I purchased a new phone on Saturday. I was really disappointed at the lack of attention that I the customer received. However I went back into the store today and Ana the most professional and friendliest salesperson made my shopping experience excellent. The lady that helped me was Rene, she was extremely helpful and acutally cared about what I needed and went above and before to help me find the things I needed. This is a corporate store. Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shaheem, and highly recommend him. He was very patient and took the time to make sure I got the right phone for my usage. He even helped get my phone number ported over. It was clean, well lighted, and well stocked. They even have some Google products. Strongly recommend this location.

I switched my Mobil service from another provider thinking that ATT will meet my expectations for my business but for some reason the employees at the store 5550 Sunrise Blvd Citrus Heights does not has professional skills and costumer service, after l open my business account and set up everything ( including automatic payments) they start to charge additional fees and services that l not requested at the time of signing the contract, they overcharge up to $1,300 for my monthly service for over 5 months straight.I noticed and reported to the store manager and he said he will credit back those overcharge amounts but every month l got emails from ATT that my service will be disconnected if I don’t pay my bill and they do cancel my service until l have to go to the store and talk to the employees ( manager didn’t show his face ).This is unacceptable and very disappointed because I trusted in this people with confidential information and I don’t know what they did with this information.Very, very unsatisfactorily experience !!!I will switch to another provider ASAP

They made me give them one star. I even would give them - star if I could. I want to say that it is not the first time AT&T representatives scammed me. When I came with my son and his friend, I was looking for a new phone for my son, the guy named Sam, I think, was helping us. He told me that if I open a new line, I get iPhone 11 for free. I asked him many times to confirm that because I didnt want to pay a higher bill, I would choose a less expensive device for my 13 y.o. son, but the AT&T representative insisted reminding me that its free, and I opened the new line. Next month my bill went up $90, and this new device is on the installment plan. It is ridiculous how they lie to you so that you just open a new line. I am so upset, and Im going to do whatever it takes so they wont keep scamming other people.

Amazing staff!!They were super friendly, professional, and very detailed oriented. I came in to upgrade my phone for the first time. I was a bit confused on how to upgrade but Juan one of the at&t sales rep made it very easy for me to understand.

Being totally frustrated with Verizon I went to AT&T. The salesman that approached me was Shaheen,I have to tell you he was one of the nicest guy youll ever meet. We had a really hard time getting hold of Verizon to change the service and I almost gave up. But Shaheen said if you have the time Im willing to do wever it takes to get this done. So we kept at it and eventually we got it done. Im definitely a customer for life a. If youre in the market for a new cell service definitely go see him at AT&T and hell hook you up with lines for the whole family. Best customer service Ive ever had..

Personable, and professional — Spencer took care of updating my phone and service to save me money and get a new iPhone 12 Pro Max for less than I expected to pay. He followed up with me directly, got me in and out of the store quickly and I am beyond satisfied. I have been a customer since my teen years and have never been treated so well. I will return, and ask for him by name. I normally shop online but not anymore - definitely going in store more often based on this stellar service and savings. Kudos!

A manager guy Shaheen has tons of experience and calmed my fears of people hacking my phone, by educating me on email passwords and explained how each odd occurrence I had was done through someone figuring out my email passwords, and that I wasnt actually hacked and no one has access in my phone through the number itself. Meaning I didnt have to change numbers, but overall once scam stuff happens and they get receipt that its a valid number, the spam stuff will likely continue, it will probably be the best option, he also help me for my new phone and make my bill cheaper. Thank you Shaheen 😊

Ordered a new S21 online and couldnt activate it. Chatted with customer service online and they could not fix the problem. They directed me to bring it in the store for help. When i entered I was greeted promptly and checked in. I was helped by Spencer who was patient and awesome. He worked on the issue for an hour and a half, eventually ended up on the phone with Tech Support. Sim card or something had demons in it. Spencer was able to get it activated and able to activate my tablet in 5 minutes. Spencer was great and stayed calm the whole time. Will definately pick this store next time I need anything.

I have had several iPhone’s since 2008.. I didn’t know what my options were after my iphone fell to the bottom of the lake while kayaking. I stopped in at the AT&T store on Sunrise. Kevin was awesome and patiently helped me figure out my old passcode from an older phone. Kevin also informed me about possible discounts for a new SIM card. I was in the store less than 15 mins and back on my way! Thanks so much Kevin!!

My daughter and I came in to get newer phones, without prearranged appointments. Our wait was 30 mins, which gave us time to narrow down our selections. Joey was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. He was able to get us a better data plan, providing more and costing less. He was also able to answer all our questions and show us models we were interested in. Both the att salesman and his manager where able to help us do multiple transfer of information and set up new equipment. We were never rushed and they were very helpful with the entire process....The overall process was A+!

This is BY far the best Att store and any cell store Ive ever been to. The service was perfect from the time I entered the store until I completed my purchase a week later! The store manager (Shaheen) was so helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. I came into the store not sure what phone I wanted. Shaheen had incredible knowledge about the phones and guided me on the phone that would suit me best. I went with the s21 ultra, it was on backorder since I wanted the 512g. During the process I communicated with Shaheen and came back in once my phone arrived. I came into the store and was greeted by Annabelle who assisted me with Shaheen. They were extremely patient and helped me transfer my old phone info into the new phone. One of the employees came over and put on my screen protector while another employee did my trade in transaction. EVERYONE was super helpful and very very nice. Their customer service was beyond great. I highly recommend this store to anyone and I will be sending friends and family there. Thank you Citrus Heights Att for making getting a new phone so enjoyable!

We called ahead to make an appointment, and Vision answered our call. He was super attentive and answered all of our questions so we knew exactly what do when we went in (RE: COVID precautions, what to ask to get the plan we wanted, etc).Upon arrival to our appointment, we were immediate greeted by Jose. He was friendly, helpful, and provided us with top quality service. The store got busy halfway through our visit, and Jose was attentive to greeting those that walk-in Ed in, while still balancing assisting us. Jose went above and beyond to make sure we were able to take advantage of as many promotions as possible. He let us know about other opportunities we could have with AT&T services without being “pushy” about it. We had an issue (on our end, not AT&T) with getting our phone line transferred, but Jose was patient the entire time and exhausted all alternative options to get us everything we needed.We left the store extremely satisfied with the products and level of service we received. I recommend this store location, and Jose and Vision to anyone needing to purchase a cell phone. We will return here for future purchases, and request to have Jose again!

Worst customer service ever. Salvador kept trying to add stuff to account and became argumentative after me telling him over and over I didnt want anything to change. After I finished my upgrade a few days later I get a text saying to see the changes made to my account with a link. After stating over and over not to change anything I found out he added stuff to my account I went back in to have them removed but they wouldnt refund me for the fraudulent charges by their employee. If you cant stay away from this store at least stay away from him he is a liar and a cheat.

Had to do an exchange for an online order. The host at the front door was there to immediately greet me and get me on the waiting list. The store followed all of the covid protocols and seemed safe and clean. Shaheen helped me with the exchange, he was quick and professional and even helped me get the bubble out from my screen protector that I could not get out. I also want to give Shaheen a shout out for going the extra step to help the customer before me who was an elderly man, he walked him to the door, held the door open for him and told him if he had any issues to come back and see him. Went in to upgrade my phone everyone was very nice and at the time I thought knowledgeable. I traded in my previous phone to get a $700 credit on the new phone which was a good deal and It was suggested to me to get a 4th line on my plan as a ghost line to lower my bill even more. I explained i have no use nor device for a 4th line and I was told it would save me money and i confirmed for a 3rd time this would not make my bill higher so i agreed. Now a month later my bill came out to be $130 more. Extremely upset, Do NOT change or agree to any up selling they offer unless you are ok with a significant unexplained increase in your monthly bill

Great service. My sister and I came in to open an account and purchase new phones. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and personable. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and get our account opened and set up without any hassle.

Came in here yesterday to get a new SIM card for my iPhone 12 Pro. Jacob not only helped get me a new 5G compatible SIM card, he also helped me upgrade my plan and lower my bill. He patiently answered all my questions and explained what he was doing, as he did it, to keep me in the loop.After all was said and done, he gave me his work number with the invitation to text him should I have any problems with the SIM card or services he helped set up as a way to potentially save me a trip to the store. Hopefully I don’t have to take him up on that offer, but having it available adds a lot of peace of mind and makes me think more highly of his customer service skills.It’s been a long while since I’ve seen this level of service and, on its own, it would be awesome any other time but during a pandemic? That’s even more impressive. I can’t speak to the other employees here, but if his is any indication, the service and training here is excellent.I would ask for Jacob, if you can, but I’d feel confident with the level of service at this store across the board based on my experience.

I’ve always had a frustrating relationship with ATT. From apathetic employees to overly complicated plans and discounts and fees.But today I got to work with Spencer. Laid back, honest, pressure free, and incredibly helpful and patient. There was a long checklist of things I needed to alter on my account after a family men ever died. He took care of everything with a sense of urgency and compassion. He was simply a decent human who’s good at his job and he cares about the customer.Aske for Spencer next time you stop by this store ask for him. You’ll be impressed and cared for.

Today I went into ATT to try and resolve an issue that started more than six months ago. After several failed attempts involving long, frustrating phone calls to different numbers, I decided to go in person to try and resolve. Best thing that I could have done. David Sibrian helped me out. He listened to my issues and didn’t waste any time digging into the past. He not only found out where the errors had occurred but to avoid any future problems, shut down my old account and opened up a new one. He did not give up till everything was correct. I was highly impressed with his drive to make things right!! Thanks again David!!

I am an existing ATT customer and set up an appointment at this store today to upgrade my iPhone. My customer service rep (or whatever the proper nomenclature is) was Gabriel.Five star service all the way. Gabriel gave me a complete run down of all options based upon my needs and usage. He was 100% focused on my needs not so much the sale which paradoxically got the sale. Well done!I brought my gal with me and she was dialed in on our positive exchange and ended up upgrading her phone and account (plan) as well. Again, very well done Gabriel! But again, this really isn’t about the sale, my gal walked out of there with a phone, a business tool really, that will better serve her in her sole proprietorship. That is what Gabriel was focused on and that is why he got two sales and plan upgrades in a single appointment. He really is that good.Setting the appointment was very easy, the store presented in the clean ATT style and we were greeted at the door and our appointment conducted on time.Listen, and this is the truth, I have flirted with the idea of switching to another carrier simply based on what other folks say about their service at other companies but no way. The service this store, ATT and most importantly that Gabriel provided made me toss any notions of switching.

I recently visited the AT&T store in Citrous Heights to discuss upgrading my phone and starting a new service. David was the sales associate who helped my husband and I, and I truly cant say enough great things about how helpful (and patient) he was.He quickly provided information about trade-in options for me and when their store didnt have the phone I wanted, worked with his manager (Evan, I believe) to secure me a phone that I could pick up the following day. On top of this, David got me set up with a new FirstNet account (highly recommend if you are a healthcare provider!), and sat through a grueling debate between my husband and I about taking advantage of the *free* series 6 iWatch with the addition of a small service fee to our FirstNet plans. Ultimately, I was defeated, and my husband and I both walked out with new iWatches and Im not sad about it.Overall, super satisfied with my experience at the store. The staff was professional, even while it was incredibly busy, and never made me feel rushed in making a decision. Im happy with all of my devices and the plan that we chose to match my lifestyle. The only downside I could point out is the wait time at the store--I recommend scheduling an appointment online just in case.Thanks for everything, David!
