Just had to re-arrange my entire day and work schedule to be at their door when they opened to have them help me with a phone issue. Sign on the door says open at 10, I sat there from 9:55 to 10:15AM, not a soul in sight. Had to leave because I had to be at work - as scheduled. Open your freaking store on time.

This location is the WORST LOCATION PERIOD!!!! They close early always!! I went by to get a upgrade and there had a brew girl there and she didnt know any of the answers to my questions and she was the only one there!! Very unprofessional!!!! I have been calling all day today to make sure someone is there who can answer some of my questions when I go I because its the closest store to my house, and they have not been answering the phone!!!!SMH
