I called this location yesterday morning (9/30/21). Trey answered the phone. I explained to him that one of my tores had a leak and asked if I could bring it in to have it repaired or replaced. …he then hung up on me. A simple “No, we’re completely booked for the day” wild have sufficed.The only reason that I’m giving two stars is because my husband got wonderful service from a female employee when we had a flat about a year ago.

As others have said before, Mr. Greg is so nice, professional, and helpful! I had one punctured tire from a nail so I purchased a couple new tires at an average price and had them put on. I was super pleased with everything about this visit especially after I had spent 2 hours waiting at Walmart just to be told they couldn’t help me. They checked out a few other things on my vehicle as a standard procedure and my windshield wiper fluid got topped off too so that was cool!

Had a 12:30pm appointment, is currently 2:40pm and my car hasn’t even been touched. I asked them how much longer will it take, and this guy told me, that they are working fast as they can, if I don’t like it I can grab my keys and leave. Mind you, they told me my car would be ready within an hour when I fist walked in. I was just asking cause I have to be somewhere by 4pm, and if this takes any longer I will be late. Ohh well I think I’m leaving now. I would give them no start if I could.Waited Over 2hrs and my car was never even touched.

Greg is an outstanding manager. The care he shows for his his technicians and his customers is obvious. He always goes the extra mile and has a positive can-do attitude that is contagious. I have used this location several times for tires and alignments on some of our commercial vehicles. Greg gets the job done fast and with a smile no matter how busy he is. Trey also does an excellent job. Thanks guys!

Dont waste your time here. Ive been here for 2 different things and had to go back 2 different times to resolve an issue. First was a poor alignment. They had someone new do my alignment and clearly no one checked his work afterwards. Second time I went was for an oil change, new filters and fuel system cleaning. As soon as I left the parking lot, my car makes a deep rumble noise (like a tuner car) under the hood when accelerating. They swore they had nothing to do with it... But they wouldnt fix the issue and told me to see my dealership instead.

Great and friendly staff always there to answer your questions and will give you full explanations. Didn’t have to wait long to get an oil change or new tires. Finished in a timely manner and will definitely be going back.

Firestone techs did a great job on our wheel alignment. While I was waiting, I noticed that Greg was super busy. He committed his time to thoroughly explain issues and kindly assist every customer, in person and over the phone. He has great patience and composure under pressure, along with superb customer service skills. It didnt go unnoticed. Thank you!

We have never received timely service. Wife was told a repair wouldn’t take more than 2 hours, she was alone with a newborn baby and the repair ended up taking over 6 hours and causing her to be late to pick our children up from school. Another occasion I made an appointment for brake pads to be replaced at 12pm, brought it in around 1130, and at 130, it had still not been worked on. I took my keys back and left. I would not recommend this establishment, and think it should be removed from the base all together.

This location has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I’ve been to this location multiple times for simple issues/fixes and the wait has been over 2 hours each time (with appointment). Please avoid this place like the plague.

The techs are inexperienced and dont properly check and diagnose vehicles. on 01/04/2021. Had them look at a toyota Corolla they lied about what was wrong lost parts to the rear brakes and then said they wouldnt even fix it. Long story short. They said the car was out of brake fluid and it needed major work. The real problem was the fluid was full and all it needed was the brake system bleed tried to charge hundreds of dollars. when it took 20$ in parts and the brakes bleed properly. scam artists tried to say that we needed many other services that werent even related to the brakes with was the only issue with the car. Avoid these people at all costs.

I have appointment at 11:00 am on Saturday, and Im waiting over 3 hours for oil change, unbelievable about services. First firestone location do very slow. Over 3 hours for oil change, so if someone do another service ( maintenance something, wait 3 days ? ) wasted my times. No more . Highly recommend, every one call them first before you go. But my opinion, I will go another location. This location was suck and slow. 0 star for service.

I needed air in my tires when the weather changed. The lady was very nice put the air in my tires with no problem! Also not a long wait!

I had my vehicle towed here one horrible Saturday morning. I was given 100% exceptional customer service. I originally spoke with Greg while waiting for a tow. As soon as we arrived, there he was. Throughout my entire visit, either Greg or Jeanne was on top of things & explaining everything to me. I like how they present you with a full itemized list of all repairs. U know the feeling you get as soon as you take a vehicle in for repairs (out of state)... unsure if they’re out to get you. Not once did I feel uneasy or have doubt here. I noticed this location to be quite popular as it was rather busy. I HIGHLY recommend this location for all your auto repairs! Stop on in... you won’t be disappointed. 😁👍👍

Liars liars👏👏 LIARS!!! 👏👏Went in to get my brakes changed. they tried saying I needed $800 worth of work. That my rotors were bad and my calibers were bad. Once my husband took off the brakes himself there was still 1/4 inch meet on the pads and the rotors were smooth as glass.lady on the phone asked if we were military and I said no made me think they were trying to rip me off if I was militaryDo Not Go Here!! especially if you’re military they are just blood sucking liars!!!!

My truck had been there for 3 weeks and counting due to not having the correct socket. 4 days was them “researching” the size. A week with no information when the truck will be fixed and now the socket MIGHT be there tomorrow or the next day. Worst service ever. The socket for my hub hasn’t changed size since 1995 it’s 2020 and it’s a 17 year old truck. No excuses. The mechanic was supposed to “buy one” and I keep on getting told they can’t find one. I found multiple at Home Depot. Lowe’s. Harbor frieght. Advanced auto parts. Oriellys and auto zone. The snap on truck also shows up to my job pretty much 3-4 times a week so I don’t know where the disconnect for finding this socket is. I even have my own but they can’t use it for liability reasons which I understand. Figure your life out.

I came in specifically for my oil change and brakes. They did a coutesy inspection just to make sure all others were working fine and found my brakes to be in good condition but my alignment was not good. I had them fix my alignment and oil change. I was also able to purchase a lifetime warranty of alignment for $199. The workers were very respectful and explained everything to me in ways that I could understand.

Even with the Corona Virus they was fast and did the job right the first time.

Took my truck there for a general vehicle inspection since it’s 30 years old. I had a 1pm appointment which they said they are swamped so I had to wait. Once they went out to get in my truck I watched the technician slam my door multiple times resulting in me now having a cracked hinge guide on the cab of my truck. Now I have to find another shop to repair and or weld my hinge. Customer service Is friendly and great however there lack of care on my old truck, unacceptable. 10$ inspection now resulting in 100s of dollars plus worth of repairs on my end

I recently came here to get an allignment adjusted. Everything from the phone call prior to the service was exceptional. They are so pleasant. The business is very clean and organized. It was great that they have a TV that children can watch while the family vehicle is being worked on. The manager was so kind and was willing to answer any and all questions promptly. The gentleman that fixed my van was quick and accurate. I highly recommend them and will be coming here for all my needs. Truly a great place.

Ive had consistently good experiences with this location since theyve opened. Theyve always gone out of their way to do a laundry list of jobs for me in the same day, and more than once theyve shown the utmost integrity when it comes to the work theyve done. This particular location also seems to excel at hiring store managers, as Ive encountered two over the last three years that demonstrate the same great quality of service. I would recommend this location.

Great service. The manager there is a real straight shooter. No BS real honest. I knew my car required special transmission oil so I was testing the waters to see if they did it right. Next thing I know their one the phone for a special request for my oil! It got delivered shortly after and I was rolling out the door in a reasonable time. For basic car maintenance I would recommend.

Opened the doors late - states that they don’t have any workers until after 8, however the workers are in the bay playing on their phones.At least three of us walked out this morning.

I was quoted on the phone $67.99 for tires to include $16.99 for installation and that they had the tires and could put them on immediately. I then, drive to the store within seventeen minutes. Upon arriving, I was told the only tire in stock was $92.99 plus installation fees. Had I been told that on the phone I would have taken my business to a store that takes ethics into their business practice. Secondly, it took over three hours for two tires and windshield wiper blade replacement. Honesty is not the foundation of this business and I will not be returning.

Do not use this place they will not do their own assessment they took what Goodyear said and told me they could not align my vehicle.

I was on my way to another tire shop to get tires I thought were a good deal. Stopped here to price check when I told them the price I was quoted at the other shop they not only beat the price, I actually ended up getting a higher grade tire for a better price, which also included lifetime tire rotation and warrenty. It is nice to do business with a company that is not out to take advantage of you. They still believe in customer service and doing whatever they can to get your business. I recommend anyone needing tires to use this place of businesses

Wont be coming back. Way too overpriced. They take their time and take hours just to upcharge you for labor. And they lie straight to your face about what your car needs so youll come back and spend more money.

Was a customer here for all my auto needs for the last three years. Not sure what changed, but now theyre upselling un-necessary repairs such as brakes and rotors (even though I had over half the pad left, no warping or grooves on the rotors either), marking my tires at a lower tread depth than actual (checked with a tread depth gauge after getting home and had over twice the tread from what theyd written on the sheet), and couldnt even do my oil change on my most recent visit due to an issue that *they* caused over a year ago. Was a loyal customer, but Im certainly going to be looking elsewhere from now on.

Had a appointment for Monday at 10:00 to get tires that was ordered on Friday. Get there alittle early and the tires arent even there. 3 hours later I was walking out the door.

Ive taken 3 of my cars into this location for alignments and tire service. Id recommend this location over others in the area, one of which has not done great work on my car. Ill continue bringing my cars here as long as they continue with the good work and service.

I came in for a oil change and air filter replacement. Trey recommended the car care package in addition, since I was going on a road trip. They adjusted my tire pressure and rotated my tires. AND at the last minute, I decided to have my wipers replaced as well. They had me in and out in almost an hour flat. And Their prices are very reasonable compared to some places. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional and very curtious. Thank you!

Stopped in why traveling. They were wonderful, found the issue and got us back on the road quickly. It was just under 2 hours and they had to get the part in. Great customer service, very helpful people.

I received excellent service at this Firestone Auto Care location; not only did I get an excellent alignment service, but when a problem arose with the initial alignment, they knew what to do and had me return for the full service again at no charge. I have to admit that it can be a little slow at times, but the service is not an issue at all.

Went to firestone for alignment. I asked them to look at my bakes, just wanted to check to ensure I didn’t need new break pads. They called me three hours later telling me I needed break pads on all four tires and rotors which would cost a over 600 dollars. I change my break pads 20,000 miles before and used high quality break pads. When I told them I only wanted break pads no rotors they refused to do any of the service. I then took my car to a different auto shop who said I did need break pads but the rotors had no issues and could probably go for 20,000 more miles. This place is only out to steal your money

Watch out. Went there to check my tire and I was told the tire could not get fixed that I needed a new one, but they wouldnt show me where the problem was and wanted to sell me one, according to them the problem was inside.I left and went to another place and got my tire fixed with no additional problem.

Got the job. Just needs better parking lot but where its located that wont ever change. Still I go there for my work for my car.

I stayed loyal to this location when their old manager ran the store and I didnt know he left recently until I asked. He had everyone well taken care of and had his employees stay busy and taking care of customers well. Anyways,today we wanted 4 tires and the first ones we wanted were not available..okay so we settle for champion fuel fighters instead because the man taking our requests down said thats what they had right then. In desperation to just get some damn tires we settle and say yes. This young mechanic maybe 18 or 20 comes in asking what tires he needs for our car to his coworkers who are just standing at their desks watching TV and the young man looks at 2 tires on display that arent the Fuel Fighters.. so already I have anxiety that he doesnt know what hes doing. We arrived at 110 pm and at 215 they tell us that they actually DID NOT have the tires they said they did have in to put on in stock. We look at our car in frustration and the guy had removed all our tires already and it took him a other 30min to put them back on.. I was like so you didnt check to see first if you had the tires. Made us wait for 2hrs for nothing! All the guys were just standing around talking. And they said they could put in the order and have them the next day and could take off $40 for the inconvenience. I was in disbelief.. 2hrs for nothing. I went to Walmart right after and had 4 tires put in for 330 instead of the 591 Firestone wanted to charge us with the military discount and inconvenience fee. Youll be here for hours dont come here

Great customer service and depending on your vehicle some of the services are priced well. They are thorough and give you a breakdown on pricing before having your vehicle go ot the bay. The facility is clean waiting area is clean.

Very friendly and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Reset my oil light the other firestone did not which they never do. I will definitely be going to this firestone from now on. If you live on Fort Campbell, this is an excellent firestone.

They got me in timely and was very thorough, went over everything clearly, price was the same as quoted, over all friendly service will be back again, very kind!

Walked in around 12pm todo an alignment and wheel balance. Gentleman at the counter said that they couldnt get me in til 3-330. I said ok ill be back at 3. Walked in at 305 to find out that my info wasnt booked. The new person found my info and said they would get me in while i waited. Sat around for an hour and the original person i saw the first time i was there told me they could do my alignment but could not balance my tires due to the machine malfunctioning. Why this wasnt brought to my attention earlier is what really bothers me.

Our first experience here was lovely but this last one has made us decide to never return. I was called about several issues with my car and I approved a diagnostics check. I received another call later that my car was ready with absolutely no mention of the issues. We came in and had to ask about all of the things we were told about over the phone because the individual checking us out wasnt going to mention any of it. He skimmed over the invoice and sent us on our way. We discovered later that they didnt even complete 2/3 of the things we requested! Nothing was told to us and Im so done with this location. Im annoyed

Absolute terrible experience this morning. I brought in my Chrysler 300 for an Engine Diagnostic. First off they scheduled my appointment to NEXT Monday instead of today but they took me in anyway. The diagnostic came out to $117 after tax. As a former employee at Firestone, it became very clear that the woman on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and that the technician clearly just didn’t want to do the actual work of figuring out my issue. He clearly just pulled the codes off of my vehicle, decided the actual diagnostic portion wasn’t worth his time and rolled it out of the shop. When I questioned the front counter woman (who handed me the wrong keys even though I was one of two vehicles at the shop), she became flustered and pretty much admitted he pulled the code and used their computer system to look up the possible issues. No attempt to diagnose the issue whatsoever. I took it to the Advanced Auto Parts down the road and they at least took the time to put a little effort into narrowing down my problem, instead of just showing me a long list of possible issues and ending it with a shrug, a sorry and “That’ll be $117, sir.” I recommend taking your business to the other Firestone’s close by and skipping putting your trust in a shop that clearly is after your hard earned money more than your outcome.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years. Ive had excellent customer service and they always try and get me out of there as quick as they can. Very clean waiting area and they have satellite TV.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. Andrew, the mechanic that worked on my car, was extremely professional and did an awesome job on the maintenance of my vehicle.

Set up an appointment for 8 am the day before to have several things worked on and looked at. Never even got pulled into the shop and had to call them at 6pm to find out they could not get to it today.

Not happy with this location. I made an appointment for 2 tires, they pulled my vehicle in 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment, HOWEVER it sat in the shop for an HOUR before they got to it(what was the point of an appointment?). Then, almost 2 hours later, I’m still waiting for 2 TIRES, 3 hours later my car was done. They put my reverse mount tires on the wrong way(they were told twice that the tires were reverse mount before even pulling my car in), so they had to take them off and redo them... Not very professional to me. Not pleased with their service at all. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

While on vacation, we had valve stems leaking because of dryrot. They got us in fast and fixed the problem for a good price. They were very courteous and accommodating.

Came in to get my new used vehicle checked. Showed me how to change the oil on my canister vehicle and even gave me a discount. Very positive service and honest helpful mechanics.

I really had a quick and easy service Id scheduled with Richard and Gene had checked me in and was very very polite and Joshua did the maintenance I was over all taken care of and had a great experience I love this Firestone location!

I left with more confusion about my car than I came in with, they should just state they cannot diagnose the issue my vehicle is having without their wasted tongue and mouth movements. It was my mistake for coming back which I wont make again

I had lifetime breaks etc. So I went and waited over an hour. Busy but ok. Nice workers.

I had new brake pads and rotars replaced on all 4 tires. About a week in and started hearing noise from front tires. Took it back and they warranted iteams out and replaced rotars and pads on the front again. 3 days later same problem in rear. They warranted parts out and replaced rotars and pads in rear. 2 days later same sounds coming from front. Ive missed so much work due to this place. Car never had these issues until Firestone worked on it. Very bad place and out $700 and still no fix to the original issue.

People complain about the time it takes but, in all honesty quality over quantity anyday! Gregg Russell is fantastic and very approachable!

On Saturday, the 8th of December 2018; we purchased a set of Bridgestone ECOPIA tires. The Destination LE2s that were on our Mazda were 4 years old with about 55,000 miles on them and worn almost to the wear bars; with winter coming on, we decided to change them out. $1018.70 and about three hours later, we were called to come and get it and were on our way. The very next day, my wife reports that the TPMS light illuminated while she was on her way to work. I said ok and thought to myself Well, the car is 8 years old, the batteries on the sensors die around this time, maybe thats the problem. I walked outside to run a sensor diagnostic and just so happened to check the pressure and lo and behold, the LR was at 16 PSI!! Well damn I said and proceeded to check the other 3. LF: 38.5, RF: 36.5 and...drum roll please...RR 4 PSI, yes, 4 PSI. The data plate reads all 4 tires need to be 36 PSI. No wonder the TPMS was screaming a fault. This is unsatisfactory and I completely blame the lack of oversight and Quality Assurance at this particular shop. This isnt the first time we have had an issue here and all they try to do is push a sale. I cant align the car myself so I paid for the life time alignment, told them the car was pulling to the right and after aligning it, guess what...it still pulls to the right.

Went for an oil change and told me they wouldnt give me one, when I asked why they showed me and they told me I should take it to Kia, I did and found out there was a recall for my oil line that goes to me turbo, amazing people there!

I had an appointment at 11 am for a tire rotation but wound up wasting 2 hours of my time just for them to tell me that they could not rotate them due to low tread on my fronts. Not rotating when needed is on me but honestly did they really need to take all 4 tires off my car to tell me that the tread was too low? Two hours of my day gone over something that literally could have been diagnosed in 5 mins. Next time I need tires I will go to the firestone on post or my local favorite mechanic.

Trey, Jeanne abd Christopher were amazing. Sisk auto mall screwed us ovef on a car we bought by telling us the car was driveable and literally once we took it home we had to take it to Firestone cause the water pump, thermostat and the belt needed to be replace as it was causeing the enigine to ocerheat and smoke up! They replaced it all for $600 total and literally after i left, i noticed i had an emailed coupon for $100 off $500. I told them about how i saw it right after paying and asked if it was possible to use it even though i literally just left. They let me which really helped alot for us more than anything! Obviously check to make sure you have coupons before you pay! But seriously thank you firestone for helping us out in a crappy situation and letting us save some much needed money. Yall are lifesavers!! Also they do vehicle checks for cheap if you wanna make sure the car youre planning to buy actually works! We will definitely be taking advantage of that next time!
