The staff is very helpful and friendly. They work hard to give good service to everyone.

Extremely helpful! My husband and I were sent here to look for toilets that our Plumber was going to put in for us. We were a little lost at first, but the staff was super helpful. We ended up buying faucets needed for our project as well. They even helped us find some non-conventional items to use for a sled for our kiddos. We would definitely come back! Thank you guys a ton!

I found what I needed and the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. Theyre not like the big outlet stores, so if youre shopping for ceiling fans or lighting, its not the place to find those items at. They do have a decent offering in lighting though and they can order items for you.

Wholesaler of plumbing and electrical supplies, just like the sign says. Its a no frills type of establishment, not intended for the casual retail shopper who is working on a DIY project at home. Those customers are better suited for Lowes or Ace. If you dont have a business account with Locke, you might be wasting your time shopping in the store, just a fair warning.Compared to other Locke locations Ive made purchases at, the Claremore location is the most friendly and helpful if them all. Ive never had a bad experience at this one, which is something I cant say about a few of the Locke stores in Tulsa and BA.Overall Locke is a great resource, and in many respects they deserve 5 stars, but there are areas for improvement, in my opinion. These areas include: what they choose to stock or not stock, an inefficient, non intuitive use of floor space, and an often negative attitude of the sales associates I have encountered (only at locations other than Claremore or Jenks) that caused me to drop it down to 4.

Extremely rude. I asked for a military discount. They rudely said you will need him present rolling their eyes. I said I am present. It was kind of sexist. They were very short with me the entire time. I came back with my mother in law. It was like night and day. They were being overly nice. In a cringey way. They only spoke with my mother in law. Even though the order was mine. They told her the total amount. I was the one paying. Even when I payed they tried to give her the receipt. I dont recommend.

A place to get all of your plumbing, electrical, heating supplies to do all of your maintenance around your house.
