Decent store, I do NOT recommend the pick up at this store, I consistently have bags misplaced and not loaded in my car only to find at home the order is incomplete and they will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to remedy the situation. It’s been ongoing and they don’t offer to do anything. All they tell you is that you’re free to come back and get it. Living over half an hour away makes this pretty tough.

Just made a quick trip to Walmart to get what we would need. Did not need to get a lot it took longer in line than did to get things we need.

I would give this Walmart zero stars if it would let me the lady Pam at the front door checks every single receipt my son won’t put items in bags because he’s only two years old I bought him a $.98 book and she literally asked me for my receipt I’ve called corporate.. The guy I spoke to you on corporate told me that they are only supposed to ask for receipts for large items and electronics I’m getting tired of being harassed

It was one if their super stores. I got everything I wanted quickly. Got some help from the floor personnel. They were very helpful and pleasant. It was clean and well stocked. It made it easy to select and checkout.

It would be fantastic if this site for placing orders for pick-up was in better shape than it is. Some things can only be picked up in store, out but well stocked on the shelves. More recently, I tried to place an order and was prompted to select the date and NOTHING was available...surprise, surprise!!! I took my business elsewhere.

The employees here are so friendly! The store is well stocked, clean and very well organized. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

I went to a different store today and couldnt find a thing. It was a good deal that I had a friend that kinda knew where to go. They need to set up the stores the same way so it will be easier to shop when you go to a different store then usual.

Nice and quiet this time of day, very clean...employees dont acknowledge your presence as is typical for Walmart. Ignore you or walk right in front of you and you have to stop to let them by without so much as a kiss my a$$. Had to look directly at checker and say HI! HOW ARE YOU🤬

Its well known that most Walmarts are identical. So what would make them different? What makes this one different is the quality of the people. They are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. They are very attentive and care about you and your needs. And I never thought I would say that about a Walmart, but this one merits that review. They keep the place very clean and they keep their eye on you and your needs. Other than that you can find the same products with pretty close to the same pricethere as anywhere else. Lines are horrendous. They eliminate cashiers and make the customer do the work, and you still wait in long lines while your ice cream melts. What happened to customer service? If I can get it elsewhere I will; the store on Kenosha and Creek turnpike is way better. Will not step foot in the Claremore store again.

Worst managed Wal Mart Ive ever been to. Shelves empty, long lines of customers to be checked out. I live in Claremore but would rather drive to Wal Mart in BA, Pryor or Owasso. One lady was calling Wal Mart corporate to complain while in line. Last time to go to Wal Mart Claremore. X

It was great but only one place was open to eat at and no ice cream available anywhere.

My wife and I shop here frequently and we love it! Friendly staff and customer friendly store arrangement makes this a great store to shop at!

I always love going here. Its close to home and for the most part they have everything we need.

You can spend hundreds of dollars then get to the door and they treat you like you stole something

We were in desperate need to go get a rescue horse blew atire in horse trailer and told them that they was holding the horse for us on the side of the road and it would be 2 hours before they could get to our trailer to put 2 tires on we left and went to the amigo tire shop and they got us right in and they said every 30 minutes they guarantee that youre you will get in and get your tires fixed you will not have to wait longer than 30 minutes! Very impressed!!!!!!

Thankful for Aldis to be finally in Claremore area. Bc this WALMART is the WORSE place to go to. Employees were rude. Not one single employee I came across were ever HELPFUL, and they had the nerve to tell you to go to a checkout yourself bc THEY ARE SO SLOW and barely anyone on register!! and you had to be in a long a** LINE for a SELF CHECKOU too???! The only good thing about this store is how close it is, I cant even call it convenient cause you can never get assistance with anything, everything is always out of stock, and you have to always use the backed up self check out (only available on the grocery side of the store) because they refuse to open up the other check out lanes. Its like there are literally no employees here!

Very big Walmart with fully stocked shelves on every aisle we went down, we found almost everything we were looking for with no problem. They even carry stuff our local store cant seem to get.

This is my second stay here. Its a no frills hotel but Its clean!!! They allow pets without an extra charge!!! Most reasonable rates around period!! Hopefully the pool will open soon!! 😁

This is for Claremore location. Once again 7:00 pm and 1 check stand open & self check backed up with 10 to 15 people waiting. If you want to sell you need to have a way for people to buy it.

Located 2 minutes from my house. Usually, busy with long lines, not enough cashiers or open registers during peek hours.But, early morning is the best time to pick up everything you need without over crowding or long lines. Great for one stop shopping!

So this was the first Walmart I have been to where I would not mind shopping regularly. It was neat and stocked, with products alined to the shelf tags.

Traveling, needed a few items, store was clean, and the associates were very helpful.

Absolutely terrible Walmart pickup they are constantly saying the items I have on there are out of stock and after the load my car I go in and the items indeed are not out of stock 🙄 I got a call today from Walmart when I filed for a return of money to make sure I wasn’t charged for the items they didn’t have when I spoke to Lori and explained at this point I might as well just do the shopping myself due to tons of issues and she said okay she didn’t even seem to care at all that the service is terrible

This is a smaller store but the friendliest employees, store has always been clean when Ive shopped there.

It was ok, but they did not have hand sanitizer or wipes to clean off the shopping carts. The greeter got defensive when i asked for disinfecting wipes. Claiming the carts are cleaned off outside before brought into the store.

Really dislike shopping, checking g my self out, sacking my own groceries, loading my own groceries. Still pay same price as if someone checked me, but did all the work. Wagoner has only this store for groceries.

They need more cashiers. The last couple of times Ive been in here, the lines were at least 7 deep. It is ridiculous!! If thru dont fix the problem, they will start losing customers. I will pay a little more for things to have better service!!!

Pricey, pricey, pricey !! And they never have the same thing 2 months in a row that might sell GOOD........ plus if there something that is also on sale at another store at a cheaper rate than Walmart chooses to sell it as, Walmart will pull the product off the shelf and say they are out of it when the sale goes off then they will bring it back out.

Trying to shop at this store raises my blood pressure every time. This trip was no different. They have reminded me, yet again, why I no longer shop at Wal-Mart.I was there at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. They had a nice big display of plants along the sidewalk leading to the Garden center entrance, but both outside gates were locked. They also had the inside access blocked off. It was a beautiful spring weekend & they were losing all kinds of business to their competitors.Then, I had to walk all the way to the grocery side of the store to check out. I have bad knees, so while this may not sound like such a big deal to you, it was agony for me. Wal-Mart just spent a lot of time & money on a complete remodel, but they still have self checkout on one only one side of the store. The only other register that was open had a line that was 6 deep. I started to go to the register next to it, but was told she couldnt ring up my 1 item because she was scheduled to work customer service. Nobody was waiting in line at customer service. Nice job Wal-Mart; you are definitely boosting the sales of your competition.

I wanted to buy pair of 👖 but shelf was half empty and looked like was hit with 🌪️.

You have to park out by the street & walk clear up to the store because all the good parking spots are for people who park cars & sit to be waited on . In side you cant get down the aisles because of all the big carts with blue baskets & workers filli g them for people sitting in the good parking spots. Then you get up front & they want you to check yourself out & take your own groc out & walk clear out to the street again.

Store is better supplied on many items. Some improvement could be done on food items. Stocking shelves after closing would improve availability of items. All in all this store is a decent place to shop. Enforcing mask requirements would give people more confidence in shopping.

Tried the Pick Up option for the first time. It didnt start off the best. We went to the location shown on the map included in the email confirmation. When we didnt find it there we scouted the parking lot till we found it. Then from that point everything went great. Soon as we picked our parking spot the app let us know we had arrived and ask for the spot number. In a few minutes this nice young lady Sarah showed up an explained how everything was done and loaded it all securely in the bed of our truck. After checking to make sure there was nothing else she was on her way. Other than the little hiccup finding the right place I would say this was a good experience. Both from a health and safety standpoint and a ease of use for the customer. Well done walmart.

Busy, like you would expect right before Christmas but great. Took the kids to buy some presents for their mom, the staff headed in was very welcoming and were ensuring the carts were clean and sanitized. We were able to get everything we needed and more of course, the kids and I kept finding more that was perfect for their mother; so great product placement.

I was a bit dissatisfied with the pick up at Walmart. The person who brought my order out didnt say anything about the out of stock items and slammed my trunk very hard, and never said anything. I was not happy with my service pickup today.

I have been shopping this store for 7 yrs now. During 2020 most of the employees have shown me outstanding customer service! When I ask someone stocking in a particular area for an item that is not on the shelf, they have almost always used their computer to tell me if they have it, went to the back to get it or tell me when it will arrive! THIS is excellent customer service. (Because they are busy working very hard to restock and take the time to help!)

Not open 24/7. I know, dumb complaint. Its a nice WalMart like any other. I just personally dislike it because of hours and its in Claremore.

Door lady check stopped a Mexican guy and his kids to go through his whole cart, while 10 of us were forced to stop and watch, poor system.

Called 4 times about a pick up order they continued to tell me it was ready, but I waited for 45 minutes. That is why I dont shop Walmart. So unorganized, ineffective and inefficient. Maybe next year they will be better organized. This is the 8th time I have experienced the same situation. Get with it Walmart.

I was at Walmart Sunday afternoon with my family.The restroom with the stalls were full and had a line going in front of the changing table to the door. So it was crowded.I left thinking “that’s okay I will just use the family restroom or the mothers room to change my baby’s diaper”Both doors to those rooms were locked. Even though the mothers room door read “vacant”.I knocked and no answer. The bench that used to sit in front of those rooms was no longer there.There was an employee in that area so I asked him if he could unlock the door to the mothers room. He proceeded to tell me that that room was only for mothers who are breastfeeding or changing their babies. I pointed to my baby who was in his car seat that was on the cart and said “I do have a baby that needs his diaper changed.”He said “oh okay let me find someone with a key” and walked away. Another employee came over and said he was looking for someone with a key as well but was having no luck. He told me that I could wait there until someone came out of the family restroom.So my husband, daughter, infant and myself waited in the hallway in front of the restrooms for a good while until someone finally came out of the family restroom. It wasn’t a family, it wasn’t mom or dad with children, no. It was an employee!She came out never apologized and didn’t even acknowledge that we were waiting on her.I went in with my children and changed my baby. When we came out they still couldn’t find anyone with a key to the mothers room.My husband said when I was in the family restroom another employee tried to use that restroom. While we were walking away a different employee went into the family restroom.To sum up my complaint:#1. Why was the mothers room locked and the employees couldn’t find anyone with a key?#2. Why was the bench removed?#3. Why are the employees using the family’s restroom leaving actual families with small children standing out in the hallway waiting on them?Not cool Walmart.

As Wallyworlds go (*i.e. - Wal-Marts*) this particular supercenter was incredibly clean, the covid protocols were still fast in place & while MOST Wal-Marts tend to need restocking during the time of day I visited on this specific day (*i.e. - mid-afternoon after the late-morning/early afternoon/lunchtime rush*) this particular store DIDNT need to be restocked as the employees were keeping the establishments shelves stocked as the day moved on. I very much recommend this specific establishment for your shopping needs any time of the day!

Not the friendliest people to ask where something is. Cashier wasnt the friendliest. Out of stock on basic things . But I can write some of it off to they were hit hard by people stocking up on everything.

Compared to other walmarts in the surrounding areas, I do enjoy this walmart the most. The only criticism that I have is that they need to do better at restocking products. But it could be the companies not delivering products on time. Its walmart.
