I am giving 5stars for the clerk Cole. She was super sweet and very customer service friendly. I placed a mobile order online and one of my drinks was totally incorrect. I called via phone and an employee named Rachel answered. Rachel was very rude, stating there was very slim chance the mobile order was incorrect. I explained it was indeed incorrect and that I have the mobile order pulled up and was checking it against the sticker on the side of the cup. She wasnt clearly trying to hear and I explained I will drive back there to prove it. She made me feel like I was mistaken and they dont make mistakes. After getting there and speaking with Cole who took very great care of me might I add, and also agreed the order was messed up, made me feel so at ease. Rachel had me so irate that I had to drive back up there to prove it and I literally was seeing red I was upset. Thanks to Cole, and her excellent customer service ๐, I was able to get drink I wanted and go on to having a great day. Cole really deserves an employee of the month or a bonus. I appreciate her to the fullest. There are still sweet employees out there.
Great coffee but a tad expensive. Today they were slammed and it took forever to get coffee
So unbelievably slow every single time I try to come here. Just waited 30 minutes in line to still never be taken care of. The last time I was here, I waited about the same amount of time JUST for them to tell me I couldnโt have my order unless I had cash once I reached the window. As if that couldnโt have been stated when I ordered in the first place. Donโt waste your time.
Great production as usual. Only thing I would do differently is the pickup area. Too easy to walk up and say ya my name is john... Turn the names on the containers to employees and have the customer announce their name. Doing this would ensure that John will be getting the Strawberry Funnel Cake Crรจme Frappuccino, instead of Joans iced Matcha Green Tea Latte.
Over priced so much! Almost $8 for a frozen 16oz coffee mocha.Such a joke, dont go here EVER! It was just convenient at the time ๐ข
I keep trying to give this location a chance. Every time I go it has been incredibly slow. Plan to be in line/wait for your drinks for at least 15mins. ZERO sense of urgency by the baristas. Not sure I will continue to use this location anymore.
The major coffee house we all know. This place is good. No complaints. As u may know, I give all business a 4 star just for their existence and effort to provide and service in whichever way or form. But I will speak up if a place is terrible. Got their FREE TEA here. Wait time was a little, but understandable for FREE!
My hot drink and warmed food were cold and moist.
Busy. Cashier was both efficient and friendly. Inside closed for consuming; however, there are tables outside. Iced tea nice and cold and made as requested.
The employees are nice, but this location is consistently out of food items only leaving 1 item to choose from ๐ค will always Love Starbucks though!
This Starbucks always makes my drinks good. Only downside is the long wait time but the line is always ridiculously long, but thatโs Starbucks for ya. Super nice employees
Was here two weeks ago and waited in the drive thru on a Sunday for 28 minutes only to get to the order screen and have a lady say โwe are closed not have a good day...โ I said โman, Iโve been in line for 30 minutes, why could no one come and tell us something. She said โhave a good day sirโ then ended my mic.... fast forward to Sunday today. In line for another 30 minutes, luckily they are still open by the time I got to the window. Please Lasaters just open on Sundayโs so I never have to go to this terrible place again.....

I was surprised at how I was greeted. No customers, I walked in & was greeted with, DO YOU HAVE A MASK? I didnt understand her until the 3rd time because of her mask, the plexiglass, the background noise & her standing so far away. All 8 workers turned to focus on me not wearing a mask. I usually wear it but I simply forgot & they could have at least greeted me nicely. I went right back to my car, got it & put it on. Then I was greeted with, shell get you down there . Girl handed me my drink & I apologized for not seeing their sign/being reminded & I got no response, not even thank you. My 1st visit to a Starbucks in 10 years..... still not impressed.
Was in there 9/1. Let me start off with saying, I loved this store. Have always took my business here, but that will stop and I will go down the street to Lasaters. Anyways, I went in, with my mask on. Covered completely. I ordered my drink and proceeded to move down and wait for my drink. When the barista with the purple hair was making it, it also looked like he was training. I kindly pulled my mask out, not off, and asked for sweet in low. Before I even got my sentence out he yelled at me and told me to replace my mask. I had not even taken it off, he was behind the counter, with a plastic barrier and no other consumer was in the building. I told him to forget the sweet in low. He handed me my drink and told him they lost a customer at this location. I then I started to make my way out of the building, where he again yelled across the store to put my mask back on.I get that people are scared. I get that there is a mandate, however, I work in healthcare. I had my scrubs on. I know how to properly wear a mask. I personally believe he saw my attire and got โscared.โ I donโt necessarily agree with him as a professional having purple hair, but I didnโt say anything. He should have not been so completely rude about the mask. He was protected again, by standing on the other side of the counter, wearing a mask, and having a plastic barrier. The boy needs a reality check and to know heโs not the boss. I was completely taken aback because I have not have had this kind of service at this store.

Placed a mobile order on app. Arrived and waited in parking lot 15 minutes till estimated time for my order to be ready. Customers were inside the store and they had locked the doors saying that only the drive they was open now. There was a guy picking up an Uber order as well.I told the lady I wanted a refund because I had already been waiting for my order and I wasnโt going to get in line behind 20 cars to wait another 20 minutes. She asked my name and I gave it to her. She returned with the Uber order and told myself and another lady we would have to go thru the drive to get a refund because she was undermanned and didnโt have time to deal with it. She then shut and locked the doors. I tried calling the store several times with no one answering the phone. I contacted corporate with my complaint. I never got my refund, nor my food. Sorry customer service. I have spent crazy money at this store and will no longer! They should have honored the existing mobile orders they had allowed to be placed before they rudely locked customers out.

Alongside Ashley Royalle Willis, I was in this store 9/1. I just wanted it to be noted that I am incredibly grateful for the purple-haired barista that reminded an ignorant person to wear their mask. She shouldnt have had it off in the first place, and I will definitely visit this location in the future.Edit: I would also like to note that Willis, without a mask on, leaned over the counter to talk to the barista. Her story is disjointed, from what I saw at least.
Why did the hours change to 1:30pm to 9:00pm? Google still shows they open at 5:00 am. No reason to only be open in the afternoon what so ever. Have to go to the other side of town.
If you order from the app they have the drinks just sitting on the back. They call out your name once and if your not there when they do they wonโt call it out again. They need to just put the drinks on a shelf where I can grab my coffee on my own.
I had recently just started trying Starbuck coffee in the past 2 mths. But out of the 4 times I have gone to Starbucks they have only got my order right 1 time.

The staff at this store are always wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate the health and safety for all those involved.I appreciate a company who follows health guidelines and enforces that their customers wear masks and follow proper protocol in order to keep everyone safe!Thank you to the purple hair barista especially!

Awful awful I waited over 30 mins in line to get a coffee while 4 people scrambled behind the counter like they didnโt know what they were doing! This place needs help and management that can control the flow of things desperately! I will go to local smaller coffee shops from now on that donโt treat you like you arenโt important if you arenโt a mobile order or a regular!
Wasnt great, wasnt awful. Incredibly busy, drive thru was wrapped around the building. Placed my order ahead of time to pick up inside and waited about 15 min. The staff was moving as quickly as possible, so I cant hold that against them. Store was ok, but not as clean as I have experienced elsewhere.

I came here to get another cup of delicious hot chocolate because you know when its cold you want something hot and I dont drink coffee, but their hot chocolate is amazing! However, it seems like this Starbucks is closed. There is a sign on the door and on the drive-thru speaker that says temporarily closed even though Google Maps, their app, and their website says they are open. Please either open or change the hours of operations for this building.
This location is closed so often.... Update the google listing when you close so people dont waste their time.
I pulled up around 9:05 which is 25 min before they close. I look up at the window after sitting at the speaker for a min to see a employee waving their hands at me and signal no to me by dragging the hand across their throat. Not sure what was going on but it kinda made mad. I will not be returning to this location.
Drive through was wrapped around building so I went inside to order one drink.Not one customer was inside but several people walked in behind me with mobile orders and received their drink almost immediately. One person I know for a fact ordered when she pulled in the parking lot after I placed my order. She came in picked up her drink and left. I waited another 5 minutes and noone was making my drink! Finally left without a drink and will never return!
Very pleasant servers but that they had run out of mocha so none of their mocha drinks were available. That seems unfortunate for a Starbucks.at least they were accommodating and mixed something close to what I wanted
All I can say is they never get your order right no matter what time if day we go. We have actually stopped going
I usually use the mobile app to order my drink so that I donโt have to wait in line. Other locations I frequent, itโs hit or miss wether my drink will be ready or not when I arrive but this location always has exactly what I ordered ready to pick up when I arrive and most of the time I order about 5 min. away.From time to time I like to play around with new drinks to tailor the taste to my own liking and the baristas have never been anything other than patient and helpful with my choices.
Never open and doesnโt place sign to let people know. This is the WORST Starbucks ever!

Should not advertise they are open on Google when they are closed. Two days now we have tried to get starbucks, and they have been closed.
I really do enjoy Starbucks beverages and food items. The only reason I took two stars off would be the interior conditions of this location. For a while I have noticed the wallpaper peeling off exposing underneath. I figured it would get fixed after the holidays but now its worse than ever and looks pretty bad. This has always been my favorite location due to its convenient location to work and home. Hopefully they will get it fixed.

This is a great location. Typical Starbucks atmosphere can be found here in a clean Cafe and an efficient drive through. Staff is always friendly. The only downside is that its a very difficult location to get to at times because its on a very busy street.
They need to post on their google site that the lobby is closed. Looking at the google listing it shows that dine in is available. I drove all the way from Wilmas location because it shows that they have done in. Not a happy customer

Newly remodeled. Smells nice. Sound dynamics are kind of annoying though, it can make it seem loud because of the acoustics if there are a decent amount of people there. Good for socializing, not romantic though, not ideal for studying. Great coffee as always. Personable, skilled, friendly baristas.
Need a bigger building more staff and an additional drive through. It is a miracle to actually get something from here unless you want to wait a long while.

Service is great! Location is little difficult being on busy intersection. I always order from my app, just wish there was a way to add notes. Like I want more than a splash of heavy cream in my Venti Dark Roast but I appreciate keeping my calories in check.
Their new make-over is great, looks good. The only things that drives me nuts at this place is they have a fly issue. Even with the renovation....my drink was great, staff is great...but the flies indoors?
The coffee is good, but dont be in a rush, on any given morning (around 8 to 8:15am) you should expect to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through. Its much faster to walk into the store.

Stopped here on the way to get my son & didnt have any idea what to order him! The guy on the intercom gave me suggestions when I asked about them having anything Mint! He suggested a Frappuccino with Peppermint added! My son must of liked it cause he drank it down! The gentleman was very nice & friendly!

I have been going to this location for about 7 years ... depending on my work schedule, sometimes every day and I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes the drive thru line will be to Madison Street and I cant even turn in so I park elsewhere and go in. Seems like there is a high turnover in staff but even the newbies do well. Josh, the kid with the purple hair, is AWESOME! LOVE when I pull up and hes there!

This was my first time at Starbucks and I ordered the Caramel Crunch Frapuccino. Its really good. It was nice and quiet, a great place to meet up with some old friends or do buisness.
Consistently inconsistent drinks. Service is regularly slow, but they get 3 stars because even if they take forever, the staff is almost always friendly. Starbucks as a whole has gone WAY downhill, but this one is less bad than most of them in this town because of the staff.
