Store hours says you close at 7pm when in fact your doors were locked before 7pm. Please adjust your hours to reflect when you are really open.

The staff isn’t knowledgeable. They don’t have as much selection as they used to. I rarely go there unless I need Hot Tools.

Great customer service. Called to find out if they carried a particular product. When I was sure they did I said Id be there in a few mutton get it. When I got there the lady working had it waiting for me at the counter without me even asking her to do that. Very considerate.

All the girls here are A+ when it comes to service.Make sure you sign up for the beauty club. It does cost $3 to join but yet get $5 coupon to use on your next visit!
