The best way to describe this place is organized chaos. It is like you lifting the garage door on grannys garage and sifting through everything. When it comes to antique shops, I prefer shops that are owned by one person or a family, instead of having multiple people have different booths in the shops - and that is exactly what this place. There is so much items to go through- that I wouldnt be surprised if there is undervalued item in these numerous lots. Everything seems to be organized by the type of item - and they have everything from records, toys, books, linen, glassware - three small buildings full of stuff.Speaking to Ms. Pedigo(I assume that was her) - whom was very friendly and helpful, along with the person in the back, I believe to be her son - as they helped me look for some Americana style items. She told me they annually go to pick up items in Philadelphia, and drive back - so this isnt the type of antique store where they buy things off Ebay and upcharge - everything is extremely affordable and who knows what you could find. The only things I would change is that their hours are limited, but thats probably due to foot traffic - as they told me they was thinking of going home early as I was the first person to come through the door. They also have numerous rows of dishes, pots and pans. I would downsize these numerous rows to make room for other antiques, not to mention the narrow rows with the dishes could it difficult to squeeze through to check out the other antiques.
The first time I walked into Pedigos I was awestruck in her eclectic collection of wonderful things, her knowledge of antiques especially glassware etc... I have sat with her and picked her brain about areas of collecting that I was interested in. It was as if I was in a classroom being taught by a esteemed professor. Her knowledge is encyclopedic. Add to that are her prices. Nothing is over priced and always a bargain. She is a true treasure and not to be overlooked. Thank you Ms Pedigo.
Absolutely wonderful antique store! I highly recommend the store to anyone who loves antique glassware.
A wonderful selection of vinyl records and some of the nicest owners i have ever met
My absolute favorite Antique shop. It is a one of a kind shop you wont see anywhere else. Ms. Pedigo has everything under the sun (Plus more!) there. She is so kind and helpful. For anyone going there the first time... Cash ONLY! She even makes her own receipts. Love it!
Great little antique store. Hidden gem in Clarksville. This is not like the other shops where individuals rent stalls and display overpriced goods. This is run by one wonderful, friendly lady. She loves to haggle and has some unique items.
If you are willing to really look you can find what you need and want. Love going in there and shop.
Annie Dorris Pedigo is wonderful and has the best collection of antiques I have ever seen. This is a must stop destination. Save an hour for your visit and you will not be disappointed.
Great little antique spot... nicest owners you will ever meet.
I absolutely love this place. I collect Fostoria American and was in heaven when I found this place. There are hundreds of pieces in this pattern here. She one or more of almost everything and if she doesnt then she will get you in contact with someone that does have it. Mrs. Pedigo is a sweet sweet woman and loves what she does!
