I went in to get a quote for my Electric Glide and they are hands down the fairest price for sure. They had bikes in their shop and I was so impressed that I bought same day!

I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. TOOK MY 05 ACCORD TO PA TO HAVE A VIPER ALARM INSTALLED. I WAS ASTONISHED WHEN I SEEN THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID TO THE CAR! RUNNING WIRES THROUGH THE FIREWALL WITHOUT USING A RUBBER GARMENT. WIRE CONNECTORS FALLING OFF OFF UNDER THE DASH EXPOSING BARE WIRE. THE PLASTIC TRIM ON THE DRIVER SIDE WHERE THEY RAN THE FLASHING INDICATOR WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP AND NOT PROPERLY SNAPPED BACK IN. THEY LITERALLY RIPPED WIRES OUT OF THE VIPER VIBRATION SENSOR AND NEVER CONNECTED THEM TO THEIR INTENDED PLACES. LOOKS LIKE A 7 YEAR OLD DID THE JOB. WHICH WAS ONLY ABOUT AND HOUR FOR THEM TO DO THE INITIAL INSTALL?! SMH!! MY ALARM CURRENTLY ISNT WORKING AND A 3RD VISIT BACK IS IMMENENT VERY SOON! IV NOTIFIED VIPER OF WHATS GOING ON AND THEY ARE IN CONTACT WITH ME AT THIS TIME. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN! POOR WORK, NO PRIDE, NO RESPECT FOR MY PERSONAL PROPERTY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THESE GUYS RIPPED ME OFF THEN BROKE THE VIPER I PURCHASED BY RIPPING WIRES OUT OF ITS HARNESS!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WOW!!! GO SHOP SOME PLACE ELSE. IF YOU DO USE THEM I URGENTLY RECOMMEND A SECOND OVERLOOK OF THEIR WORK TO MAKE SURE ITS DONE RIGHT AND ITS SAFE!! CAUSE THEY WONT TELL YOU...

Overpriced & the JL sub they suggested to me goes hard on some frequencies but then doesnt pick up other hz at all. Its very bothersome.

I needed a 13.5 inch Tesla style radio command center that replaces basically the whole middle of your dash with a massive Android tablet and controls even your A/C functions installed and there was only one shop that would do it and i called every shop in town. They not only did a great job and did it for a very reasonable price. They also avoided upselling me things I did or didnt maybe need. They also knew about the company I bought my radio from inside and out they were very knowledgeable and very friendly and were in business to make people happy and the money to be made was just a bonus for them. Wouod recommend the everyone driving by if i coukd hold a sign and shake it on the corner I would. Best Ever hands down.

So pleased with their services and I am now a client myself, they are going to install a reverse camera on my 2015 Dodge Ram. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good work for a far price. Went around and got a few quotes and these guys while not the lowest, seemed like a great balance between price and quality of work. The install is only a week old and I will update this review if warranted. So far everything looks very clean and sounds awesome. If you are looking for car audio work check these guys out.

We had them install a new DVD player in our vehicle and would recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. They took their time to go over our options, were fast and there were no hidden fees. They were even able to fix what our last installer at another audio place had installed incorrectly. Their prices are competitive and their service is unmatchable.

Art and his team of sound gurus were amazing they installed a kicker 12 inch sub and 4 kicker door speakers. A 4 channel amp for the door speakers and a bridged 2 channel for the sub. Sounds so amazing I cannot believe the sound I have now. Thank you guys so much.

Awesome shop. Came in barely an hour before close with an older Toyota that I was looking to put a double din head unit into, and Vahe said no problem, got right to it and had it done in less than an hour . Great price as well. I will be back here for future needs for sure .

Went in and asked how much it would be to hook up the Aux. To the back of my deck and put it in the glove box and he was going to charge me $80 because I didnt buy the stereo from them so I went down the street to West Coast Car Audio and he told me he would do it for $20 but said I should do it myself its very easy and he drew a diagram and explained how to do it and I did it myself. I wouldnt go to Pacific Audio for 2 of speaker wire if it was free.

If you own a Volkswagen, do not take your car over here. Took my car to get my pioneer stereo installed and for whatever reason, they hooked it to a constant power so the only way to turn off my stereo is by physically removing the head unit. Why on earth would you install it like that? Now to this day, Im facing little electrical problems that are associated with how they wired my radio. Take your VWs to someone reputable that knows what theyre doing.

Will never go back no return phone calls when they say they will. I had problems with the stero they put in and was told that the part i needed was no longer available. Went to another shop to get it fixed they had the part i needed in stock and was able to fix my stero.i guess i have found a new stero shop.

Back in 2002 I took an alarm there to have them install it and it was great! Now that I have a new car and need a stereo installed, Im going here first. Found out based on the reviews that they do tint also? I didnt know that because thats on my list also, now I know I can get it all done at one spot!

Worst installers ever they do not know what there doing as if they got a kid doing the job, do a quick half ass job, use cheap equipment, they left wires exposed and high gains, also he told me 2 hours it took 5 hours, they will rip u off on the prices, and have bad service. DO NOT recommend them they will scam the hell out of u and not refund u.

Bought a stereo online and came here for the install. They charged me 40$ which was a great deal. A week later I regretted the off brand stereo I bought. So I bought a kenwood and went back here to see how much it would cost to swap out. They did it for free just to make ensure I was a happy customer.I took my jeep back in to their shop yesterday because my radio just stopped working. They checked it out and found that it was just a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse and also replaced my broken Bluetooth mic with a new one. All for No CHARGE. Great guys and I highly recommend this place.

The guys at Pacific Audio did a bait and switch charged top dollar for after market junk.Dis honest and very rude. The bank says you installed junk and you had to give us our $ back.Mabie learn a lesson and be honest.Mabie an invoice.....just sayin

These guys are the worst if you dont buy there stereo or get labor work done from them. Went in to get a stereo insert for a custom motorcycle fairing. Needed double dash insert for single dash stereo cuz fairing had space for a double dash. They said nothing like that exists.Went to AutoZone and got exactly what I needed!He even offered me new double dash stereo when I already had stereo. I needed to buy new speakers, would have give him that business if he had been any help at all. But i guess I will go to SD Audio Enterprise instead.Never coming back here again!

About 6 hours into doing my own alarm install in my Jeep I realized i was in over my head. I went in and Vaje knew i was willing to pay him to finish, but he went out of his way, stopped what he was doing to show me how to finish the job myself since I was so close. After another days work i got it installed properly thanks to him. This is by far the best customer service Ive ever had at a small shop and I would give Vaje and Pacific Audio 10 stars if I could. Thank You for going the extra mile to help me out, Vaje is very knowledgeable and is truly an asset to this company. Highly recommend these guys for any car audio and alarm needs!

Stay away from here. I asked them to install a car stereo and the stereo is loose. They also broke it somehow that it makes a noise and they will charge you $60 to fix what they broke.

The customer service was horrible. They do not go about and beyond, let alone have smiles on their face👎

I was recommended by an Automotive repair, to take my car to a stereo shop to have an aftermarket alarm system removed. The Auto repair charged $266. to guess my intermittent starting issue was the alarm system. Pacific Audio found a broken battery terminal wire that said repair shop and AAA over looked and only charged $50. I will send all I can their way. Love to know there are still good honest people in the service business.
