The day before Halloween my son’d mask was crushed. I was certain all inventory would be sold out at all be Halloween stores. Not Party City. In fact their inventory was up to date on their webpage. I sad able to order, pay and pick up with out the anxiety of rushing to get the last Darth Vader costume.

Ive been waiting to go to PCAnd that I have it was kinda sad 😥 in there, dont get me wrong the staff was kinda nice & if we got there earlier I. The month shed probably, maybe got what she was looking for. It was slim pickns on A LOT OF STUFF, So if ya need something from PC Go Now before its all GONE !!✌❤ Yall

Pretty good Halloween selection but not amazing.If you need a mask or spooky decorations go to spirit Halloween.

They tell u by phone the can do powder balloons but when u get there its a different store they dont do that. Charged me 2.00 per balloon to put helium in them. Cost me 32.00 to use our own balloons.

The associates were super nice I bought almost $100 worth of party supplies and end up going another direction they had no problem taking it back with my receipt and did not give me any hassle the store is very clean and everyone was helpful.

Party City very organized, awesome displays for every holiday, and excellent economical pricing. Do the survey on line after purchase and get $5.00 off next visit when you spend $25.00. I didnt and went back the next day to buy one item. COSEQUENTLY, I spent $27.00 and could have saved $5.00 hD I filled out the survey. Lesson learned. Will definitely be going back.

The staff here was very helpful. They had alot of supplies on hand during this visit. They do offer in store shopping at this time. It was not required to wear a mask at this location. The candy bought was stale to taste so this could be something to watch for. They do have an awesome candy display for individual and packaged candy. I appreciate party city for helping out us creative people who love to celebrate amidst all of the everything going on daily. I would recommend party city as a local one-stop shop for party, events and business needs.

Everything you could need for a Birthday party.

Been to several PC’s all over and I have to say this is the oddest one. The selection wasn’t too great, but I’m chalking that up to the holidays just ending. Every store seems wiped. The Store is dark and kind of scattered. The only employee that spoke to us was the lady at the front door. She was very nice and attentive, unlike the 2 cashiers. First one flat declined to check us out, reason unknown; second one Seemed put out that she had to blow up a balloon and the whole thing was just, odd.

Went in looking for decor items for my daughters birthday and had fun looking all the silly things they had...my son would have touched and tried on every item in the store if I would have let him!

Ill tell you something... for those of you who go to Walmart for decorations and/or party themed stuff for kids or just regular parties, this is cheaper and bigger selection. Not only is it cheaper, but everything is color coordinated, very clean, very nice and intelligible workers, thr list goes on. I did not see ONE thing wrong with this place. Id give it 10.

Prices are a little high for costumes but most party supplies are super competitive. We got everything we needed for my daughters themed birthday party for less than $70. If youre planning a party and arent sure where to get your supplies, this is the place for you.

Went to make a return. The employees were nice and helpful it was and easy transaction. However, I had my toddler with me. He behaved well and we had no problems with him. BUT the store is bombarded by Halloween decorations as soon as you walk on the door. My little one was terrified for the first time. I remember growing up and attending Party City and the Halloween stuff always had their own room. I use this location alot as Im a director for a childrens department and am always buying supplies for our different themed months. Having the Halloween items near the front definitely will limit my shopping there. While there another loyal customer had an issue finding her regular items due to the Halloween inventory as well. It would be helpful if the seasonal items were placed in a different spot in the store.

Did not have a good selection compared to most.My daughter was doing disney princess theme party and they had very little items to pull off a birthday party. They would have for instance, plates no napkins, no party favors, no table cloth but had banner. It was awful

I worked at a Party City in California and we had to be helpful and friendly. These people simply cannot be bothered to do either! Rude and annoyed I asked a question. Great variety of items in the store but the employees are horrible! I avoid this place at all costs! I mean, yes it is an expensive store and if Im willing to spend my money at the store - the employees should be better.

I enjoy my little experience in this store. Ive always seen it on the commercials but never been inside. It has a lot of options and its very colorful. Nice atmosphere. The Staff were very attentive.

Not as big as other Party Citys Ive seen but customer service was great an they had my balloons ready on time.

The workers went above and beyond to bring all the balloons out for me to keep from having to take my twin toddlers inside that were sleeping!! If I could give them more stars I would!

Mind boggling selection. Good prices. Went to check out their Halloween stuff and got lost in there for an hour looking at everything else. Definitely worth checking out. Staff was super friendly and the store was clean and zoned very well which is super difficult during the Halloween season.

Not a great selectioon of good costumes and no one welcomed us once we enter and returned back for a second time to the store. Good Customer service is hard to find now-a-days.

They didnt have graduation costumes for kids which is what I was looking for. But I roamed around awhile and they had so many amazing Halloween masks and what not. Seems like a really awesome place.

Someone clearly dislikes this store being here. Ive noted that its still in business 3 times and every time I go to check hours, someone has noted that they are permanently closed. Its all good though. Always has what I need and helpful folk there.

Had to make a return of unused items purchased at another location. Could not find my receipt but the clerk made it easy and offered me an in-store credit. Grateful to have been able to trade what I ended up not needing for sweet surprises for my niece, nephew, and own little one.

Wish I could give them 5 starts but they dont sell toys ..it would be nice since toys r us is gone.

They had some cute costumes and acessories, but...people need to get their children under control! Seriously, the employees are within their right to tell people to either keep their children WITH THEM and manage their behavior or leave. Unruly children are a pain to everyone and cause businesses to lose money.

I cant wait to have a party and buy all of the things I need from here, they literally have everything. I get my Open House Balloons from here and enjoy my military discount.

Nice stuff but so expensive. I got a few of the themed item I needed for my sons party but chose to get plates and cups elsewhere. They were almost double the price for simple plates and cups.

I ordered balloons online & scheduled for next day pickup, I ordered other items & said they were ready, so I went & got my items. The balloons weren’t ready, BUT they inflated them on the spot, & they were 20 minutes from closing. The lady was SOOOO sweet & everything was perfect. I didn’t get her name, but thank you SO much! You made my day!
