#1 for service. I had an issue with my 2018 Silverado which was making my truck difficult to drive. After two previous visits and phone calls from the dealer I purchased the truck from, I called Harry Green Service Deptartment and spoke with Patrick. He is hats off the most courteous service Mgr I ever spoke with. He promptly made me an appointment, and due to ALL the professionals in the service department, I was up and running smoothly in a short time. I cant say enough.Thanks Again... Bill
Today is an update for me for rating the business. Its August 6th, 2021. Im simply getting my annual vehicle inspection that is required in West Virginia. Brandon, my service manager, was kind enough to provide some Intel on how the whole inspection procedure works, explaining for the first time precisely what has to be done to inspect the vehicle. There are literally 13 steps, and he printed it from the West Virginia manual. Now I understand why they have to peel the old sticker off immediately. That happens to be step three. The state requires it, its a statute, it means that the mechanic and the shop shall do this. Good to know!So Im giving Brandon a virtual pad on the back and thanking him in everyones sight for his time in explaining this to me. It was a rather sensitive subject two years ago when the first came up, and the shop that I went to did not explain anything. With communication, we get understanding. And with understanding, we develop a good customer relationship. Kudos!.....I offer very high marks to Joseph Grilli and Stanton Wright and all who participated in helping us obtain a good vehicle for my wife. Shes a disabled veteran and she needs something reliable. Harry Green had exactly what we were looking for!its also essential to have somebody who is reliable in repairs, and it looks like this is the place!
I usually do not post reviews on anything but I definitely feel that this has been the best experience that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. Tori and the rest of the staff that helped me was so very nice and helpful. They went out of there way to make sure that I was able to purchase a used Ford Edge.I just want to thank Tori and the rest of the staff for everything they done for me. I really do appreciate it. Bunch of crooks. If the computer tells them their isnt a leak they wont pressurize the coolant system to find the problem. The coolant is going somewhere with no visible leaks. Dont go here they wont fix any issues I have had the vehicle not even a 2 weeksand told them issues. Transmission shifting funny the computer scanner says its okay. The brakes are shaking since I test drove it and they known I have text messages from Curtis the salesman. The heated seat has a 600.00 part that needs replaced nope they wont fix it. The only thing they repaired was the tire pressure sensor. Now I am going to have to fix all this without them offering to help. They looked at it today and said its okay even though they inspected it like this. Do not go here also there was only 200 miles since we owned it in 2 wks as my family was nervous about riding in it and still are until I can repair what they claim was safe to sell. 30 day 1000 mile warranty power train and they told my wife to keep driving it so the miles keep going up. I told her to quit driving it as were going to seek advice from a lawyer.
They are a great dealership with top notch customer service. They have a really great car wash there as well.
WORLDS WORST DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!Dealer worked out a deal with me on a vehicle, sent me the buyers order and i wired the money to them for the car in full. I received the car and title to the car and now the dealer is contacting me stating that they didnt charge me the right amount of taxes and that I need to pay the DMV Fees of an additional $1400. Terrible dealership that can not even make their mistake right, do not do business with them

My husband and I was treated very respectful, we was not pressured by any of the salesman to purchase a certain car. The salesman,Greg Floyd was very nice and had great knowledge of all the vehicles we was interested in. We chose a Nissan Maxima, our credit is not perfect but Harry Greens was able to get us approved for a loan for the Maxima. They gave us a really fair trade in value for my old car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Harry Greens for your next used car purchase or even a new car purchase. We ARE HIGHLY SATISFIED. We will DEFINITELY go back to Harry Greens for our next car or truck purchase.
