I found my watch in there for about a year, still no reply, hes only there one or 2 days a week, and he never can catch him. At first, all I ask for was an estimate, then he said, he got it back from his daughter and was 120 bucks, I never would have done it, I dont know what the wash was worth it. Now I have to pay 120 bucks to get my watch back.disappointed, he can at least call Ive left several messages actually, thats not true. I left messages with him when hes there, and sometimes he cant even find it, and when he finally found it with a ticket that I had, he said it was 120 dollars that he finally got it from his daughter hes, taking care of the place, Im not very happy with him, dont feel like paying the 120 dollars, but its been about a year, all I ask for was an estimate, and now I can Ive been calling it for last 3 weeks
This is probably the most odd/uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in any store in Claremore. When I walked in I thought maybe I was in the wrong place because 90% of every shelf is completely empty. I asked the man working if “they were moving” and he said no. I then began to peruse and found some unique gold chain necklaces. There were no price tags, so I asked him how much and he replied, “ they aren’t real gold.” So he didn’t answer my question but his response did prompt me to move along and check out the other very few occupied cases. Three older adults walked in after me as I was walking around. One of the women asked him how much the bronze bunny rabbit in the window was. He replied to them, “it’s mine. It has my name on it.” I could tell that she was bewildered by his response. The four of us now browsed the store in silence. Soon after the odd bunny-related remark, I found some interesting rings that I wanted to try on, but when I looked up the man was gone. Even though it was evident he probably had no customers all day except for the 4 of us and then just went to the back of the store. It was a very weird experience. I’m under the impression that they probably really ARE starting to close down. I really don’t have another explanation for their store being kind of a disarray, cabinets crooked and turned cockeyed, several lights are out, and a very large amount of the room was completely empty. Honestly, it kind of looks like a post-apocalyptic store... very odd. I am now driving to the only other jeweler in town to spend my money there.
Well apparently they are retiring and don’t want to sell anything but they claim they are open. I personally would not recommend even coming in because I went in there just wanting to look at some rings and all I got was well they are locked up in a safe. If you don’t want to sell anything don’t have an open sign up.
Had them replace 2 watch batteries. He did a really good job. One of my watches was old & screws were corroded. He took the time to put oil on screws over night & it worked. No extra costs. $8 for each watch. Best price on watch batteries Ive seen in a very long time. Friendly service.
Seems friendly but my two watches have been missing for months.
Store was not open
Family owned, friendly, and cheeper than the big chains.
My experience was not pleasant. In fact, it was rather stressful and odd.
Always professional and I trust them
Not very helpful. Prices were a little high. Not a big selection for a jewelry store. Wasnt too impressed
Im being kind assigning a single star.I brought my fathers 72 sieko in for repair, the date was sticking.3 months and over 300 dollars later i received my watch with a nice polish, a broken original band and a gold winding post on a stainless watch. Victor was more than willing to argue that nothing was wrong. Tried to sell me a new band.I paid and got my watch out of there. This may have been a great store in the past, but thats the past.
