We had a passing in the family and wanted shirts made. The young woman that was helping us was sympathetic and very helpful. Unfortunately she had to hand off the work to another young man who was not so helpful and the work showed. The fonts were different sizes and wrinkled as well as the overall turn out. 230 dollar order was a mess. We got a refund and a free plain shirt for my son to wear to the funeral. Might give them another shot bc of the young woman.

After calling several days to speak to a manager, there is NO scheduled manager who keeps is hourly duty and just excuses moreover not one employee knows when a manager is on duty One example of poor service . The second poor us timer service The store polices of no refunds or exchanges is I would NEVER EVER shop at ! I will pass it on ....

I was very pleased with using Custom Designs T-shirt Store for screen printing and made my own design for my work. They do a great job and have a friendly staff and are very knowledgeable. Best material when it comes to digital and screen printing. They variety of shirts and designs you can pick from. Best customer service as well. 5 star shop.

Definitely not worth the price their charging. They tried charging me $35 for a single shirt. Think about that one. A shirt at tops costs $1.37-$3.00 then they print the design on a heat transfer sheet which Im sure is no more then .37 cents. Would rather go to a local silk screen printer.

Made me drive across town to pick up my shirt and it wasn’t even there. It was a small print logo so I ask them to print me an extra logo for making me drive there for no reason and they said no. I said cancel my order and got my refund back. Bad business etiquette. If the finished product turned out like I hope, they would of gotten a lot of business from me for a team of 15 people. Tshirts, hats, sweaters, etc. Their lost.

Shirts word daddy done backwards never bother called customer had to pay for shirt done backwards and had to pay again for another shirtThe guy said he got a call from the guy who did it then but he never called customer they suck for doing something they say we printed it wrong so they should caught it before hello very expense 15 for shirt and 25 for iron on never again they told my daughter in law it was free for iron if we bought shirt and brought our own iron on fire shirt crazy never again we were robbed so beware

Great customer service! I went in for a custom shirt. Roy helped me out and was amaizing! It was only four words so it was done in about 30 minutes. Sadly after I brought it home I realised the name on the shirt was spelled wrong. I frantically called back and Erick helped me. He was able to just change a letter for me. I really appreciate the customer service and the smiles. Thanks guys!

I came in and asked to buy 10 disney printed shirts and he told me $25 I told him I needed them at $20 a piece and he said no the boss only approves discounts for 12 shirts at a time. I asked him to call his boss and he said he wouldnt do it and let me walk out. Disapointed
