Customer Service was accessible and friendly. My friend asked for help changing a head light. The employee was ready and eager to help. When he could not change the head light, he apologized and directed us to try to change it a specified way. The way instructed was not correct. Although helpful, if there employee is not sure how to do something, they should just simply explain, they dont know, it is not generally an auto parts store to go above like that anyway.

October 14th, 2021: I have battery issues (replacement needs) I have to walk with my dead battery from 2005 Nissan murano car to this store for me to prepare myself to work. It took me almost 40 minutes with exhausted heat and muscle soreness, however when I purchased my reliable Car battery in good price and good condition, theres a very nice Employees offering me a ride back to my apartment with my new car battery which I felt relief. When I got back to my apartment and found out I receive the wrong battery, then the same employee who drop me back to apartment with new and correct car battery without being charged extra. This is the best experience in my life, I definitely recommend this store because they help me a lots.Customer,Ohio Nguyen

Great service and friendly employees our car was having troubles on the way home and the engine light came on. We pulled in and told the young man working. He grabbed his reader hooked it up and got us the diagnoses right away printed it out for us and even referred us to a close fast mechanic near by. Definitely a reliable place to stop.

The team with Eric at Claremore was terrific. Did great on battery install. 2 batteries Ive bought @ Auto zone have been super.

Horrible service I watched multiple people get helped outside with the service of there car while there was a full store I waited my turn. Then asked if I could get help outside and was told he had to wait for another person to be in the store he couldn’t leave it unattended . That I also understand so I waited and when the lady came back inside I waited in line again and ask for help outside I was told to wait for the whole store to clear out. All I want is to be treated the same as every other individual is treated and today I was not I just wasted 30 minutes of my life due to bad customer service please do better .

I think these guys have problems with helping women. The many times Ive come here, they make me wait and start helping all other people who show up after me. They say they will help me find my product, but never get to it. I think the reason for all the ladies reviews with the same negative experiences is because these guys think were going to ask them to replace the batteries right in the parking lot or change out the headlights in the blazing heat. What happened to the guys who had respect for their job? Now all they have is a bunch of lazy guys yawning behind a computer.Oh, one more thing...gotta love their we strive to provide excellent customer service responses while at the same time doing absolutely nothing about it. With this type of leadership, it all makes more sense.

Needed to return a part we bought that wasnt needed, but we were in the process of moving and didnt have the box it came in. We had intended on using the part and threw the box away. And even though the receipt was over 2 months old, the manager okayed the return and didnt give me any grief about it. Thanks AutoZone for understanding that life happens and things dont always go as planned. I had a nice, friendly cashier and an awesome manager that I encountered yesterday. Most definitely recommend AutoZone for all your auto part needs!

Was sold the wrong part and caused more problems to vehicle. Nature were clearly upset. Spoke to worker who was very rude then spoke to another who was very unprofessional. What I used to consider a helpful place is no longer...I think.

These guys were great... I was driving a borrowed truck when an emission fluid light came on. I had NO idea what to do. They looked out the window, knew the year of the truck, gave me some price/brand choices, and we got it taken care of! If youre a female and need somewhere you can get some advice/assistance, this is the place!

Horrible customer service. No idea of what theyre talking about. Absolutely rude right off the bat. I will never do business there again and took my companies account off of the Claremore location. Saw the review just before mine. You obviously need to get rid of that crew and get people who know cars and service. Pretty sure the only experience they have with cars is on their game consoles.

They did a great job helping me the last two times Ive been in. This has not always been my experience. They have moved up from 3 stars to 4 stars from me. Maybe they will eventually make it to 5 stars.

We were having vehicle issues and limped our vehicle to the closest AutoZone which happened to be this one in Claremore. We were greeted with indifference, the store atmosphere was unpleasant when we entered, and the staff unknowledgeable and unhelpful. The manager Stacy was abrupt and unfriendly, refusing answer my questions or help us, stating he had a delivery to make before six, didnt get involved with parking lot automotive assistance, and he just didnt have the time to help me! We left spending $40 in the store and our issues unresolved! We give Stacy and his staff a quadruple F minus grade in customer service and satisfaction! We will NEVER be back and will tell everyone we know to go to the Owasso AutoZone near German Corners. Its worth the drive and they treat you right!

Had to purchase a car battery for my daughter yesterday. It was hot and I needed someone to install the battery. Douglas came to my rescue, he was so friendly. He didnt seem.to mind that it was a heat index of 105. I dont think I will go anywhere else from now on. Thanks so much Doug! If you dont look like a regular customer of AutoZone, you might be taken for granted and overlooked. Not a good way to do business.

Autozone is hit or miss. I went in for headlights tonight and searched through parts number books for what I needed for at least 15 minutes. Not once was I asked if I needed help. To be clear, the store was not busy. There was only one other customer. Recently Ive had much worse experiences. About a week ago I went in to get a blower motor for my business van. When I walked in I was actually asked What do you want? All 3 employees present at that time were very rude and obviously hate their jobs. Not sure how they still have jobs. I cant be the only person treated this way. This used to be my favorite parts store but Im moving on.

Good selection, bad service. Every time I go into this store, I get men who roll their eyes and make a big to do about showing a woman where items are in the store. I will go to OReilly from now on. At least they seem to be happy to assist women who know what they are looking for.

I generally buy my auto parts here as they are usually cheaper than OReilly and every warranty issue Ive had was resolved easily or made right by the store. Helpful staff as well.

Places like this are hard to rate. if you need it now and cant wait. you just have to pick one and hope that you get place that mite be able to work the computer and get the part you need.

Had noticed my Camaro was loosing oil dramatically on the highway so I pulled into this autozone to get some oil, these gentlement were super firendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no possible way to fix my oil pan hole in under an hour(Im from a different part of the state and needed to get back that day) but the staff was friendly and Im sure if there was a way they would have helped out

Would not look up parts, counter help has no car knowledge other than what their computer tells them. Rude, and ignore people. I work for a shop that does alot of business with them. Because of this experience this will change. The gray shirt in charge is the rudest person Ive meet in a parts store. This place needs some serious training and management. Ive been in the automotive business for over 20 years. Top 5 worst experience.

Website was not clear at all. On website it led me to believe the price was for a pair of windshield wiper blades but when I got to store it was doubled because it was price per wiper not the pair.

Usually dont come here but a couple salesmen from another store moved here that i like to deal with and know what there talking about are here so its my first stop to avoid the blank and lost looks at the other stores.

5-13-18 . 4:30-5pm. I don’t know what the dude with grey shirt problem was but he didn’t like that i spoke Spanish with my buddy . Became randomly rude af after that. If he has problem next time let me know. Never again going back
