This morning I called and asked if they had biscuits and gravy without sausage because I do not eat pork neither does my son she was more than willing to make it and I literally gave her a 2 second notice as I was pulling in the parking lot technically. They all were very respectful, happy, and best of all gave glory to our Heavenly Father. Which was my absolute favorite part. Thank you ladies for making our morning fun. Their donuts are delicious, but unfortunately this will likely be the last time I come here. Their prices used to be consistent with their competition, but now they are charging twice what everybody else does. I just got an apple fritter that cost me $2.73! They said Its a big one. Its puffer than others, but not that much bigger. Thankfully they arent the only donut shop in town.

One of the best donut restaurants for their donuts in Claremore, they are only 0pen in the morning. The staff are extremely nice also.

They have our donuts ready every sunday like clockwork. So delicious.

First thing we noticed was that the cashier didnt seem like they wanted to be there. There was no greeting or smile. Second is that nothing in the case was labeled so there were alot of questions as to which items were which and alot of thrilled help from the cashier. Finally when we did get our doughnuts (a chocolate long john for my wife and an apple fritter for myself) we noticed that our doughnuts were stale, there were no apples in my fritter, and they didnt drain the oil off properly because when I bit into my fritter it was just a crunch and a mouthful of oil.

Went there on sunday morning on May 2 2021. They automatically added a 5 dollar tip to my bill geeze great way to keep customersBill should have been $13.71 Not $18.71 as charged. Wish I could post a snapshot.

WENT THERE ON SUNDAY, DONUTS, FRITTERS AND CINNAMON ROLLS WERE STALE AT 0745 IN THE MORNING.THEY WERE ALSO OVER PRICED EVEN IF THEY HAD BEEN FRESH.

I absolutely love chocolate old fashion donuts. This the only place to get them in Claremore, OK. They are closed on Mondays, close at noon and they serve more than donuts. Drive thru or sit down available.

Excellent service!!!!! This is the only place in town that you can order lettered donuts from with having to drive to Catoosa, Owasso or Collinsville. I preordered donuts for my sons 4th birthday, the donuts were very fresh and were ready when I arrived to picked them up!! NO WAITING!!!! I highly recommend ordering donuts here. A big plus for me is this is also the only place Ive found that still serves biscuits and gravy and the sausage rolls are to die for!!!

Great place to get breakfast. Variety of donuts, sausage rolls, jalapeno sausage rolls, chocolate milk, biscuits and gravy, etc. They will even make special order donuts!! Very friendly staff with great service. I go there often and have always been pleased with their service and quality of food. Walking in or drive through.

Paradise donuts in Claremore is hands down the best donut shop in town. Besides the yummy and unique donuts I keep coming back for the friendly faces. Shay who works the front counter makes the morning donut run just more enjoyable, shes always friendly and kind to everyone Ive seen her interact with and she always remembers my order making my morning faster and easier. Good donuts are always awesome but great customer service is a huge bonus. Thanks for your great customer service Shay I will definitley keep coming back.

Im not sure what happened with this place, but the quality of product has gone downhill. Our experience this morning was not a good one.. We ordered donuts and got thick, dense, biscuit like ice cold dough...ewww! Not exactly what comes to mind when ordering donuts? Not somewhere Ill be going back to.

Went there with my husband this morning to get sausage rolls, and they were absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been asked by a donut shop if I wanted my sausage rolls REHEATED in a microwave before today, and that should have been a red flag. Still cold, limp, and poorly breaded. We got 6 but threw most of them in the trash. Husband also didn’t finish his coffee, saying it wasn’t good. We will not be back to this establishment.

Called a head of time to make sure she had biscuits and gravy cuz Ive never been here. She said she did. Drove all the way across town get there and gravy isnt ready she wants to microwave it for me. Like I can do that at home... I called ahead of time...I called as I was on the way there.

This place already has a lot of reviews but one more wont hurt. They are fantastic. More often than not they are my first stop in the morning before I hit the turnpike and head to work. I always get their sausage rolls and LOVE their cream-filled doughnuts. They are speedy and always ready with a smile. A fantastic way to get your day/week/month started. Keep it up!

Bought 13 sausage rolls and they were old and cold, these must have been made at least 2 days earlier, I called the shop and was told the owner would contact me, that was over a week ago and nothing from the owner. I will not being buying anything from this doughnut shop again, my advice is go to a doughnut shop that cares about the customers and products are made fresh daily. I tried to not give any stars but, it would not let me post until I gave it one star.I received a very positive reply from the owner and have since returned to the doughnut shop and the sausage rolls were perfect, the young lady behind the counter was fantastic and I also purchased doughnuts this morning and those were also very good, very fresh and I couldnt be happier. I appreciate Paradise Doughnuts for their efforts and for making me a believer. I will be back again and again.Thank you,Matt

Most important is that they taste good and have a nice, clean (thus assumed sanitary) facility and friendly staff. There are some little disappointments though...their pricing is a little on the higher end, and Ive convinced myself that the donut sizes have shrunk recently. The past 2 times Ive gone inside (weekday 7am - peak times) their tv monitor menu has been off so no prices are posted, which i talked myself out of buying a dozen mixed for coworkers with no time to ponder the total of dozen small vs fancy donuts. Second, sometimes short staffed with 1 person running drive and lobby, so wait can be several minutes. Last time i was there I left the lobby after waiting about 4 minutes, had to hurry off to work and still 2 people ahead of me. Small complaints, but enough to make me not stop in often, i tend to pass them and go to the donut shops in tulsa near my work.Update: the prompt/friendly response to my feedback is much appreciated! 3 star is now 4 for their professionalism and efforts, thank you!
