Renee was very welcoming and knowledgeable when I arrived at the Citrus Heights location. I had been doing research on the Purple mattress and while driving by I decided to stop in to lay on the mattress and see how I liked the bed. I had no intention of purchasing the bed that day, I was just doing research but Renee was so amazing and did not push me into anything but in the end she convinced me that I should just buy now. She was extremely knowledge about the beds and bases and was able to get us in the perfect match for the right price. We expressed our needs and what we were looking for and she delivered just that. I have not been able to sleep in my bed yet as I still have another week before its delivered. But I dont doubt the set up and take away of my old bed will be anything less than exceptional as well. I went in just to look around as most of us do, sure I wasnt going to buy anything and that the selection available would be well out of an acceptable range for me to pay for. I was pleasantly incorrect. Renee the manager helped me. She had a great energy and did not use pushy sales tactics that would have instantly forced me to walk out of the store. I was not pressured to get anything out of my price range and had everything explained to me clearly. I also did not feel rushed and was allowed to take my time. We all have our own limits for what we would like to comfortably spend, but that doesnt mean we should get treated any less because of it. At no time here did I feel like my money or time werent a top priority and I thank Renee for that. To anyone interested in purchasing a mattress I highly suggest this location.

I thoroughly enjoyed buying our new mattress from Mattress Firm. We did plenty of online research and pretty much knew what we wanted. I really wanted the adjustable base for both head & feet for medical reasons. Even though with them being on sale, the cost of both together was a bit out of my range. She help with different options until she found one that worked for me. She is a very good sales person, never felt she was pressuring me into something I didnt want to do.

My family and I went here to just look at mattresses for my daughter. When we walked in, there were two different couples shopping and only one employee. She helped us and the others while none of us feeling ignored. She let my daughter try out several different mattresses to make sure that she was happy with the mattress. We ended up buying a mattress because my daughter found a mattress that she liked and was in my wifes and I price range.I would have given them five stars if it would have stopped there. Since they didnt carry the mattresses in the store, they had to have the mattress delivered to the store. Thats where the problem began.We paid for the mattress on Saturday night and they called me on Monday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. My wife went to pick it up on Tuesday afternoon. When she got there, the Open light was on but the doors were locked. There was no sign stating that they were closed for a period of time. My wife had to go to the other Mattress Firm for the employees to unlock the door. There was another person waiting also. The gentleman helped my wife and got her the mattress.

We had looked at a few places for a new mattress and had planned to go to a few more places but Renee was so knowledgeable that we decided to go ahead and go for it. We spent a little more than what we where planning, but I think it will be worth it.
