Customer service here is always wonderful and prices beat any others in town. Definitely recommend getting parts and services done here. Always come here for chains for chainsaw as well, cheaper then buying anywhere else.

Everywhere else I had called was a 2+ week wait or didnt work on push mowers.To my surprise after just resigning to the wait and taking it to a recommended shop that the work was great and got it back the same day even. Starts perfectly only halfway into the pull.

Had everything I needed (so far) for my Cub Cadet w/V-twin Briggs.

These guys are great, knowledgeable and fast and willing to help with any questions . they are my go to place for any mower/small engine parts .

Took chain saw in for repairs. Paid 61.00 . Wouldnt start when tried to use it. Took it back and explained problem. Johnny looked at the saw, looked at my receipt, tried to start the saw with no luck, put it back on the bag and said I need to go somewhere else and they couldnt help me and take my saw and leave. Johnny said I came in mad and they werent going to help me. I explained I wasnt mad at them I was upset with the saw and just need it to run. They refused to repair the saw. This is terrible business and same scenario happened to one of my other friends. I knew better.

This is the worst service and personal Ive ever experienced! No respect for the customer. I will be take my business to TNG Power Equipment Sales and Repair.

This is the best place around for all your loan mower needs. I have used this place numerous times over the years. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a huge variety of parts for all makes and models. Their prices are very reasonable no high markets like a lot of places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for all their lawn mower needs.

Customer service is outstanding, as is the knowledge of products. They always have the hardest to find parts. The only downside is their business hours. Sometimes I am stuck going to a dealership because I dont get back to Claremore in the evenings before 5:00, and cant always wait till Saturday. Highly recommend this establishment. Cannot stress the good customer service enough.

Years ago my grandpa had been using Starr Parts. With Charles in parts, Norma and Johnny in the service mechanics side, I will only use them as my go to for many small engine needs to this day!!!
