Order 09/02 and today is 09/20 and customer service still hasnt shipped my order. Nothing was backordered. This is the worst company you could give your money too. Not only will they take your money upfront they have no way to contact them except email which has been absolutely worthless. These guys are trying hard to run their business into the ground.

Ive ordered numerous times from midsouth shooters supply Ive always been satisfied with every purchase and have had a lot of fun with there products but on one occasion fed ex sent me an email saying that my package had been delivered but it never maid it in my home i assumed it had been stolen no fault to midsouth or fed ex there are just a lot of opportunistic low lifes in the world but i contacted midsouth and also fed ex i figured that would be the end of the story but i was contacted by a chas wahl a representative of mid south shooters and she offered to put credit on my account or resend the product this is what great customer service is all about i would recommend midsouth shooters supply to any one and every one and if any of the higher ups at midsouth read this give chas wahl a big huge for me and give her a little increase in pay thank you midsouth shooters supply for everything your one of the great american companies.

Ordered some reloading supplies on line and received them very quickly, especially in view of the busy times. They kept me up to date on the progress of the shipment via e-mails and it arrived well packed. Price was good (for the times). If you have a different billing and shipping address they won’t automatically ship to you. They sent me ONE email that went to spam confirming shipping/billing was correct. Then canceled my order and refunded my money. Now ammo is out of stock and I can’t reorder. Not a phone call, or continually emails about the shipping/billing issue. It’s a stupid policy that effects very few people, but it did effect me.

Never received my package and after contacting the company, they said Fed-Ex confirmed delivery so they had no further obligations. Never found where the package was delivered to and I am out $150.00

Ordered online, there was a wreck on the interstate, bumper to bumper for miles, we arrived 30 minutes after they closed & asked an employee that was getting into their car if they could possibly grab our order for us. He was very polite, asked us what we ordered and went back inside to get our order. He couldve very easily told us to come back Monday, so we were very grateful he still gave us our order since we drove over 50 miles to get there and theyre not open on the weekends. 5 stars for good customer service!

I placed my order for reloading supplies on 8/1/21 and called today to check on my order.Todays date is 8/9/21 and I was told that its in the warehouse and hopefully will ship out today.I was told that the delay, was because of labor problems.I ask about a break on the shipping cost and was told that they couldnt do that.

Do not order products from this business. Order placed 2 weeks ago and still processing. I thought Id give them a try but never again. I will use Midway if the price is higher at least I get what I order. Midway usually within a week you have your order. Maybe 2 at most. Midsouth 2 weeks and it isnt even processed. Over $200.00 order. Ridiculous. Worst service I have ever been a part of.

Bought 25 boxes of ammo but only got 5. Called and the rep said we will ship you another 20 and everything is set (so I threw the package away). But apparently not, because now a week later they want a picture of the shipping box or else they are not responsible for anything.

10/10. I ordered some gifts for Christmas, and noticed they had a “notes and special requests” box. So I decided to see how far I could take it. I asked for them to write “definitely not ghost gun equipment” on the box, and they did.Will be ordering from them again in the future.

My go to source for reloading!!! Be sure to watch for the hazmat specials and use them to stock up on Shooters World powders. I use BLACKOUT, CLEAN SHOT, and AUTO PISTOL. Great powders, good consistency. Data is kinda lacking because the powder is still very new to the market, however I would really recommend Blackout to those who shoot 7.62x39! Its WAY LESS SMOKEY THAN 1680!

Long ago this was a great business with above average customer service. Not anymore. Terrible customer service and just one lie after another to cover up careless mistakes. Ive rarely dealt with such a dishonest business. I wont spend another dime here. I placed my order with Graf & Sons instead. Theres a reason Midsouth has an F rating by the Better Business Bureau.

Do not use. I made a $168 purchase and was charged 94 times $15,850. Agent showed total lack of concern that my account was shut down, it took over a week to receive credit. Terrible to deal with!Spend your money elsewhere.

Does not respond at all for requesting to cancel an order. Request an order to be canceled well over a week before it was processed and shipped. Still charged for returning even though the item was never supposed to be shipped in the first place. No matter the deals or what’s in stock, I will never order from this company again.

Absolutely great prices on smokeless powder and primers for the area. Saves me driving to Nashville. Im local to Clarksville and been reloading for 20yrs. Good selection and good service. They do a lot of online sales, so sometimes are out of stock on popular items. Check back often. They usually get new stock in around the 21st of each month.

Placed an order over a week ago and it is still processing and they already charged my card so I called them and they said it would be at least another 2-3 weeks before they would ship it none of the items in the order are on backorder 3-4 weeks to ship an order is a joke and when I asked if I could come pick it up they said no there customer service is a jokeA friend placed an order with midway usa the day after I placed the order with midsouth and it showed up yesterday

I buy everything for reloading from MSS and have had no problems. you can ask them any question and the staff always go out of their way to answer. Prices are very competitive and a generous selection of components.That being said, I do not order on line. Its close enough for me to go in and talk to the counter personal.

Until recently I have had generally good service from these folks, however I recently ordered multiple boxes of bullets all which showed up short 1 bullet. They offered me $5 when shipping alone for another box to make up the shortfall was $12, when I asked them to provide a bit more adjustment so I could at least pay for the shipping on a new box, they retracted their $5 offer and told me good luck, talk to the manufacturer. I had over $100 in my cart at the time and was going to apply a reasonable settlement from them to the new order which would have included a box of the replacement bullets as I was gearing up for an extended shooting session. Well Mr. Johnny Bell, MidSouth Service Representative, it seems offensive to me that you equate my issue to the price of a per bullet cost, without thinking about the fact that I would have to buy another whole box to get my 300 round inventory filled out, not considering the hassle of waiting for more bullets to reload, etc. and would retract an offer just because I asked for a bit of improvement of your meager offer not care ing if I was taken care of or not....If you arent willing to stand behind what you sell regardless of where you get it, I dont need ya You should be the ones going to the manufacturer with their problem, not me, I did not buy anything from them, I bought from MidSouth. I will be glad to use Cabelas, Midway and ANY OTHERS for my future reloading needs and will gladly share my experience with your company with others who are thinking of purchasing products from you.

I shop here for my reloading supplies and you cant beat the prices. Even though Bass Pro Shop is closer I would rather make the drive to purchase my equipment here because I can get it alot cheaper. Great prices and knowledgeable clerks.

The prices at Midsouth Shooters Supply are competitive with other major online retailers; however, they are completely disorganized with their shipping. I never got an order confirmation when the order was placed online. I have called two days in a row to see if my item has shipped. I get the run around from the staff saying that it should ship out. I even checked my junk mail to see if i got the email. I would recommend midway USA or brownells If you have a limited amount of time before a hunt,competition, or camping. This company doesnt understand the meaning of organization or punctuality! The nerve of them to even charge you for shipping when they cant even keep structure in their business. This will be the last time I buy from them.

Well placed a order they charged my credit card but had to cancel cause they couldnt verify my address for some reason. They didnt send me a return reciept or a canceled order confirmation.

If your looking for a good and fair priced bike shop around this area then these are the guys. The customer service is excellent and i have never been disappoint with them.

Their prices are very competitive but their shipping is terrible. 5 days after they generated the shipping label, my order STILL had not left their facility. This is completely unacceptable and I probably wont order from them again.

Steer clear of MSS if you value your money and quality of merchandise. Very unreliable shipping and ordering procedures. Notification of your order and shipment is sketchy, leaving customers in the dark about the status of orders. They must use chimpanzees to box your purchases, because they have the worst warehouse picking and packing Ive experienced. Wrong items sent, huge hassles to return mis-shipments and get correct items, and loose packing of purchases (they emphasize open spaces in their shipping cartons) so a 5 lb box of bullets gets to fly around inside the container and bash the other items ordered.

MIDSOUTH Fraudulently Double charged my card. I purchased a case and a half of 17HMR the first week of December 2018. After 14 days of no product and multiple calls and emails with Midsouth I Finally got ahold of someone and was provided a tracking number that stated UPS had delivered my package to an address not even similar to mine and on the opposite side of the county. UPS Contacted Midsouth and had them reship the order and it eventually showed up to my neighbors house. Midsouth then charged my card for the lost package two weeks later so I double paid for a case of 17HMR. I spent hours on the phone with both UPS and Midsouth and that was the resolution. I paid almost $300 for 15 boxes of 17HMR and a $5 bag of bullets.Never again.

It would be nice if I could get an order shipped to my current residence ILO my former residence. Unfortunately, with MSS, it is absolutely not an option to change your shipping address online. You have to call an 800 number to do that. Ill stick with Midway and Brownells, I guess. Unfortunately, they have probably cost themselves lots of money due to this ridiculous policy. Theyve missed out on at least a grand from me alone, I would say.

I have been ordering from MidwayUSA for about 1 year now. I decided to try Midsouth because they are located closer to me. I placed an order late one night and of course knew that it would not ship until the next day. The next day came and went and my order didnt ship. Well into the second day and the order is still pending. Shipping doesnt seem to compare to MidwayUSA. My total bill for the order was a little lower with Midsouth but waiting a few extra days to ship isnt worth the difference.

No integrity at this company. Bought 500 rds of .22 LR subsonic. Ammo was filthy and greasy. I tried cleaning it to no avail; would not cycle through my semi-auto. They will not refund my money; tell me to contact the ammo manufacturer. I pointed out that I dealt with them, not the ammo maker. I wont buy from them again.
