telling friends and family about Birdcage Target. They were very helpful to me and went beyond the call of duty! I can usually shop there and find everything I went to shop for, which doesn’t happen at many other Targets. I hope they keep up the good work!

When I shop, I use the Target app to check for those sweet Cartwheel deals. Occasionally, the price of the item differs from tag to what scans in my phone. Normally this isn’t an issue and they price adjust for me at the register.Today, I found 2 price differences, each on batteries. One of the front end managers, Jonathan, refused to price match for me, even though I scanned the item right in front of him. He claimed that the item that came up was not the same item I scanned therefore he could not price match. He said it looked different in the photo so it wasn’t the same. What other item would it be?! After some arguing, I relented and said fine.I scanned the next item that had the price difference, showed him the photo matched the item I scanned and he had to research for a couple minutes before he would allow the price difference.This whole experience was frustrating, so I went to Customer Service to express my concerns and they price matched my items no problem, no question. This is the only redeeming part of the whole situation.This shouldn’t have happened as they were advertising a price online they would not match at the register. Bait and switch much?

Out of the department stores in this area, this Target is one of the cleanest and friendliest.

This place is great, always nice people, great customer service! I love how you can actually find some stationary cheaper here than at other stores! They dont carry every food youll need, but theyre not a grocer so its still a great place for a drop in. Its always really clean too, which is a hard fear considering how messy customers can be! The Starbucks offers nice selections too.

Its the closest Target to my home, so its my go-to. The shelves are usually well stocked and the staff is friendly. A Starbucks inside doesnt hurt either. My biggest complaint is the area near the womens fitting room is always such a mess. The clearance (that I love) area and over-flowing go-back carts make it heard to maneuver around.

An employee here tested positive for COVID-19, yet the store is refusing to screen other employees or disclose this information to its customers.

Employees here are friendly and helpful. Also easy to find what items I need to purchase, and the overall quality of them keeps me coming back.

So much fun shopping there and the prices are fair enough.
