They instantly, took my 2013 F-150, 4 × 4. Within 48hrs . They had started removal of bed &.tail gate . Gave me updates, on work. And was complete in 10 days . And it looks great.

Went to get a quote for my insurance company and got brushed off by the front receptionist, saying that I only need to get one quote which this was my first stop. I said I would just go somewhere else then and she came running out saying they can go ahead and get me a quote. Nope not after not great customer service

This place is very unprofessional. They charged storage fees to my grandpa because he couldn’t come pick it up during one of the WORST winters Oklahoma has experienced. I do not recommend this place for your repair needs. DISGUSTED

In Oklahoma’s most treacherous winter in the last 2 decades that I know of, they charge storage fees. Loose morals. Poor judgement on my behalf for not risking getting it while every news channel says avoid going out. Louise, your heart is as cold as the pole outside. I hope you’re happy!

Terrible customer service and operating with loose morals and business ethics. After completing the service of my vehicle I was informed it was ready for pick up. However with the recent snow storm which has been one of the worst this state has seen in many years, I was unable to safely make a trip to pick it up. After multiple attempts I was unable to contact them, guessing they were closed as no one ever answered the phone. Then I was finally contacted by a lady named Louise and told that they would be charging me a $240 STORAGE FEE. So they wanted me to drive in the middle of an ICE/SNOW STORM to pick up my vehicle from their CLOSED location. Thanks.

These people are amazing, my car looks so fabulous after they worked on it. I hit a deer and although it wasnt terrible, they fixed it up so great! They even detailed the inside which was needed but unnecessary! Absolutely recommend.

Took my car here for front end body work the process was very easy the people wear very friendly but the quality of work is the worst my front end squeaks now my grill is broken had to take it somewhere else to find out they didnt even put half the screws back in will never recommend or do business here again.

Gerber Collision and Glass personnel are magnificent!!They understand their customers.Having an accident is traumatic enough, then going through the rental car, estimates, repair time, etc. is a nerve splitting ordeal.I am no exception to the rule! I have been working in this area temporarily for a month or so now. I am from NY.On my way into work, I hit a deer. I have no idea what these creatures eat here, but they pack a wallop!! My car was totaled.I was stranded here (Oklahoma) with no vehicle (OK- I had a rental through insurance), no family or friends and staying in a hotel. My lifeline and stability were shattered (like my vehicle)The feeling of vulnerability and panic was real.Now, factor in buying a new vehicle, my banks are on the east coast, my mechanic of 25 years is on the east coast, my whole safety net is on the east coast, Im from NY with a temp. Oklahoma PO Box, a pending Virginia address, I was being transferred back east in two weeks and my rental had 3 days before the benefit ran out and - did I mention I didnt know anyone!?Well, this is where Gerber Collision and Glass rose to the occasion and to the top of the class!!I was touched to tears when Kimberlye offered to help me, not only help me, but come with me, to a reputable dealership.The other employees in the office and shop were encouraging and supportive through the whole ordeal. Everything workout and in divine time.I can not write enough wonderful things about everyone there. Especially Kimberlye.I did not get my car repaired there, thanks to the deer, but if they repair vehicles as greatly as they treat people, I would expect nothing less than total perfection.Many blessings to you all!!

I experienced significant hail damage to my car recently and decided to go with Gerber for all of the repairs. I have done business with Gerber once before and they did an amazing job, so I trusted them with doing the repairs to my car this time. Tony was the guy that helped me out this time. He was very professional, very helpful in explaining all the repairs that needed to be done, and kept me fully informed of the progress made on my vehicle along the way. Had our 2018 Chevy Colorado in for back side repair due to an accident. They had it for about a week. Replaced the whole side. Painted, washed and did a complete detail on the inside.... Super happy!! Theyre so sweet and very pleasant to work with. Would reccompmend them to anyone.

I had minor hail damage to my truck and as expected they did a great job on the repairs! However what impressed me was the detailing of my truck. I was in a fender bender yesterday I was hit by someone and got there insurances claim done immediately and so thankful that they got the ball rolling so fast.The team at Gerber are wonderful. Kimberly and Jack were so helpful and I was able to get my car in for repairs in today and they took care of all the insurance and car rental for me and were very helpful with all my questions. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs body repairs.

Took my wifes Civic here in Claremore after it was rear ended in a parking lot. Wonderful staff with prompt service and attention to detail. They had to order a tail light for her car but still had my wifes car back to her in a few days. Matched the paint perfectly, body is back straight as an arrow, and even did a couple other little touch ups that werent on the order. Very happy customer here.

I want to start off by saying, I had an accident a few weeks ago that put me in the hospital. My back injury made it extremely hard to move around. After speaking with State Farm, I went to Gerber in Claremore to get an estimate. Upon walking in I received warm greetings from young gentleman at the front desk. He immediately open the door for me when he seen I was struggling, and welcome to me.I explained to him that I had been in an accident and needed to get an estimate. Whoever raised him did a fantastic job because he was so polite and empathetic, which is something that I really needed that day considering the terrible luck I’ve been having. We went outside where I proceeded to tell him what happened. After being extremely thorough with His pictures, I knew he wanted to figure out what was exactly wrong with my car. We went back inside Where we sat down and he filed My estimate. When he was done he went through and explain to me everything the estimate included and made sure to answer any questions I had to ask.Unfortunately My car was totaled and the car wasn’t fixed but my experience there made it very easy to recommend people to this place. Absolutely horrible customer service. The older guy jack, who I believe is the manager is a horrible person to deal with. He had my car for almost three months. When I got it back the battery had fallen over in the trunk, and was sparking against the floor of the trunk. He told me I could take care of it. They also painted over the sticker in the fuel fill area that says unleaded fuel only. He said what do you want me to do about it. I told him I wanted it fixed correctly. He asked me to leave the store since I refused to accept his recommendation for me to fix his mistake. An employee told me they take the good parts from vehicles they fix and keep them and put them on their own trucks after a couple months so they wont get in trouble, and no one will be able to figure out where they came from.

Great experience, would highly recommend! The staff was unbelievably helpful when my window was shattered. They covered up my shattered window to keep the inside of my vehicle dry during the thunderstorms that we were expecting. The replacement glass arrived the very next day and my vehicle was back to normal! Thanks for all of the help and great service.

I went in to make an appointment to have the seal around my windshield repaired. From the woman who greeted me at the desk to the General Manager everyone was most helpful and friendly. I not only did not need an appointment they repaired my windshield while I waited! I would definitely recommend and return to this business.

Had my Altima Hybrid (Pearl White) collision damage fixed and painted. It came out perfect. This paint is very hard to match up. Friendly staff was very informative.

The only reason for the one star is that I can’t put 0.This was the worst place, took way longer than they said, and there was an air bubble in the z71 sticker that you can see where the poked a hole in it and pushed it down. They is a deep scratch on my brand new wheels that dosent just happen from driving. NEVER GO THERE!!!
