I have been had an account with Sherwin Williams for 15 years and have bought paint and materials from many different locations, up and down California, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, etc. Customers are always treated great at SW. HOWEVER, this store is SPECIAL! They are by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of all of SW locations and other paint stores Ive visited! If they dont know the answer to a specific paint project, they will stop at nothing to get you the right information!Kaitlin (store manager) turned this store around and manages her team like nothing Ive seen before! They will never run out of the products that they know your business relies on. They will go ABOVE and Beyond to ensure that your projects are always done correctly. Kaitlin, Mark (SWs paint rep), and Eddie (asst. store manager) always come through for my projects, whatever it takes!Kaitlin took over this store less than a couple years ago and has transformed it into a well oiled machine that will ALWAYS put their customers first!I cannot say enough good things about this Sherwin Williams! They are simply the best!!!

Just bought a house, previous owners didnt leave any paint that matched the walls but did leave a couple gallons of SW white paint. Took it to these guys with a color swatch and they added black to match perfectly the grey walls in the house. I was able to easily refresh the whole downstairs. And they didnt charge me a dime! Amazing, dedicated young men at this store. I wont go anywhere else.

Wide selection of paints. Cheap paint and great paint available, for whatever project you are trying complete.Customer service is amazing. I drive past 4 or 5 other paint stores to go to this store. I have always been very happy with my purchase when I leave this store. Every single time.

Large paint selections, better sizes when ordering paint samples, well lit and helpful staff. There are usually coupons available, so be sure to ask. The staff applied coupons for me. I love the HGTV line of paints. I was able to cover up dark colors in 1 coat and goes on smooth.

The staff was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a color to match our new bathroom tile. His knowledge, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help made my shopping experience wonderful. Much better than the big box stores!

My favorite paint store the staff here is above and beyond super helpful. The paint quality is excellent and lots of selection. Ive never had to wait here like the big box stores.

Helpful staff, but the advice will vary greatly by who you talk to. Best to call in an advance rather than wait for a mix. The premium paints are typically in short supply. Great paint.

First I should say that you salesperson Enrique was both knowledgeable and very helpful. He did in fact build value with his description of the benefits of your Emerald EXGL Extra product which I did purchase with a 40% off coupon making the $88 gallon of paint $58. Forgive for saying this... but that does seem high. I have purchased paint & supplies from you folks in the past and I dont remember the cost being so high. Perhaps I was in such a hurry I didnt notice and as previously noted your people from my limited experience are outstanding.

Caitlyn is AMAZING! We have seen her handle a really nasty couple who made an awful seen and used profanity in the store during a rush. I have never seen such expert handling of a situation in all my years of customer service. Caitlyn recognizes us when we come in and treats us very well, recommends the right product for every job and is simply outstanding. Also, fantastic paint!

The sales associates do not just sell items, they know their products and are very well informed, helping to make paint type selection so easy.

Although my service experience this morning was dreadfully slow they do provide a quality product and they have nothing but quality products for application really good stuff that is something impressive nowadays I would recommend this store to anyone thats looking to do painting on the interior or exterior of their home or whatever they have excellent products and the staff is very friendly and helpful
