Quick service. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie during this heat wave. I asked for the biggest one and received a 32oz! The coffee bean they place on top was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Excellent customer service. Drinks tasted amazing! We ordered one lavender Italian soda with cream, one mate Frappuccino and one Mexican mocha Frappuccino. Honestly after we tried Human bean out in bullhead Arizona for the first time, we havent gone back to Starbucks and instead will attempt to find one in every city were in.

They have the best Carmel frappe 🥤, they call it a Carmel 🍬 graneda it tastes so good 👅. For anyone who doesnt know they also have an app 📱 that lets you accumulate points and for I think about every $50 💵 spent you get a 5 dollar 💵 credit. You can set your card 💳 up through the app and use just the app to pay for your order and get the points. I believe when you first get the app you get something for free or discounted cant remember which. Check it out I doubt youll be disappointed! ☕

Hands down thee best coffee chain. It amazes me how fast they are. The long wait time at Starbucks and Dutch brothers was driving me crazy. Human bean is fast and delicious and cheaper! My family has never been disappointed.

Great little coffee shop. We were in drive thru for an extended period of time and the girl came outside to take our order, apologized for the delay, and when we came to the window the car before us had paid for our coffee. 😲 overall great experience

Every time we come here they screw up. I ordered the protein low carb and it was water. The girl didnt know how to make it. The Rocklin store is so much better. I keep giving this store chances but never again.

Im weary of giving this review because I dont want more people to bog down me getting my coffee, but I also cant deny this is my go to coffee spot. There are 7 other coffee establishments between me and the sunrise and old auburn location, but I drive right by each of them every time I am getting coffee because they are that much better. not sure what you want? Try a muddy snowy over ice.

Got a vanilla latte. It was all good until a few minutes later I felt sick to my stomach and gave me massive diarrhea. May have been since I havent had sugar in a while but one thing for sure is that I will never forget this experience. Youve earned an award for being the first coffee place to give me diarrhea👍

So glad we finally have a Human Bean in Citrus Heights!! We used to travel all the way to the Rocklin location to get this stuff! It took me a little while to find a coffee drink I love (thats normal for me). Then I found the vanilla granita with macadamia milk and now Ill never get any other drink. Ill also never go back to Starbucks. Human Bean drinks are always consistent with taste and caffeine content, unlike Starbucks. The drinks are always so fresh and the coffee is so smooth. Most people dont realize that their 20oz drink has 4 SHOTS unlike a Venti which only has 2. We also love coming here because they have great customer service and they always love seeing our dog. I literally recommend this place to everyone.

The Human Bean is an awesome drive through/walk up coffee shop! Their coffee tastes delicious, especially their espresso. It is not bitter, nor are their flavored espressos full of sugar. Their prices are comparable to Starbucks so you are not paying a crazy amount, but I prefer this place because of the taste! They also add this cute chocolate-coffee bean on the top of every drink which is a nice addition. The staff is very friendly, overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a better tasting coffee.

I have visited the Citrus Heights location twice. The customer service is phenomenal but as far as the drinks I am not a fan. The first time I went I had a blended chocolate caramel type of frappe, not impressed.Today I thought I would visit again and give them another try, I ordered a salted caramel blended drink but instead I received a salted caramel iced coffee which I didnt say anything I just accepted it.The coffee tasted old it appeared watered down, not any flavoring of salt or caramel. I dont believe I will visit again.

Love this location! Always have great experiences, but yesterday was the best. I’d just ordered coffees for my office and right I left their location somebody cut me off and hit their breaks, coffees flying.When I drove back they remembered my order, helped supply me with some napkins, and wouldn’t let me pay for the remakes. It just meant a lot that they cared.

My coworker recommended this place. It’s super cute, never a long line. Prices comparable to starbucks. My husband loves the flavored rockstars/Red Bull. (Way better than Dutch Bros) They actually have TONS of flavors to choose from, and can be mixed into any drink.My favorite part is that they put a chocolate covered espresso bean on top of your drink. (outside of lid) Super cute and super yummy. 😉You can also buy a little bag-full of the beans separately. They’re delicious!Please open up more locations!

This Place is Amazing! The service is Better than Best, And it is in the Perfect distance from my house that I could walk over, Have a coffee, and walk back. Also, It is Right next to master Donuts, so what I like to do is go get my coffee, then head into the donut shop and they pair perfectly!
