The workers there are nice and knowledgeable about their products. They also have a lot of patience. I dont know how they deal with the bros or douche bag customers sometimes.

This BevMo is very large and has a huge selection of various drinks. This particular store has a non-alcohol section that is larger than most. But I feel BevMo is a bit on the higher price side so I only go here for very specialized products that you cant get anywhere else.

I like this store because the always have something different for me to try and since I needed to get stocked back up and its been a long time since Ive been in this location it was nice to see that theyve added a lot of food items.

BevMo always has what we need, and even those items that we didnt think we needed but ended up getting anyway. This trip was for a single item. As I started looking for what I was there for I was greeted by an employee who asked if I needed some assistance. He took me to exactly where the product was and within just a couple minutes I was back out the door, avoiding the temptation to grab some unneeded items this time.

They Always have something new, or interesting to try in stock, whether it be a new wine, or something in a mini-bottle to sample (love those things) or some kind of new limited edition beer...I love this place.

Was looking for my favorite brand of beer in a keg colors light. Couldnt find it anywhere else in a keg they took my name and called me when they got it in. it took a few weeks but they came through for me. Fair priced and friendly service.

They have a little bit of booze for sale and their staff is friendly and helpful.

A little too bossy to a customer regarding their mask. Over the top...employees. there is a positive way of speaking to others, both professional, and kind. You were rude and slightly offensive. This would be the gal working last Saturday night around 7:30. Thin dark hair and not at the register. You offended me too. We all know the rules. Sometimes we may need a reminder. But save us from your discipline. Its very uncomfortable to have service worker talk down to us and act as if we are children. We get it.

I was disappointed that the three basic items that I came in for were either not carried or not in stock. They still have a good amount of stuff. This store has so much potential especially for its location. I hopenit can do better in the future.

BevMo has a lot of different alcohols, but they sell out of items often. I love the cool unique gift options from glass alcohol filled cowboy hats and boots to gift boxes. If they have your drink in stock this is a great option to get your weekend started. It would be nice if the BevMo team would ask you if you need help instead of having to walk around the store yo find them.

The store has a lot of variety. So many diffrent kinds of alcohol and mixers. We needed mixers and a couple kinds of alcohol. They had everything we needed. The store seemed a little empty.I would have liked to have seen more snacks and things like that. They had so.e good sales going on.

I love coming to this place. They have so much selection to choose from and if you cant find what youre looling for one of their great staff will show you right where its at. Dont have a club card? Theyve got you covered with an application to fill out at the register. Great staff, awesome service.

Good prices on wine. Club card savings was over 40$ and got an extra bottle for 5 cents

Went for a Japanese whiskey and found a surprising amount of them there. The cashier was really sweet. She warmly greeted us when we entered and chatted us up at the register.

I love that they have gluten free beer here! It can be hard to find in other places or if you order online there are so many crazy stipulations. Their cider selection is on point to, and if you are in their Bevmo club you get extra discounts.

I am not much of a drinker. But I went to BevMo! for a specific beer that I could not find anywhere else around here. I went there and they had a large selection of that beer for a reasonable price. The beer was actually on sale on that time. I was able to get the beer and not break the bank. I will definitely go back there when I need a unique item.

The staff is helpful, well stocked store. WAY BETTER than Folsom store! These guys care about you being happy with your purchase! Managers & staff are obviously happy working there- theyre down home friendly, smart & comical. SERIOUSLY theyre very cool people!

My go-to whenever we have a barbecue. Great selection of beers. I only wish all their beers were in the fridge, chilled, but with the size of their selection I think thats not feasible. Havent had any complaints with customer service.

Ive never been disappointed in their selection of beer and spirits. The staff is friendly and are usually able to answer any questions I have...EXCEPT that i have NEVER received any rewards from the membership.I tried a couple times to find out why, but the solutions offered never worked.No big deal cause I dont spend A LOT of money in BevMo, but Im sure Ive spent $250.

Went in to get the beverage Hooch and they didnt have it so then I thought I would look for a nice Australian Chardonnay since the Napa Valley Chardonnays are full of pesticides (Roundup) which flares up IBS. I just got back from England and I drank many Autralian wines and had no gut issues at all. So Bev Mo had no good Australian Wine either. The only good thing was the gentlemen that helped me was very nice but unfortunately couldnt help me find what I needed. Off to World Market I go.

I seriously do not recommend BevMo in Citrus Heights on Greenback. I purchased a drink from them yesterday and it exploded in my car messing up my seats and clothes. They would not even replace the beverage!
