Went to Citrus Heights location, and pre bought a item from the snack bar, went to get in the pre-order line, lady said we Only do one line now, said, then why pre-buy, if you have one line, she just looked at my, like not my problem, then went to Customer service wait in a long line, to get my money back, got the counter, and everyone there was on there phone and talking to each other, and just ignored me, when they finally talked to me, I told them my problem, and they just laughed at me, this is so rude and thats what Customer Service is now... wow, its bad business, and I pay for a membership to be treated like this, Worst Costco, management sucks there too.

Whaaaat?! would have recorded the gentleman scanning my items because it was crazy how efficient he was; the woman who was organizing my carts was just as fast while she stacked all of my things beautifully. We had a great chat which was impressive because my fiance and I were jerks and came near closing time. Very polite crewmembers, this is my home Costco.

Go early to avoid the crowds.

The shopping environment is good, the parking lot is also very powerful, right! Dont forget to refuel after the shopping, the oil here is usually cheaper than other places.
