I called Aztec because my builder used them and I had a damaged door. Initially I was given a quote and agreed on a price. After a week of ordering new door, I was told it would be on the next weeks shipment. After never hearing back I contacted them and was told “need to check why it did not make the shipment.” Never heard another word after this. Even after I sent several text and phone messages! How they stay in business with this kind of treatment i’ll never understand. Called Overhead door in Tulsa and had a garage in and installed in 4 days. Steer clear of Aztec Garage Doors!

I called Aztec and spoke to Jason yesterday a little before 5 pm because the emergency bar came unbolted and fell from the garage door opener on a rent house of ours. Due to the heat everyone had gone home but he assured me it would be fixed this morning. Received a text at 7:47 am today and it was already fixed and was under warranty. Thank you so much for the great customer service and getting promptly repairing it.

Called them needing a garage door spring replaced and some information on insulating the door or quotes on newer options, said they could do that but couldnt get here that week so I made appointment for the following Friday. Waited for them all day, called left messages, and no returned phone call. Had my door repaired Saturday evening by a company I called Friday night . Got a phone call Monday from repairman from Aztec at 3:00 saying he was coming to repair my spring. I let him know he was supposed to be here Friday, he then appoligized. Thats why they got a one star review.

Was given a next day appointment. Tom fixed my problem in under an hour. The parts and labor were a reasonable price. I will continue to use Aztec.
