Where are you ?????? We didn’t schedule a 11:09 phone call . We scheduled a 1:00 appointment at our house . You are not here . We moved around things to fit the schedule we agreed upon . Your not here. Now you have put us in a situation . That is .. we must wait another two weeks to accomplish what we had already set in motion with you ( going out of town next weekend & both of us work ).Because your not here. Saturday is not the day to look for a service guy, ($100 show up fee on Saturday with no appointment) .Due to the fact Rogers County Appliance stood us up. .There are many good reviews for him, but I guess he would have to show up for us to give you a review on that part ..... best of luck .

Bought a fridge from there an it is making a very loud noise. So I call an he said I can fix it myself or I can bring it in. My truck is down an for them to come to me is 50 bucks... I bought a great washer an dryer from them. But will never come back or send people to them
