Ive been here before but a long time ago. I decided to come back because the company that I was using ended up taking two payments without permission. That being said they were scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. tonight I showed up at 5:40 and even though they were closing in 20 minutes they did not treat me like they were closing in 20 minutes if that makes sense to you guys basically they answered all my questions showed me all my options for what I was looking for broke down the payments and then helped me out with the whole application process and payment process again not at any point in time did they rush me or make me feel awkward or uncomfortable because I was keeping them past their scheduled time I didnt get out of there until about 6:20 p.m. again Ive been with Rent-A-Center in the past but it was a long time ago. I can tell you by just how the store looked and how nice the employees were thats something had changed and I asked and they said that they were under New Management or like a store manager and area manager is new or something. Because I will tell you the last time I came in mind you this was a long time ago they made me feel like I was bothering them and made me feel very rushed which is why I ended up leaving them and going with the other company. Anyways to make a long story long if you have used Rent-A-Center in the past and had a bad experience all I can say is give him another shot cuz I promise you will not be disappointed at all.So again thank you very much Myranda and the guy who was helping. I only knew her name because her name is on the paperwork LOL and I have a bad memory. For those of you who have made it this far into this review I hope you have a great rest of your day!

Edward is very rude, if you are as much as a day late or something on a payment, he brings his “employees” to the house and try to break in your house and if they don’t get in, then they take the security light bulb and throw it on the ground like a temper tantrum. Worst place to go. Wouldn’t even have my worse enemy go there.

The store manager and his team are always ready to assist with any issue. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Edward is awesome! Hes always helpful and knowledgeable! They always make sure Im happy with my transactions and will find the products I want if they dont have it!

Very poor customer service. When something goes wrong with an appliance, it takes several days for their trained employees to get someone to fix it under warranty because aparently they only have one person in this whole area that can work on an appliance. My fridge went out and I had to throw away several groceries, and because i paid it off, i cant get a loaner so paying for benefits plus is not that bebeficial.

Edward is a great worker he will work with you. I can’t say anything about the other guys am sure they are sweet too. Their so nice I’m getting my whole house from there keep up the good work fellows

If you want to be lied to and get bad service this is your place! Had issues with getting a bed delivered, apparently stairs are a challenge but the kids delivering were new but no help offered from the store manager whatsoever other than a smaller absolutely horrible bed that we slept in once because it was so uncomfortable. Took 5 days to finally get what we originally wanted. Was told the bed would be new when we ordered, it was used and Im not ok with that at all. Suppose to get a free week, had to call corporate to make them honor that. All around bad experience! Went to Aarons, paid far less for better furniture and got an incredible NEW mattress set as promised with no issues delivering either. Definitely go to Aarons, much better to deal with and prices are better.

Grate staff always went out of there way to help me out if it wasnt for them i would be sitting on the floor stareing at the wall whereing dirty cloths lol jk but for real they have nice stuff and grate rates

At first their real professional, but once your in contract their customer service sucks, you leave a message to have the manager call you back and he doesnt. Not just once but on multiple occasions. Id reccomend not renting from rent a center in Claremore, try Stanleys or Aarons in owasso.
